The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.
Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:
the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?
The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.
Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:
Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.
There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.
But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.
The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Pity it misses out about 5,000 years.
Further to my last post, it reminds me of the Israeli lie that there was no such place as Palestine.
Good point Thomas 1 Nov, 2012 – 1:58 pm. I believe and always have, that there was a Mollier/Al Hilli meet but I have never come across your very persuasive point before. Namely would Mollier intend to take a 5000 euro bike on rough tracks. As you say this is indicative of the lay by being his destination. A similar question arises for WBM which I have not seen posed. Was he intending to get to this point and then go back or go back another way? A question I have previously posed, why there? Why not somewhere less remote but still relatively anonymous? My suggestion was that Martin’s problem with mobile phone reception might have been a positive after all both had them or as a way of defeating tracking devices? Alternatively a very well signed (two big ones) layby in remote spot unlikely to be disturbed(!) with easy explanation for being there?

1 Nov, 2012 – 3:38 pm They’re here. Sorry it took so long to get back to u but i m still doing catch-up at 00 30!
http://videos.tf1.fr/jt-20h/tuerie-en-haute-savoie-le-point-sur-l-enquete-7508367.html
The only other firm evidence of a Mollier/Al Hilli meet, rather amazingly, is that three of them were outside together next to the passenger door. Zainab says she was outside with her dad. We don’t know if she said he was talking to another man. What we hear she has said is determined by her police and other “minders”. The blood stain evidence must be reliable as to where Mollier was and because of her final resting place, where Zainab was too. If she says she was with her father, that places him with her AND Mollier. Now the question arises “Why would Martin (we will accept his evidence on this point but not conclusively) drag a dead man’s body from where he undoubtedly lay over the main blood stain, all the way to the other side of the car, where all the graphics place him prone? It raises the question – would he have done this BEFORE turning off the car engine or after given that Mollier was in fact in no danger from the car: he was dead and he was at the side? So we now have two stong pieces of circumstancial evidence that Mollier and Al Hilli were in fact meeting rather than one or other just unluckily in the same vicinity as the Prosecutors wished us to believe.
One further point: presumably Martin was also in cycling gear. There is no way that he could have dragged blood drenched Mollier at least six or seven metres without getting his blood on him, yet no mention of this by him, or Didierjean or police. If the man who met me in a panic was covered in blood I think that would be a memorable fact that I would feel obliged to repeat, wouldn’t you? So what happened to this significant bit of evidence? Did he give his clothes to the police? It could not, as an intelligent and innocent man, have escaped his notice surely? If on the other hand they were washed, destroyed or in fact free of blood, it has implications for his description of events and what really did happen.
@TimV
For you enlightenment, I have put up SM’s residence from the video on Icke.
A few loose ends – I realise why Zaid’s son has two birth certificates – since he only married in 1992, they re-registered the birth (1985) of S O’R-H in 1993 to, I guess add the father’s name [something Milliband E could always do…] and I guess also to change the surname.
Is Zaid still in his Chessington flat?
http://www.yourlocalguardian.co.uk/news/local/elmbridgenews/9920830.Murdered_man_s_brother__not_seen_for_days_/
Bizarre coincidence the very next day- the bank in North Parade was allegedly robbed and the whole area cordoned off
{http://www.yourlocalguardian.co.uk/news/local/kingstonnews/9922690.Robbers_target_security_guard_outside_Chessington_bank/}
{http://www.surreycomet.co.uk/news/topstories/9922852.Robber_escapes_with_cash_box_after_Chessington_bank_raid/}
Just grabbed it, no injuries, no follow up. Area cordoned off.
David, from Rhona’s cafe, who didn’t want to be identified the previous day, now announces he is David Akar.
I am guessing the block in question is Bray Court where Zaid allegedly lives – opposite the bank. Strange coincidence.
ATTENTION! Pro-Zionist mole detected
[my emphasis]
Sentimental sectarian rubbish of the worst kind, trying to justify excessive and sick pro-Zionist behaviour. This has NO place on a forum frequented by honest and civilised men and women and most be condemned in the strongest terms.
No “free choice” would be threatened (supposing it is) if it weren’t for the behaviour of the outlawed colony at the shores of the Meditaerannean, which actions in the occupied territories (and the US Okay’ing it) was the prime motivation behind 9/11, after which Israel skilfully managed to allign it own crack down on the Palestinians with the wider so called War on Terror (sic).

