The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?
I’ve mentioned this in a previous thread.
ATK was formed to divert attention away from Honeywell, its parent company.
Honeywell has loads of sites in the UK. Its also the network provider for AWE Aldermaston.

@Felix
Hart Group Holdings Ltd – with its directors the Temple bros, Ronald and David… exactly same as per Silver Fern Svcs Ltd!
🙂
@Bluebird
Agreed there is no necessary connection between Silver Fern (Sussex) Ltd and Silver Fern Svcs Ltd, it’s just a name that links to NZ, but I think it’s worth a push to try and dig something up… seems too much of a coincidence to me… Call it a hunch if you like…

I am confused now I have looked at the map of the hairpin bend etc as posted on Icke and I can see how that road I saw on video relates but the car park that Kenneth says was the spot looks too far away from Chevaline although it does look like a car park at the end of the road .
My assumption was that the lower lay-by was used for the police vehicles and tent and the upper lay-by was where the car was I didn’t even realise the road carried on that much further and anyway that top car park looks just too far away.
Its a good job I haven’t got to solve this crime.
In view of recent postings is it possible this was some sort of training exercise they seem to have a habit of turning ugly.

Genius re ATK/Honeywell/Aldermaston!
So now we have
WS Atkins, Unit 4, Hercules House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Reading, RG7 8DN
Silver Fern Services Ltd, 2A Zodiac House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Reading, RG7 8HN
Honeywell [parent of ATK] Control Systems Ltd, Zodiac House Calleva Park Aldermaston, Berkshire RG7 8HW
And Honeywell and Silver Fern Svcs are in the same building.
SST-US also has engineers available for contract work:
http://www.sst-us.com/shop/professionalservices
One strange thing about Silver Fern Svcs Ltd is what they claim to do.
We create and orchestrate sales promotions with full website capabilities, without charge !
http://www.silverfernservices.com/home.htm
The thing is, if this is *really* what they do, why would they locate themselves first at Sandhurst, and then at Aldermaston? Surely defence establishments such as these don’t exactly need prize promotions to the general public???
What is it, “buy one nuke and get the second one half price” at AWE???
Surely this kind of business would best be located in a major metropolis, not stuck in the backwaters next to a military establishment…?
And… their website isn’t completely finished… the links at the bottom don’t work, for example, and some of the text doesn’t make sense… it’s sort of “half built”.
Yet the website’s been around since 2007, so it says…

I can’t square that now with the aerial photos in the video above. The dark patch certainly looks like where the BMW was found, with the timber behind it on the bank, but it seems wrong from the direction of the junction. I need to study it more
@Ferret: 2007 is when ATK acquired Swales Aerospace. No BOGO deal there, I’d say.

TIMET Savoie operates within the CEZUS Ugine facility. TIMET’s HQ is in Denver, Colorado. The company’s history includes supplying the US Defense Department with titanium for missiles and pharmaceutical equipment. Note past connections to USAF.
So there is a little more going on at CEZUS Ugine than previously thought.
And of course, titanium is used for dental implants.
Ferret that Silver Fern company could be anything, and I mean anything in a “don’t take the place at face value way”. It sounds like a possible front to me.
As an aside The National Criminal Intelligence Service has a base in the North East of England. It’s on an industrial park and disguised as a bathroom manufacturer/factory. No one’s supposed to know what it is but everyone locally knows what it is. They moved it from the front of the estate to the back a few years ago after the whole place went up in flames during the night. None of the other companies on the park bothered with security with that place as a neighbour…or they didn;t till it got burned down that is haha.
Anyway, it’s the bathroom unit that the public never go to. Security/security cameras etc galore..and the warehouse part actually houses all their undercover cars. To casual observers however it looks just like a factory unit. It also has the name of the make believe bathroom company blazoned on it too.
Link above regarding TIMET Savoie could explain why Sylvain Mollier was reportedly working at a stainless steel factory:
“TIMET owns 46 percent of Valtimet, which manufactures welded tubing made primarily of stainless steel and titanium in France and in China through its majority-controlled subsidiary. The transaction allows TIMET to be the key long-term supplier of titanium strip product to the joint venture and to expand uses for titanium via Valinox Welded’s expertise and strong reputation in the field.”

