Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

3 Nov, 2012 – 5:34 pm I totally agree he was very apprehensive. Who knows he might have been warned by MI5? If so they would have a good idea of the perpetrator(s) although they’ve kept very quiet about it subsequently. The smart clothes virtually rules out the official excuse for them being there exploration.Yet more obfuscation from the French Gendarme! (When will someone in that organisation stand up for their genuine crime-solving duty and purpose?) Smart dress is more to impress at a meeting either before or after I would say.

OLIGARCHS DON’T PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING.
… the alleged agreements between Berezovsky and Abramovich were in dispute, largely because many of the alleged deals were made orally. No one even took notes. Abramovich said the cloud this created was partly intentional: He claimed that for a time, he went along with the fiction that Berezovsky owned part of Abramovich’s oil company, Sibneft, because Berezovsky’s political capital helped protect the business.

AN OLIGARCH IS MOST VULNERABLE WHEN SHOPPING.
It wasn’t easy for Berezovsky to serve notice that he intended to sue Abramovich. He told The Associated Press that he carried the legal papers in his car for six months while he tried to track Abramovich down…
“I even flew to Manchester to a game between Manchester United and Chelsea, but he was with 20 bodyguards. It was impossible to give him papers,” Berezovsky said at the time.
Berezovsky finally got his chance on London’s swank Sloane Square, when he spotted Abramovich shopping in a Hermes boutique. Berezovsky walked in, to the horror of Abramovich’s security detail, and served him.

    EVERY HOUSE NEEDS A ROOF.
The Russian word most bandied about during the trial was “krysha,” which means roof. It also means political patronage that blurred the line between business, politics and shady mafia dealings.

At least the Russians are now open and honest about the fact that the government under Putin, the Billionaire oligarchs and the mafia and all one and the same. In the west, we foolishly maintain the fiction those entities are separate.

Jon is giving arithmetic problems with every post, and now you are setting weekend reading assignments.

Our devastatingly good looking dude claimed a collection to Roman Abramovich and also to Vladimir Romanov, thought those two were delusional or braggadocio. His connection to an Azerbaijani multi-billionaire was not. Like Mr. X, we dare not name his name, not for fear of lawsuits in London, but because he has folks shot in the middle of the street in Moscow.

Katie and Kathy, you are both certainly correct about Auchi, and so is our Arab expert Felix (many thanks for all your translations!)

However, as I said, I found two documents on ancestry and I printed them.

Both documents are issued by the state of Michigan and both are name updates for an Auchi, and both Auchis are “accidentally” born within 5 days. I don’t get that.
Looking at his pictures, I would also say that he is rather 1937 than 1958. However, is there one Ouchi in the USA who has got the exactly same name? Very unlikely, but this is certainly possible.

    Kathy,
I only said that he was born in USA BECAUSE he had a DOB 1958. I have no documents of 1937. Therefore he could have been born in Iraq as well. Excitingly this is the same year when Saddam was born. If he is a cousin then he must either be a member of the Tulfah family (mother’s side) or a member of the al-Majid family (father’s side).

On July 24 1990, a NATHEIR SHAKEIR OWCHI changed his name to
NATHER SHAKER AUCHI (born Aug 14 1958) updated in Michigan.
On March 14 1996, a Hind Lian Sarkies Auchi changed his name to
Hind L. Sarkies Auchi (born Aug 19 1958 in Iraq) once again updated in Michigan – watch the almost identical DOB!

I know that 1958 is a wrong birthdate for the real Auchi. However, NATHEIR SHAKEIR .AND. AUCHI. What a coincidence!

Then I had a look on the 1996 house of the very same NATHEIR SHAKEIR Ouchi and I must say that it looks like an expensive house.

I checked the addresses of this “wrong” Natheir Shakeir Auchi in the USA
All of those addresses are in the Detroit area.
The other “Hind L. Auchi” doesn’t seem to exist, though, except for his change of documents. False documents? I don’t know.

However, there are 3 addresses for Natheir Shakeir Auchi in Detroit from 1987-1996

The first one is the West Bloomfield address (seen in my post before). Exceptional house there.

The second one is also a great house in
    4589 Walden Drive, Detroit

The third one, however, is an address from 1987, and that is just a flat in a Jewish school community opposite to “Yeshivas Darchei Torah” school!
21732 Colony Park Cir Apt 201, Southfield, MI

What did that unknown Auchi do there in 1987.

    Check out google maps!

  • bluebird

Add up. I do also ask what kind of Arab/Syrian/Iraqi name is Hind Lian Sarkies Auchi? This guy, when he ever existed, is born in Iraq due to the Michigan documents from 1996. Who in Iraq is called Hind Lian Sarkies …. ? Those names do not fit at all.

Felix, we need your help with Arab names! Would anybody call a child Hind Lian Sarkies when that child was born in Iraq? To me that document is even more confusing as that first one of Natheir Shakeir Auchi.

  • bluebird

    https://www.hamodia.com/inthepaper.cfm?articleid=420

Read the last paragraph. This uktra orthodox jewish school had been opened in 1986. And in 1987, “my” Mr. Natheir Shakeir Auchi was living not just in the middle of an orthodox jewish community but even in a block opposit to that school where supposingly the rabbies and the teachers had their flats.
    What’s that? Transformation? Rosswell? A cheap C-movie?
I don’t know. No idea. I am puzzled.