@Thomas – not sure if it is connected, but A Hussain Ali Al-Hilli was born in central London in 1990 – mother’s family name Naji.
You certainly need a mountain bike on the Col de Cherel / Chérel..

Col de Cherel – Quiet carless route south of Lake Annecy.
Last 7 kms is gravel so need a mountain bike
@TimV see Icke for my comments on the Martin interview – it’s all one interview. I need to re-check for edits. But both Sky and BBC use an overlapping brige, end of BBC start of Sky for 2 mins. I am perplexed by this. Perhaps that was the deal done.

Se Thomas’ other link, with an excellent map of the Col. It is very much to the SW of lake Annecy.

The situation remains that you are not able to proof — by linking to the 1495 high Col du Chérel in the SW — whether or not the road to the east of the crime scene has asphalt on it

I have to contract (part of) what I said, because it is indeed the same road we are talking about, as you can clearly see the bend where the crime took place. But look at the map if you
choose ‘Google Terrain’. There are many tracks/forresty roads, so it woukld be possible to carry your bike for only a few hundred meters, and from then on cycle on a completely different — and very likely — asphalt road.
Although I agree with you that it remains a mystery why Mollier went up there to this remote spot with that expensive street bike. He probably came up via the Moulin road, but nevertheless it is an odd remote spot, so this was this odd remoteness and the danger involved in it that his Father-in-law advised against, rather than the impossible tracks, I think.
However this myriads of foresty tracks opens op a whole nbew perspective re. escape routes for the murder(es), beacuse as I said, you only have to traverse these bad roads for a few hundre meters before you are on to either the Moulin road or to the road to Giez, which is entirely new stretch, bypassing Chevaline.
I am going to post screenshots on Icke of these forresty roads.
Here are two screenshots from OPENSTREETMAPS and GOOGLE TERRAIN, showing the many different tracks leading to and from the crime scene
@Kenneth
We have no proof that SM owned what seems to be a ridiculously expensive bike. A titanium bike might take you there…(to that price, I mean) We don’t even have proof of any bikes at the scene. It’s a small point for me. The official story seems daft.
Yeah, you’re right. My attention right now is on the coming and going of the murderers. A motorbike could easily have traversed through these woods on one way, i.e. eitherrgoing or coming, because taking the same route in and out would be stupid. always best that potential witnesses always are new ones, who haven’t seen you — that is your bike and your helmet — before.
kenneth, sorry but you completely misread my comment. I thought it was a good memoir-story by a person (Basya) who survived the war years in Russia – and stayed there. The jewish angle comes in but kind of obliquely, and israel is touched upon just as a place where some people started to go to after 1990.
I think you should read – or try to – that story without prejudice. You’ll have to work hard to find a zionist angle there. I was mostly left with an impression about how unbelievably tough it was for people in Ukraine to survive through the war years – and afterwards. The teller seemed simple but honest.
I’ll admit to my comment being rather O/T. BB put up the file for history on Chalka, though unfortunately, the person he referred to as Inna was nowhere to be found in that story.
I will also admit to being partial to memoirs of “ordinary” people who often are anything but. From all over.
As to my comment on free will, again you misinterpret. I happen to believe that the western world, led by the US, is heading back into authoritarianism, led by the nose through the international corporations, coupled with the zionist attempt to shape narratives and influence events such the state of israel can get away with their occupation. So my take is not totally at odds with yours just minus the hysteria and hyperbole. I don’t wish to argue further sion this since it detracts from the thread’s focus. My opinions son this or that really shouldn’t matter to you at all.
Tim V –
No I cant get the logophere site up using either your link or by clicking on logophere from something-stinks.com
I would not mention this link here if i would not have researched more al hilli relatives. More about that later. Just one thing: the al-shabibi family is married with the al hilli family since WW2. The father of Raya al Shabibi was the great Muhammad Ridha al Shabibi. Prime Minister of Iraq and pro British. Raya married Zuhair al Hilli. Both families are from Najaf. Also Hashim was born in Najaf.
One son of Muhammad Ridha al Shabibi is Sinan al Shabibi. Current director of the Iraqi central bank. Now note the timeline. The original tweet is in arabic but i found an english summary. Felix will translate the original, will you? Sinan is the brother of Raya al Shabibi. Did I mention that some Shabibis did leave Iraq in the early 1970tees and lived in …… Putney of course.
One son of Raya al Shabibi is Imam Mohammed al Hilli who lives and works in a Mosque in London.
Now. Here is the text:
BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Denied Iraqi Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi issued arrest warrants against him and his escape outside Iraq. Shabibi said in connection with the independent press (Iba) Fbl few will return to Iraq within two hours from now, stressing that what was published yesterday on the issuance of arrest warrants against him was false . Shabibi accused elements described Palmdauma trying to overthrow the work of the central bank, without elaborating further details. (end) .

