Werritty Finances 130

A civil service mole has promised me some insider news about Gus O’Donnell’s planned whitewash of Fox relating to how they will treat Werritty’s finances in the investigation. This entry is being posted 45 minutes after I leave home to meet them, by an unorthodox route and method of transport, to an improbable location. Oh, and neither of us is carrying a mobile phone either. So don’t bother, you’re stuffed.

Angrysoba, it is unfeeling of you to call Mary “a bit of a crank”. On this very thread we have Mary’s own account of her anxiety, waiting for news of a relative whilst trying to get her own government to help after Israel had broken international law.
    .
If you read Mary’s various accounts you will understand why Mary is particularly critical of pro-Israeli bias.

Mary – The BBC News 24 this morning entertained the ‘Zionist Federation’ in their reporting of the prisoner release, in biased statement that included the ZF statement that Palestinian ‘terrorists’ and ‘suicide bombers’ have been released from Israeli jails in exchange for one Israeli soldier.
    .
I have written again to the BBC Trustees, Mr John Hamer to remind him of this blatant bigotry and suggest that the neutrality of the BBC News 24 report is suspect and the information is based on propaganda and lies in much the same way as the ‘About Us’ ‘History’ headline on their website fails to reveal the real truth behind the so called ‘struggle’ to obtain a ‘permanent homeland for the Jewish people’.

    Off topic sorry.

Three mobile company sell android phones plus all-you-can-eat-data, which up to now have been able to be tethered so that you can use the mobile as a modem for your laptop. Now Three are telling customers that only one, more expensive deal can be tethered, even if the other deals are technically capable of being used as a modem.
They’ve done this before, telling customers that they cannot use cheaper products which can in fact be used with no problem.
years ago they told us that the cheap pay-as-you-go phones could not be used for pay monthly sim-cards. Total rubbish. We put the sim cards in and everything worked fine.
You can pull the wool over some of the people some of the time….

One more and I’ll shut up for a bit. Werrity has a third company, UK Health Ltd. Like the other two it is registered at the address of its accountants (Elan & Co). None of the companies has more than £20 in share capital, UK Health has been dormant since 2009, and nothing seems to be going on in Danscotia either. Todiha was set up this year, so no accounts are visible. I’d guess these shells are simply to create an air of legitimacy for whatever W. chooses to print on his business cards. The guy’s a chancer extraordinaire…

    Craig you are a hero.

There is something rotten in the state of affairs, that we the people whom are the underwriters of the expenses of the rich, and providers of their luxuriant life styles, are kept ignorant of.

We need citizens like you whom have the means, and the balls to do the voodoo you do the best.

yes, Angry, I’ve told you before about being unfeeling, not to mention untruthful, unfair, unreasonable, unethical, unrepentant, un…….

Atlantic Bridge: The Political- Non Political “Charity” that never was.

    Chairman and founder:Liam Fox

Advisory council:George Osborne, William Hague, Chris Grayling and Michael Gove.

Adam Werritty, was “administrator” for Atlantic Bridge, or “UK. Executive Director”

Gabby Bertin: “It was a think tank. We got charitable status. It was non-political. We were completely above board. I was the only employee.”

“Gaby Bertin, Cameron’s press spokeswoman, confirmed that she had worked for Atlantic Bridge, the charity established by Liam Fox in opposition.

She said she knew Werritty, but had not worked alongside him and had been the organisation’s sole employee as the charity got off the ground.

She said the prime minister had no recollection of meeting Werritty, but could not guarantee there had been a chance meeting at some point.

So if she was the sole employee at what point did she cease to be employed by “Atlantic Bridge”? And at what point did Werritty asume what we can only understand to have been her position: as administrator? She did not work “alongside him”, she claims, but there must taken place some form of “hand over” to him surely?

Likewise, as sole administrator or Director or whatever, Wherritty doubtless would need to contact the “Advisory Council” for their “advice”, so, aside from Liam Fox, he clearly knew George Osborne, William Hague, Chris Grayling and Michael Gove, and of course Gabby Bertin: Camerons press spokeswoman.

