Here is a video of Greek commandos pointing automatic weapons at the US vessel of the Gaza peace flotilla. The contriving of all authorities to attempt to prevent the flotilla from leaving is quite remarkable – including US and Greek governments. It is to me quite astonishing that we live in a world where it is now perfectly accepted by all officialdom and mainstream media that humanitarian protest should simply be stopped.

Great idea – do it! Port Said to Gaza. It’s much closer and carries historical resonance.
The Freedom Flotilla in the media
Posted by David macilwain on July 6, 2011, 1:34 pm
Following the screening of Death on the Med last year, rebroadcast by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in September, I wrote a series of complaints to the ABC about its bias, which finally resulted in a review by the Independent Complaints Review Panel of my complaint. In a rather timely fashion, I have just received a response from the ABC to the ICRP report, and the rather surprising findings in this report.
Unlike the BBC trust, the ICRP has not performed an exonerating whitewash, but has upheld my complaint on seven counts – one of ‘taking an editorial stand’, four of non-impartiality, and two of lack of balance. It appears that the drawn out process of assessment involved considerable exchange of material with the ABC and the BBC and the Panel, including examination of the BBC committee’s findings, with the Panel’s preliminary report disputed on its claims of presenting and apparently supporting the Israeli viewpoint.
Ironically, though not necessarily significantly, the ICRP has now been replaced with a more internal arrangement. The report, which concentrates entirely on the presentation in the BBC documentary, ( essentially without change in the ABC version) can be viewed at:

Well we couldn’t expect them to put it on the front page!
I’m wondering how this might be considered in the UK, as well as being a little help in the current war of words and subterfuge in the turbulent Med.
‘This year’s useful idiots included the usual aging peaceniks, left-wing university types, a few Jewish radicals, and the kind of people who show up to protest against logging and genetically modified foods. It doesn’t seem to bother them that Gaza is controlled by Hamas, widely regarded as a terrorist group. Hamas is dedicated to the destruction of Israel. It endorses The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, a notorious anti-Semitic forgery that describes Zionist plans for world domination. (Too bad the journalists didn’t ask about that.) Hamas is backed by Iran. Its leader, Khaled Meshaal, is based in Syria, where, as you may recall, the regime of Bashar al-Assad is busy killing its own people. Hamas was among the few groups in the world to condemn the killing of Osama bin Laden.
.
Israel’s blockade exists to stop rampant weapons-smuggling into Gaza. But the activists are unruffled by the Hamas connection. To them, the terrorists are all in Israel. They regard the suffering of Gazans as equivalent to the suffering of southern U.S. blacks under segregation, and the Gaza flotilla as the moral equivalent of freedom marches in Alabama. One of the passengers aboard the Tahrir was David Heap, a university professor whose father took part in the civil-rights movement. Mr. Heap says his father, too, was “ridiculed when he went to Selma to join Martin Luther King.”’

This is a deeply unpleasant piece by a Margaret Wenre from the Zionist supporting Toronto Globe and Mail and a is good example of the support for Israel in the Harper-dominated Kate-and-Wills obsessed colony.

There was never anything about the thwarting of the attempts by the flotilla to sail but ZBC are quick to report on the ‘flytilla’ and the way Israel is dealing with the protesters.

Israeli Civilisation?

In an audio interview , Harvard University Yiddish Professor Ruth Wisse has condemned ongoing attempts by international activists to set sail for Gaza, on what she calls a “kill-the-Jews flotilla.”
.
“The purpose of the flotilla is to discredit the Israeli attempt to protect itself and to give Hamas a free hand amassing weapons to use against Israeli civilians.” Wisse also forms a new type of ‘Jewish solipsism,’ saying “It should be called for what it is: a ‘kill-the-Jews flotilla. If it is called by its proper name, then it will be recognized for what it is.”
.
Here is the Yiddish logic: label first, then grasp accordingly. However, I would like to remind Wisse that as things stand in the Middle East, it is not the Flotilla peace activists or the democratically elected Hamas who kill. It is actually the Jewish State that is doing the killing, en masse, and in the name of the Jewish people.

Israeli Ambassador to Spain says ‘Israeli ambassador to Spain Raphael Schutz said there is “no humanitarian crisis” or shortage of food and medicine in Gaza. The Freedom Flotilla should be seen “for what it is: a propaganda event intended to build solidarity with a terrorist group that wants to wipe Israel off the map and kill the greatest possible number of Jews and Israelis,” he argued.’ He has obviously never been in Gaza and he speaks lies.
