Now it may be true that MISTERLYON had an interest in parapente
however that would not seem to be the reason he was motorcycling up the Combe d’Ire
    on 05/09/2015

  • michael norton

    Apparently,
the two living persons who were closest to the Slaughter of the Horses both in proximity and in time,
namely MISTERLYON & William Brett Martin,
were both dismissed so very quickly as not having been involved in anyway, indeed,
MISTERLYON is not even, apparently, considered as a witness, yet other possible people have been treated with much greater vigor.
Meaning Eric Devouassoux and Patrice Menegaldo?

  • M.

Mr Lyon said he parked his MC in Doussard, he went up to Col de Forclaz, either for paragliding (his hobby) or for a handgliding lesson (EM seemingly doesn’t know the difference), probably using the shuttle service, landed back in Doussard took his MC and went to the Combe d’Ire to try it as a shortcut home. All that info is in the FRENCH Press.

Who knows, maybe he saw the route across the Col from the air ?

The shortcut is the only odd bit, if he lives in Lyon rather than being just originally from Lyon, then it isn’t an obvious route home.

If he is originally from Lyon and lives in the Rhone-Alpes region, well his home address could be anywhere.

As for not descending on him like a ton of bricks:

1)they may have but no one from ‘Paris’ was able to leak it to the Press
2)they already had a cock up on their hands (ED)
3)Menegaldo suicide and apparent mistreatment by a Gendarme
4)they didn’t want to alarm him into running away or killing himself
5)after surveillance before making contact, they knew he didn’t fit the profile

If Mr Lyon didn’t see anything, how can he be a witness, he wasn’t there at the time of the murders and maybe after two and a half years he doesn’t recall if he saw a car or cyclist(s), which is hardly surprising.

Not everyone is as bothered as some of us by the events that day, not even my lawyer friend, it isn’t as closely followed as you think. The majority of French people just do a shrug and say ‘the brother did it’ or ‘well, they were Iraqis’.

Which reminds me, the arrested in NCT case, delays are a combination of court time, thirty five hour week and lack of legal aid. They have a set time limit under EU rules to bring the perps to court, there has been recent scandals whereby people found guilty of murder and sent to prison have appealled, because this appeal wasn’t dealt with in the allotted EU timescale the guilty have been released from prison. That is a cock-up !

GIP, I have seen Professor Wilson on TV, he comes across very well and his explanations are plausible, in the TP book he thinks the family were lured to the spot, I agree with him.

I’d still like to know who owns the money in Geneva.

    Found an old reference:

    http://www.20minutes.fr/societe/1241581-20131025-20131025-tuerie-chevaline-mysterieux-inconnu-rendu-visite-a-al-hilli

Well let’s just say for the purpose of argument that MISTER LYON is very innocent, he did not evev own or wear a special-side-opening helmet, he did not see anyone whatsoever, he did not see or hear any shooting nor did he see shot up BMW nor dead or wounded persons, he did not pass William Brett Martin, he did not pass Sylvain Mollier, he did not pass Phillippe D. and the car load of women, in fact it is almost as if he was never there.

  • michael norton

So for the moment, let’s put MISTERLYON to one side, on hold.

That then leaves the very slow descending motorcyclist,
who William Brett Martin saw, on the ascent of W.B.M.

If this motorcyclist is not and never has been MISTERLYON,
then this motorcyclist is a different person.
That must surely put this person in the position of SUSPECT?

  • michael norton

    If the murderer is not
    Patrice Menegaldo,
    William Brett Martin,
    MISTERLYON,
    Zaid al-Hilli,
    Phillippe D.
    the women with Phillippe D.
    Any of the Forest Guards,
    Eric Devouassoux,

who does that leave who was at or near at the time of the Slaughter of the Horses.

It leaves the motorcyclist seen by W.B.M.

  • M.

MN, bollocks – it leaves someone unknown waiting for the prey to arrive, pre-planned, pre-arranged, whomever was the target.

Too simple to assume the killer is known. Take off your blinkers. That is the puzzle.

  • michael norton

A very, very good question for the FRENCH Authorities is:

Why doesn’t Eric Maillaud make it clear,
was MISTERLYON also the motorcyclist seen by William Brett Martin
or was W.B.M. motorcyclist a different person?

  • M.

He can’t GIP, he just has a big dislike of the FRENCH, now who does that remind me of ? I need to really, really think about that.

Here is just one of the ideas of mine:

    http://lesailesdulac.free.fr/joomla/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contact&id=13%3Aeric-machetel&catid=27%3Aconseil&Itemid=27

I have others, which I will drip feed to MN, slowly, just like the ‘extraordinarily slow MC passing WBM’, was this ever said ?

I have some free time tomorrow, will use it to review the Panorama programme and the extraordinary slow MC.

MN, why do you never join in a discussion about the family and their extraordinary life ?

  • michael norton

    @M

can we put the victims to one side for a while,
can we concentrate on the murderers.
If we find the murderer/s we can use a FRENCH RUBBER HORSE COCK on them and find out why they did the slaughtering?

  • M.

Because Michael if you don’t look at all the lives of the dead you may never find the killer, start at the end. Not difficult is it ?