Whether SM was killed in the front passenger seat and dragged out or shot and dragged around the car both appear to be attempts to prevent it looking like a meet between SAH/SM. Maybe the blood Zainab had on her was SMs blood as she tried to help.
Also this politically important pro British guy is a relative of the al Hillis. In earlier times the family was also called al Hilfu, but updated their name into al Hilli in the 1930tees. They werent from Hillah but from Najaf.
http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2005-11-15/news/0511150140_1_mahdi-iraq-sunnis-fear
He is the brother of Fadhil Abdul Mahdi who married Answaa al Shabibi, sister of Sinan al Shabibi and daughter of Muhammad Ridha al Shabibi. Fadhil now lives (or lived) in Montreal.
Typo above:
Not al Hilfu but of course al Hilfi.
That is the village of Abu Hilfa, close to Najaf.
As i have said, they updated their name to al Hilli in the 1930tees.
What did SAH go to Geneva for?
How about to pick up his Luger from a safety deposit box?
It’s just possible the murders at Chevaline are a LaRouchian doing. Certain things fit. This runs long to give a flavor of the strange cult. Apologies and ignore if it’s not of interest.
“The American Freedom Coalition was funded with over 5 million dollars of Sun Myung Moon money… the members… also belong to something … referred to as a “conservative educational group promoting Judeo-Christian values” called the Council for National Policy. Included on this Moon-funded group are… Rev. James Bevel who was a few years ago, associated with the LaRouche organization.”
{www.watch-unto-prayer.org/moon.html}
Following 3 paragraphs extracted and paraphrased from various pages:
“Sexism and homophobia became central themes of the LaRouche organization’s theories [as they are with Moonies and Scientologists]… there are workers who are prepared to fight… held back… by pressure from their wives… The problem with making the revolution, LaRouche said… was that women are castrating bitches… those members who challenge the increasingly macabre political and social theories expounded by their leader were confronted by loyalists as politically and sexually inadequate traitors to the cause.”
“What happened to cause this dramatic shift? Some say it was a dramatic incident in LaRouche’s personal life. In 1972 LaRouche’s common-law wife, Carol Schnitzer, left him for a young member of the London NCLC chapter named Christopher White… For LaRouche, it was a crushing blow. His first wife Janice had similarly walked out on him… taking with her the couple’s young son.”
[This supposedly explains LaRouche’s hatred of England and the MIs. He claimed White was programmed by the SIS and later had him kidnapped and tortured – I mean, deprogrammed.]
“Drawing upon his new contacts on the far Right… LaRouche arranged with former CIA officer Mitchell WerBell III to provide the NCLC security force with armed self-defense training at WerBell’s paramilitary camp in Powder Springs, Georgia… WerBell introduced LaRouche into wider right-wing circles including a shadowy netherworld of spys, mercenaries, and intelligence operatives.”