As such the notion that he had no dealings with Cameron himself is not believable. Gabby ” … could not guarantee there had been a chance meeting at some point.”

Indeed she could not:The man knew half the frigging cabinet. A “chance meeting”? aye, right!

Todiha. It doesn’t mean anything in any likely language, and I can’t get a sensible anagram out of it.

    I had to.

    .
We’re talking about different issues. Mary was talking about why she calls the BBC, the ZBC.

Angrysoba, I feel a bit sick sometimes, and this is one of those occasions. On the Three Cheers For Ken Clarke thread, I admonshied Anno for being abusive to you. Very shortly after, on this thread, you were abusive to Mary. More fool me, eh?

  • angrysoba

yes, Angry, I’ve told you before about being unfeeling, not to mention untruthful, unfair, unreasonable, unethical, unrepentant, un…….

    .
No you haven’t. But if you think you have you will turn up those quotes shortly, right?
    .
You have called me a racist and I asked you to take back such an accusation. If you thought the accusation was serious then you wouldn’t make it unless you had proper evidence. I know that you don’t and I know that you won’t engage me on that charge because you have no case to make.

  • mark_golding

Thanks Nuid – When all else fails invoke some foiled terrorist act and call it ‘an act of war’. Certainly Past its sell buy date to a rational, balance and cognitive mind. Roll on 2012 and Ron Paul – lets get some sanity in the White-House please before everyone loses their minds.

    .
    Hi Clark,
    .
Your “admonishment” of Anno involved explaining why I was one of God’s creatures gone wrong. You didn’t believe what you were saying yourself so I think you were being rather patronising to Anno. Not that I mind that, of course, but I would rather you simply point out, as I asked you to do, what I said or have done which is racist. Anno felt free to call me a racist and hasn’t explained what evidence he has for saying that of me. You have simply ignored the charge.
    .
I did appreciate your very gentle admonishment of Anno and I thought it would have been churlish of me to point out that your admonishment was “disproportionate”, to use that fashionable term, to his vitriol. Yet now you tell me that I make you sick. Sorry about that.

    Anno: You forgot “unwelcome”.
    .
I recall the BBC reporting on a poor Israeli policeman who shot himself, just as Sarkozy was getting on board his plane to leave. The BBC reporter announced ominously that this brought back bad memories in Israel, because at a state function back in ’95 “a gunman” shot Yitzak Rabin.
    .
Not a fanatical Zionist Israeli freak who hated Rabin because the latter actually was interested in peace, no – “a gunman”, with the full implication that it must have been one of those murderous Arabs.
    .
Incidentally, I don’t recall reading anything about the assassin’s family home being bulldozed, everyone he knows arrested, his entire town being subjected to collective punishment (including being surrounded by an electrified fence topped with razor wire). His town – as far as I know – was not cut off from medical, food and electricity supplies, the water supply was not polluted, nor was it subjected to strict curfews. Nor did the IDF go stomping around the assassin’s town, ransacking houses and public buildings, and packing off citizens by the hundreds for DNA tests and interrogation.
    .
Nor, indeed, was the occasion commemorated as a stop-off point for organised tours from the likes of ‘Americans for a Safer Israel’.
    .
The above is the standard treatment when a Palestinian goes mad and kills a “settler”, but for reasons of space no doubt, the BBC fails to report this form of collective punishment (prohibited under article 33 of the Geneva Conventions).

Glennder Bender: Anno: You forgot “unwelcome”.
    .
He didn’t because Craig Murray has said that I am welcome here.

    .
It doesn’t really show Glenn is a very serious person with a tight grip on sanity when he thinks the BBC should be announcing headlines such as “Fanatical Zionist Israeli Freak Kills Rabin”
    .
Because in Glenn’s mind “gunman” equals “murderous Arab” he thinks that that is an equation everyone else makes.

Well, while Mr Murray is still asleep or whatever it looks like the plot is thickening.
    .
Adam Werritty has been provided with a free desk by Michael Hintze, the founder of the CQS hedge fund, at the company’s London base.

