    “We would like to apologise to all people concerned with the fact, number one, that we have temporarily have made the interview video unavailable and number two, the legal threat that was made by one of our legal guys. The video had to be taken down due to updating the website. The legal threat was a lack of sensitivity from our legal people that was completely out of order. Our work was classed as copyright as we thought it was a good way to avoid it to be used by mainstream media freely and to avoid anyone to use it in a ill intended way. We now realise that we can actually attribute it creative commons(non-commercial) and still have the same protection.

    @Ron – heard that excuse before, but it doesn’t excuse your post. Openly attributing negative characteristics to people because of their Jewishness is racism in my book. Surely there is enough about the behaviour of the Israeli political establishment, or the IDF, or media bias, or neoconservatism (etc etc) that you can criticise?

    Earlier in the thread, some of the regular commenters appear to have taken leave of their senses, imagining a wide and far-reaching conspiracy involving George Soros, infltrated activist goups, corporate advertisers and the deep state to remove the video of a young chap with a laptop talkng to Craig in his garden.

    There is a rich history of all sorts of shenanigans regarding third party media of Craig’s interviews (when the interviews/articles don’t mysteriously get cancelled, that is). People here tend to be rightly rather suspicious (albeit, on this occasion, wrongly).

    Very good Pedro. More power to your elbow. Of all coverage in English so far—and I’ve seen/read most of it—your piece really is the only serious attempt to cover the entire context. That’s why I call Craig’s replies devastating. And why it—along with ABC’s 4Corners film—needs to be distributed as widely as possible. Most people, including journalists, are either by choice or default still ignorant of basic background facts.

    Maybe Le Monde say the Deuxieme Bureau say a leak of an unidentified document to the Emir of Qatar’s media organisation says the Deuxieme Bureau have played a central role in a secret plan to overthrow Putin.

    I believe some of the leaders of the Palestinian Authority have said a lot of the Palestine Papers are forged. Of course, “they would say that, wouldn’t they?” But that doesn’t mean that some or most or all of the documents aren’t forged!

    (I hold no brief for the Al Fatah leaders, practically all of whom apart from Yasser Arafat were getting a cut from the cement for the apartheid wall – if that doesn’t make them Zionist stooges, what does it make them? – but that’s not the point. Psy-ops is the point.)

    The propoganda towards a full out assault on Iran and Syria is hoting up. No doubt about that in my mind. Putting aside, for the moment, the underlying background of Western interference in that part of the world that has gone on for well over a century, I’ve been thinking about all that has happened there recently with the various uprisings that have organically sprung up. I don’t think the Western elites started them, but they do intend to finish them on their terms if they can.

    Indeed, what started them was food riots. And we are going to see a lot more of them in the coming years. It all feels like the beginning of an end game where the big players are setting their pieces out for the final play.

    I would suggest that Craig makes it conditional to his interviews that a good playable video is offered for his blog, this itchy and scratchy version belongs to the 1920’s.
    I shall wait until there is a playable version which is understandable and in sync this is not a video interview, its a mauling.

    And it is propaganda – the very same stuff they’ve been consistently saying for at least the last decade. The big difference at the moment is that the leadership in the US and Israel, for the first time since JFK, have widely different foreign policy agendas. The propaganda may insist that any differences are due to the timing of the upcoming elections in both countries but that is a fallacy.

    Should US/Israel launch any kind of attack against Iran Israel will cease to be a viable state (millions will simply leave the country) and the US will be expelled from pretty much every part of the Middle East, Eurasia and much of South East Asia. Every game-theory driven scenario points to this. Even the Pentagon’s own war-planners have come out publicly and admitted as much.

    Netanyahu is finished in Israel. The US knows it and just has to wait it out a few more weeks and not be duped by some 9/11 type plot in the meantime.