“The [Rev. Moon’s] Unification Church was also in the private spy business, as were various rightist outfits supplying the Nicaraguan Contras. But LaRouche’s snoops employed unusual techniques with especially intriguing results. “They are like ferrets,” said the NSC’s Norman Bailey, adding that they sometimes induced high-level foreign officials to “open up.”
Note to Q: Moonies figure big in “The Case of the Disturbingly Good Looking Dude,” while the Canadian Youth Movement Headquarters of the LaRouchies is in Montreal.
On LaRouche, HSBC bank and money laundering:
{http://canadanewslibre.com/2012/07/14/larouchepac-hsbc-under-multiple-investigations-for-drug-money-laundering/}
The following are bits from this page, possibly relative to the events at Chevaline:
http://www.lyndonlarouche.org/fascism19.htm
“The LaRouchians strove for direct ties with the government of a targeted country, either on its home ground or through its Washington embassy or New York UN mission. If an embassy official liked their product, they would offer to provide various public relations and dirty tricks/smear services. Defectors say the organization prepared research materials for at least a dozen governments, as well as Japanese multinational corporations. Besides the nuclear-bomb aspirants already named, the clients reportedly included French and Italian intelligence agencies, Iran (under the Shah) and Saudi Arabia. The name of the game was opportunism. While working for Panamanian strongman Manuel Noriega, they peddled anti-drug trafficking reports in Colombia and Peru. While endorsing right-wing military terror in Guatemala, they provided information to Washington, D.C.’s left-wing Christic Institute for its lawsuit against LaRouche’s longtime detractor General Singlaub, whom Christic attorneys accused of involvement in Contra terrorism.”
“If the LaRouchians were able to attract the attention of CIA bureaucrats, it was all the easier to gain the interest of the low-budget intelligence services of some developing nations. Information pyramiding was fairly easy. A LaRouchian might pick up an interesting rumor from a telephone conversation with a low-level diplomat at embassy A. He could then call up his contact at embassy B and tell him what he had learned. In return, he might receive another piece of gossip or conjecture. He could then move on to embassies C and D, multiplying his pennies like the lad in the pluck-and-luck story. ”
“One key was that much of the valuable intelligence floating around the world is neither classified nor secret, but merely obscure. Whoever bothers to dig it out gains leverage if he can determine (as the LaRouchians apparently are able to do) which corporations or governments would be most interested in a given piece of information.”
“The factor of sheer ignorance about the United States was manifest in a 1975 Iraqi request to the LaRouchians for a background report on the National Renaissance Party, James Madole’s tiny New York storm trooper outfit. The Iraqis were considering funding the NRP as a propaganda asset. The LaRouchians reported back that the NRP was an isolated group unlikely to be useful. But the fact that a Middle East country could even consider working with the NRP revealed a profound naiveté about American politics.”
If anyone is interested in a long slice of LaRouche’s core philosophy in his own words – there’s a bit about Baghdad bankers (from ancient times) near the end.