There is nothing to put suspicion on any of the people you list, it is just a list, I’ll add ONF1 and 2, the Iraqis in Spain, the Estate Agent in Spain, the people he was dea

A little more from the fatal Monday morning shooting near Grenoble.

    http://www.ledauphine.com/isere-sud/2015/09/28/saint-martin-d-heres-un-homme-tue-par-balle-ce-matin

“The autopsy of the victim will be performed tomorrow, Tuesday midday. Furthermore, intriguing element, reckoning occurs seven years to the day after the murder of Sghair Lamiri, shot in the yard Walk of Varces prison by a sniper posted in the hill overlooking the prison. Lamiri was part of the relatives of the man killed today along with his brother who was killed in a settling of accounts in February 2007 in Fontaine.
Investigation and report on this matter in the Grenoble-Isère editions of the Dauphine Libere on Tuesday.”

Le détenu tué était une figure du milieu grenoblois

It is quite a story of torture, killings and revenge and more, even involves Gypsies.

    Quote Le Figaro
“The regulations are between clans were ten deaths since 2003 in the region.
    Publicity

This is not a shoot more. The central police station of Grenoble, the execution sniper rifle to an inmate of the prison of Varces Sunday came as a shock. On Monday, the police building had strengthened its access. Two officers, armed with machine guns and flak jackets, guarded parking. The custody of the killer took place on the sixth floor, in a tense atmosphere.

The second detainee wounded in the arm by a sniper, because he tried to rescue the victim of the first shots, hurriedly left the Grenoble hospital under escort to be transferred to a safe place in a Lyon hotel. The investigators of the PJ fear another bloodbath in the coming days. Aware that the feud that has shaken the agglomeration only stop for lack of combatants. Now it remains “five, maybe ten,” said a local police officer. “I do not know if it’s the Grenoble underworld, but here it is Chicago!” Got angry Monday one of its officials facing the “Barnum” raised by this case.
    Proletariat Crime

Sghair Lamiri, the victim of the fatal shooting, was not a choir boy. Known for torturing his victims by locking them with hounds in a cellar, this cruel trafficker was sentenced to eight years in prison for a series of robberies. It was mainly the brother of Laasad Lamiri, the man who set fire to the powder keg Grenoble there are now five. His crime? Wanting to enjoy the incarceration of competitors to supplant the local drug market. Upon release from prison, drug dealers shot him in the streets, January 13, 2003.

And the cycle of retaliation is engaged to not stop: Ten dead and as many wounded collected in both camps. With one side of La Villeneuve Tunisians, associated with gypsies; on the other, Algerians Fountain neighborhoods. The belligerents shall sprinkle the Kalashnikov or 11.43 caliber, like their Italian-Grenoble seniors. They ride ambushes, not hesitating to use armbands and police lights flashing to deceive the enemy. As of yesterday the Mafia, this generation raises huge sums with drugs, but with one notable difference: they also consume high doses. “This produces uncontrollable thugs” worries a police commander.

The man who was recruited to the “contract” of Varces prison was not known to the police, if only for a few burglaries. He is 58 years old and resides in the Fountain area. He was caught by the police for the return of his expedition, just outside the prison, the barrel smoking gun. “It was surely a poor guy who needed money,” predicts a policeman who speaks of a real “poverty” in some cities of Grenoble. A proletariat of the crime, in short, that provides useful labor for thugs who know they are being watched now. All night the Grenoble police stashed near the dens and homes still living actors of this new gang war. And wiretapping worked full, looking for any sign of activity.

    These poorly insulated outside prisons”

a bit more, read the last bit.

    http://www.lefigaro.fr/actualites/2007/11/01/01001-20071101ARTWWW90273-deux_morts_dans_une_fusillade_a_grenoble.php

Two men were killed and three others injured in a settling of scores between rival gangs vying for control of the local narcotics traffic.
    Publicity

Gang warfare continues in Grenoble. Latest episode on Wednesday night in a bloody shootout that killed two men. Three others were injured, two seriously. According to police, it would be a new settling of accounts between gangs of the town, vying for local traffic control narcotics. Eight people were shot dead in several settling of accounts in Grenoble since the beginning 2007.
30 to 20 hours, three heavily armed men arrived in the pedestrian part of the sensitive area of Villeneuve fired heavy fire on a group of people sitting on a wall, instead of the Giants, before fleeing. “I saw the shooters from my balcony, there were three, small, not very beefy, dressed in black with hoods, they pulled slowly and then went back power,” he told a resident. The three men were armed with several big guns, including at least one automatic pistol and a 12 caliber rifle.
    “It becomes Chicago here»
“It becomes Chicago here, now, I forbid my children to play outside,” lamented another resident. The three attackers are actively sought and no arrest had occurred Thursday morning, according to a police source.
The dead included Morival Frederick, 30, and his uncle Christopher Morival, 35, the latter well known to police for drug stories and considered a leader of the gang of Villeneuve. The three wounded, two serious and light, touched by hand, were transported to University Hospital of Grenoble.
Christophe Morival had escaped death on July 28, Eybens in the Grenoble suburb. The two men started looking for him were wrong target and had shot down by mistake Grenoblois 22 years.
    Law of silence
According to one of the investigators, there is in each gang a hard core of about ten people connected to the accomplices of subgroups and the investigation faces a true law of silence. “Even the mothers and sisters of victims, often more conciliatory with the police refuse to talk” The investigation was entrusted to the Grenoble branch of the Interregional Directorate of Judicial Police (DIPJ) of Lyon.