Mr Werritty, who has held meetings with Dr Fox 40 times since the election, despite having no official Whitehall role is also said to have boasted to a former girlfriend that he was financed by Conservative Party donors.

    And a different one here:
    .
Liam Fox’s claim that Adam Werritty was operating in “a private capacity” when the men met twice in Dubai this year has been thrown into fresh doubt by hotel records seen by the Guardian.

They reveal that Werritty booked into the five-star Shangri-La hotel earlier this year describing his position as “office of Dr Liam Fox” and naming his company as “Atlantic Bridge”, the defence secretary’s controversial rightwing charity which had close links to a group of powerful American business lobbyists.

    Holy Mother! What’s going on?
    .
Senior Israeli diplomats believed that Adam Werritty was an official adviser to the Defence Secretary Liam Fox when the pair attended a top-level conference that discussed sanctions against Iran, The Independent has learned. Mr Werritty organised a dinner during the Herzliya conference in Israel in February this year for politicians and senior officials, which was attended by the Defence Secretary and Matthew Gould, the British ambassador. But he did it without any UK diplomats in the country being involved in the arrangements, it is claimed.

“Because in Glenn’s mind “gunman” equals “murderous Arab” he thinks that that is an equation everyone else makes.”

Peddling absurdity again – We know perfectly well that is not Glenn’s understanding of the term ‘gunman’ And in the case Glenn described, the BBC *did* conceal the truth about by omitting the very relevant detail that the gunman was contrary to common expectations – Zionist, not Palestinian.

“Glennder Bender”?? – Oh dear, my pathetic little noodle with anger management issues, you wound so! You’re almost up to primary school standards of insult. Have you been hitting the bottle overly hard of late? Of course not, given you’re such a really serious person an’ all .
    .
Stamp your angry little foot and demand that you are welcome all you like, facts are facts. CM said that Larry was welcome too, and we all know how welcome he really is. Fascinating that you take CM’s word as read all of a sudden.
    .
Four posts from you on the trot! Trying to blow smoke over your childish and unpleasant behaviour or something?

    .
I don’t think you detect the difference between anger and mockery very well. Next time I’d better write *I’m laughing at you* alongside my nickname for you.
    .
Stamp your angry little foot and demand that you are welcome all you like, facts are facts. CM said that Larry was welcome too, and we all know how welcome he really is.
    .
I’m not making any demands my little snookums. “CM”, as you call him, later made a post saying Larry was banned whereas earlier he had said explicitly that we were both welcome. He reiterated that he meant welcome. Of course, Larry turned out to be less than welcome but I don’t recall such sentiments put my way.
    .
Fascinating that you take CM’s word as read all of a sudden.

    .
Well, facts are facts, as you so rightly put it (always a first time; how does it feel to have popped your cherry?) and, your false sense of propriety notwithstanding, it is up to him to say who is welcome or not.

Encapsulate, please – uninteresting might cover it all. Except it’s rather interesting that he (she/it/them) takes part here at all. Like a donkey in a ballet, no self-awareness.

Crabs: Peddling absurdity again – We know perfectly well that is not Glenn’s understanding of the term ‘gunman’
    .
Then he has no right making such an insinuation about others. Well, unless he assumes he is simply better than other people which wouldn’t surprise me as he is the supercilious sort.
    .
And in the case Glenn described, the BBC *did* conceal the truth about by omitting the very relevant detail that the gunman was contrary to common expectations – Zionist, not Palestinian.

    .
Right, so the BBC expected to fool everyone into thinking that Yitzak Rabin was killed by a Palestinian? Sure thing. That must have made the trial a bit difficult to report. Of course there is a possiblility, if you can grasp it, that initial reports were quite accurate that he was killed by “a gunman”. Is this such a radical thing to say? Do you suppose that, as Glenn suggests, the BBC should have announced within minutes of the assassination, “fanatical Zionist Israeli freak Kills Rabin!”?