Great find NR!!!!
Thanks for that link. I read pieces but understood enough to get the picture. The NRP is a new NAZI parry funded by the CIA as is the EAP a Swedish NAZI party funded by La Rouche. And so are the always in history pro British Iraqi Nationalists funded by CIA. The panarabian Iraqis hated the British. The Nationalists asked for their support.
I got the impression when reading Iraqi history, that the likes of al Hilli, al Shabibi and Jafar Pasha al Askari were always strong pro British Nationalists.
Now I read National Renaissance party?
Yesterday I found the website (disfunct) run by Inna Chayka (whose iraqi security firm is in the same house where the al Hillis lived in Putney). This website domain was registered in Melbourne (ali al hilli lives in Melbourne).
The name of that now defunct website is:

I found these snippets in a long article on Freepublic.
“”From the outset Auchi kept out U.S. companies and U.S. technology,” said Shaw of the bidding process for the Iraqi cell contracts. “There is a gold rush out there [Iraq]. The opportunity is there. There is so much money floating around that the Iraqi minister of communications went to London, passed $20 million to Auchi to have him start the process.”
(* My note: Shaw is apparently yet another person the press played up to be a conservative but whose target is Feith, Zell, Chalabi, DeRita, Rumsfeld – and dare I say it? Perhaps even the Office of Special Plans that Rockefeller and the LaRouche faction in the Pentagon hates so much? And notice that Commerce Department connection there… remember the Chalabi papers with the head of al QaQaa andhis visits to China) ”

The name “Baath” in Baath Party means “Renaissance.”
Remember that I posted a link where Suhaila 1990 attended a PLO-meeting outside Jerusalem that was pro-Saddam. Even it was forbidden for the nurses to participate in political meetings, she did this apparently in secret.
It would be interesting to know more of Suhailas dead husband, if there was any connections with EAP or whatever.
EAP in Sweden became pro-Iraq in the 90s. The leader is now from Iraq.
Could there be a link between the Baath Party and EAP/LaRouche? When I read about the program of EAP it´s to weird to be solely sponsored by CIA, add Iraq and it would fit better.

“NR Could we perhaps say:

I believe that we are getting closer step by step.”
Or it could be an internal LaRouchian thing, someone ordered to take out SM and then killing SAHs in a rage. What fit with the posting above was SM and SM’s father being in the party, plus the divorce. There was something I read that LaRouche didn’t want members to marry, unlike Moon who arranged marriages for everyone. At one time, he encouraged his members to great street violence, like agents provocateurs or anarchists, to toughen them for the revolution.
I had an encounter with one LaRouchian teenager at a mall, who was incensed when I wasn’t interested in signing something, and started shouting I was a Communist. When I complained to the mall and they cast him out with his folding table, he went berserk and continued yelling death threats.
On the other hand, I had a brief, pleasant conversation with a couple in their 40’s, who were tending posters of President Obama with a Hitler mustache, and passing out literature. Haven’t seen any this season, but noticed in the news an 80 year old woman tore down three of those posters and the LaRouchians had her arrested. The matter was resolved when she returned the posters and explained it wasn’t because she liked Obama, but for her, Hitler and his mustache are icons of evil and mustn’t be used frivolously.

Political movements like LaRouche/EAP attracts mentally disturbed people, so an internal LaRouche-affair is not to be excluded as the cause for the killings.

Mr X uses the LaRouche intelligence network to find a contact in Cezus … arranges introduction & meetings, for all we know there have been others [ December ?] …. but during all this Kadhem dies & historic papers are found, Saad makes the fatal mistake of telling Mr X who is now so high up in the British ranks he cannot afford to be proved a liar after all his denials.

Possible, of course, but no I don’t think it works.
Where does SM the key to it all fit in to your theory? He doesn’t.
And it just doesn’t fit the current geopolitical situation.
I think Bluebird et al are much closer to it.
LaRouche meets LaRouche, or CIA meets CIA. There’s a sieve to Tel Aviv, they get wind of the rendezvous, but not the covert purpose, and think, hell no, we’re not taking any chances and dispatch a hit squad at short notice, sub-contract the hit even. They’re getting careless .. remember Bibi’s pathetic demonstration of the ‘Iranian bomb’ at the UN General Assembly.
Plus there’s a rift now between the US, UK and ‘the entity’ (Israel). They’re not going to fight any more wars on behalf of that entity.
Sir John Sawyer, the head of MI6 had already paid a visit to Jerusalem to see Bibi but his mission failed.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2201855/Sir-John-Sawyers-MI6-chief-secret-trip-meet-Israeli-PM-head-plans-bomb-Irans-nuclear-programme.htm
Result? The Mossad offed the CIA’s crown jewels. No wonder BM panicked.
And remember the significance of the name ‘Chevaline’. Get it yet?