The origin of these settling dates back to January 13, 2003 murder by a motorcycle gunman moving to Fountain Lasaad Lamiri 27 years. Notorious trafficker, he was considered a threat to Fontaine gang affairs.

There is a phrase in that piece that has been used by Eric Maillaud

“According to police, it would be a new settling of accounts”

A gangland sniper killed a convict as he exercised in prison, police said yesterday.

Supergrass Sghair Lamiri, 29, was gunned down as the hitman, perched on a nearby hill, fired five shots at him in the yard of high-security Varces-Grenoble prison in south-east France.

A second inmate was shot in the hand as he rushed to his dead friend’s aid but then took cover. The gunman was arrested soon after Sunday afternoon’s killing as he tried to escape on a motorbike with false licence plates, clutching a still-warm 7.65mm rifle with telescopic sights.

A man of 58 was last night being held by murder squad detectives, who confirmed he was “a big player in the international drugs trade based out of ports in the South of France”. The daring crime evoked memories of the French Connection, a crime scam that provided the vast majority of illicit heroin to America in the 60s and 70s.

It was the title of a 1971 movie, starring Gene Hackman as a New York cop trying to bust the organisation.

Police admit the heroin trade through France still accounts for numerous murders every year.

In the latest, Lamiri – serving eight years for robbery – was about to testify to his assassin’s alleged involvement in his brother’s death.

Lamiri’s older brother, Lassad, was a trafficker shot by rivals in January 2003 after a row over drug shipments.

A detective said last night: “It appears Lamiri’s enemies wanted to take him out of the equation before he started naming names.”

French Justice Minister Rachida Dati confirmed it was the first time in France that someone in prison had been killed from outside.

I expect it has very little connection to what happened in the Combe d’Ire on 05/09/2012

but it does show the awful level of gun crime in that part of FRANCE

and most of it has little to do with ENGLAND.

    MN & M.

According to the FRENCH Press, the two missing elements are the 4×4 and the the well dressed man at the campsite, maybe you’d like to add them to your list of suspects ?

I’ll add ONF1 and 2, the Iraqis in Spain, the Estate Agent in Spain, the people he was dealing with in Switzerland.

    M. above has covered most bases. One could add a few low-likelyhood people in Sweden and the UK. However it seems to me that the immediate priority must be tracing the 4×4.

I was going to write that establishing its existence was the priority, but since a public appeal was issued, it (or something like it) implicitly must exist, despite Eric’s assertation that “One witness is no witness“.

I certainly have sympathy for the families and friends of the victims, who may understandably resent the intrusive media examination of the private family lives of those murdered.

When this is finally resolved at least one set of friends and family are going to be able to say that their concerns have been vindicated.

Unfortunately the target-centric nature of this investigation is to some extent a necessity, not just the whim of an inveterate frenchman.

Investigative resources have to be allocated and justified, so there is a forced choice to be made. A neutral investigation with no assumptions is impossible, the gendarmes have no jusistiction in the UK for a start.

So MN, the hapless Eric states that they have three broad categories of piste, firstly the SAH party as target, secondly SM as target and thirdly neither as target.

Which do you support? How confident are you that any you exclude have no merit whatsoever?

  • michael norton

    Well, what I mean is
    |Grenoble is a very short distance from Savoie.
Some of these criminals who torture, kill and intimidate in Isere may well sometimes move into Savoie or even Haute-Savoie.
There do seem to be some interchanges.
    Motorcyclists as assassins.
    Settling of accounts.
    Vendettas.
    Torture.
    Abduction.
    People held against their will.
    Firearms

    that sort of thing.

  • M.

MN, an hour and a half by car is REAL close:

    http://fr.mappy.com/itineraire#/1/M2/TItinerary/IFRGrenoble%2038000|TOChef-Lieu%20de%20Chevaline%2C%2074210%20Doussard|GP1.355/N151.12061,6.11309,3.24386,50.36073/Z7/

Are you suggesting a crime within 110kms from your home affects you ?

That’s enough distraction, you are on your own, bye.

Back to a real question, Zaid says his Daddy didn’t leave the money to them, so who owns the ONE bank account in Geneva ?

Who is the 30/40 year old well dressed man at the campsite who tapped the bonnet of the car after a 30 minute animated discussion with Saad, was he wearing gloves ?

Did he have a car ? Where did he park it before entering the campsite ?

MN, you want a discussion about a possible murderer, here’s a damn good start, there were WITNESSES, plural, I wonder what he looked like, with his square jaw ?

A well dressed, square jawed, 30 to 40 year old man, speaking in a language people at the campsite couldn’t identify, animated and appearing to be from a different ‘culture’. Goodness me, could he have been a fellow Arab ? I’m sure the PC brigade will be after me for such a comment !