Silverfernsvcs was as a domain registered in 2007 by ronald temple. However, until 2010 the domain was not used ( no website).
The website as it is today was first established in 2010 ( see wayback machine).
I agree that the website is fake and the business, too. Seems to be a business to cover up intelligence activities and money laundering (something what is of importance for intelligence services) .however, we cannot link it to wbm.
Boeing is a client of TIMET:

16 Oct, 2012 – 8:42 pm the lay-by in question is about 175 m to the NORTH of the EAST junction. Other locations have been falsely suggested on here. If you compare google map with aerial vids you will see the rising ground to the RIGHT / EAST (against which the BMW reversed) and road to the LEFT/ WEST. On the other side of the road is the river, and on some shots you can see the parallel road which heads back to Chevaline to the EAST. Hope this helps.
Thanks Felix, Dopey, Q and Bluebird – excellent work all round!
🙂
I’m going to call it a night – I’m in the middle of untangling the corporate web emanating from Silver Fern Svcs Ltd to see if I can unearth anything… it’s eye-crossing stuff!
Correction: TIMET Corporate HQ is currently showing in Dallas, TX.
Of further note, TEPCO was a TIMET client:
“In a breakthrough move for TIMET, The Tokyo Electric Power Company ordered 150,000 pounds of titanium condenser tubing made from the Henderson plant, and the company anticipated an increase in orders.”

Well, enough about that.
TIMELINE – LATEST! Sorry to keep banging away at this but it crucially speaks to the plausibility and credibility of the official story. I can’t emphasise it too much. Now I begin to wonder if my unanswerable point has been picked up by the French. Why? Because it appears they have changed the story dramatically. Unfortunately it makes it even more puzzling and unbelievable.
The Daily Telegraph today (16.10.12) quotes Mr Maillaud as saying the following:
“Mr Martin said he also checked the pulse of Mr Mollier, turned off the BMW’s engine, and carried out a number of other tasks before realising his mobile phone did not have a signal. He then cycled down the hill and finally made a call to the emergency services logged at 15.48.” THIS IS A NEW STORY! You notice he has conveniently dispensed with the fact that he first meets Didierjean and they BOTH go back to the scene before going back down the hill to get a signal. Or indeed that it was previously stated that it was DIDIERJEAN who actually made the first call.
Previously it was understood that WBM telephoned almost immediately he came on the murder scene. I demonstrated this was impossible on the basis of his own account that he had no reception on his phone; the fact that Didierjean didn’t arrive until 4.10; and all the things they did before making the call. NOW Maillaud is sticking to his story that Martin made the call at 3.48 but AFTER HE HAD DONE ALL HE SAID HE DID. So we have apparently to run the clock BACK from 3.48. Apart from the problem of having to discount Didierjean’s testimony that he met Martin at 4.10 then went back to the scene on foot, checked everything out and went back down the hill before DIDIERJEAN rang the cops, we have to account for at least HALF AN HOUR between Martins arrival at the scene and his telephone call. If Maillaud is now claiming that 3.48 was AFTER all the actions both WBM and PD describe it would mean that Martin had to arrive at the lay-by at 3.18 pm or thereabouts. His half hour cycle journey would now have to start at 2.50.
Apart from the necessity of Didierjean having to change his story substantially (they would have had to meet no later than say 3.30, to do what they said they did, but it raises another obvious problem: the Al Hilli’s could not have got to the lay-by ahead of him. Why? Because the police are now saying they have proof he was still in Drossard at 3.15. This would give them only THREE MINUTES to arrive AT THE SAME TIME AS Martin. Clearly this is utter nonsense without even factoring in the time required for Mollier to overtake, the gunmen to arrive, carry out the operation and escape, apparently back past WBM.
It would appear that Mr Maillaud, in attempting to explain the impossible has made the scenario even more so!

The temple brothers are obviously simply some strawman. The purpose of those websites might be fraud, money laundering or else it is simply a joke.
In Brett Martin’s televised interview he said that he couldn;t get a signal and made his way down the hill. There he met Phillipe D, and Phillipe D made the call and BEFORE they all drove back up the hill to the murder scene.
As they left the scene and were travelling back down the hill they were passed by the emergency services team who were on their way to the car park. Brett said they arrived so quickly because they’d heard about the shootings via radionet.

Some suggestions why it´s been mixed up who is really calling, and the “4.10” arrival:
Could it be that Didierjean is using the phone of WBM ( who might be in a state of panic ) at the call 3.48, when they meet on the road?
And that Didierjean together with WBM, arrive at the murder scene 4.10, after the call been made 3.48?