My first guess is: There simply are wrong and false documents of a Mossad agent who was pretending to be Mr. Auchi. What do you think?

I hadn’t seen this video before -Maillaud is interviewed in Grenoble outside the Court on Sept 6 by Jon Sopel.

Maillaud also says that they were only looking for one girl because there was only one child car seat in the car. It defies logic… they assume that the (initially described as) 8 year old has arrived in a child car seat…it defies logic!

“nurses…more able to gently find out what happened”

elsewhere I read Thomson is a chartered psychologist.

    Great link, dopey.

That is not surprising. It is a money thing with intelligence involved. Saad had the inheritance of his father who has had the inheritance of his brother. Saad went foul and did not respect that this money belongs to somebody else. Stealing money from mafia or from intelligence services is a death penalty.

I believe that this is more likely: CIA wanted their money back because Saddams money was CIA money and they sent SM to the appointment. A third person who did believe that the monies were his own monies ordered the assassination. Is that money still there where it was supposed to be??

    Felix

That document is machine printed by an american government official. No scan.
    That is the riddle.

I think about false documents. You falsificate an iraqi document with a name you would like to get and then you take that document to an american government official and he confirms a new name and you will get a valid american passport with a brand new name at the time you receive your citizenship. Something like that i guess so.

  • bluebird

    Kathy

That is Saddams money. Not iraq’s.

However, i am sure that there are at least 5 groups who insist that this is theirs.

  • kathy

I can’t remember the exact details but I read a book by an English woman whose husband had been high up in the regime and she seemed to have access to a Swiss bank account (the husband was executed) that had millions in it. Strangely enough, not long after the book was published, she mysteriously died in a fire.

  • bluebird

    Kathy.

You would not be a good lawyer, lol.

Obama’s private money is America’s money? Bush’s private money belong to the USA budget? I dont think so.

We can argue whether or not Saddam earnt his money legally or else with his mafia business as a CIA agent. However, even then when the money was laundered or stolen, no legal government could seize the money without a trial and a judge and a compliant law. As long as there is no law in Iraq that Saddams money has to be seized, as long that money belongs to Saddam’s descendants. I believe that laws have to be respected.

    @Tim V 1:58AM

Interesting connections you draw, but everything is connected right? (cf Cloud Atlas – you should read if you haven’t yet). Still, some people’s circuits allow for more short cuts than others. Then there’s the cross talk problem (from which i grievously suffer as well) – did you think of the golden calf because of the cow that got shot in the head in a post just before mine? and that brought the broken tablets to mind? which conjured up the passports?

Anyways, this whole strange murder case – it’s like interpreting a dream. There’s something surreal about the entire thing with leads going every which way and connections galore. I know that sometimes dreams can be funny – an entire convoluted story basically meant perhaps to conjure a single phrase or a word or a feeling or a note (that’s just my theory – and am no expert in the field – it’s just that I often remember my dreams, left to puzzle over themes – obvious and otherwise).

I have a funny feeling about this cow shot in the head too, and the story about the motorcycle seen further up ahead – wonder where that road is in Kenneth’s map. Alas no time available for me to do me own search – apologize for the uselessness of offering mere speculations.

Re the passports found on the floor well – you are right – that is another really puzzling aspect – i don’t think it’s such a small detail either. Again your scenario you offer may be right on the money – the only way this can be explained (no one drives around with passports at their feet) is if Saad grabbed them to show someone – perhaps as part of the meeting. Which suggests a three way – assuming SM is one party and Saad another. The third is then the killer. Perhaps an extraction was promised but there was a double cross and someone showed up who wasn’t supposed to or expected and ruined the whole plan. Then saad rushes back to the car dropping them as soon as he could. If that is the case, then why and to whom would he be ready to show – or give? – ALL the passports and why?

I think perhaps it might be helpful to concoct the 3-4 most likely scenarios for how this murder/assassination/extraction unfolded, each tying all the known facts, including most of the real puzzling ones. At the very least each scenario should account for the following known knowns and known unknowns:

    1. Mollier likely killed first – there must be a reason for that (so all the theories about money motives should try to account for SM dead with 7 bullets – evidently an intended victim).
    2. No photos available of SM or the female Al Hilli family members. That is indeed strange. I can see a reason to protect the kids, but absolutely not a single photo out there?
    3. Passports played a role somehow or they wouldn’t be found where they were.
    4. The younger girl not found for 8 hours and the car not opened apparently on high level instructions.
    5. identification took an inordinately long time – allusion to DNA required. yet the passports were all there.
    6. Indications of very high level interest in france – someone must have been tipped that this was to be carefully handled – almost immediately. Which can only mean that somewhere some agency expected something to happen, or was worried that it might.
    7. All the contradictions with BM that were already discussed aplenty here. especially the fact that he was allowed to go merrily on his way with not a suspicion in the air. Not even held up as material witness.
    8. Strange funeral of SM and absolute secrecy imposed on all his relatives/friends/co-workers/ex–wife etc. Normally if he was an innocent by-stander there’d be an out-pouring of sympathy for him and children – that clearly did not happen and must have been suppressed. So there must be a reason to divert attention from anything SM, even the most casual friend.
    9. Phillipe D – here today, gone tomorrow – he may or may not exist but if he doesn’t, why was it necessary to invent him?
    10. Total lack of interest in Sweden and a near blackout in the US – disappeared off the radar. Was there a DA? may be. If so, why would that be necessary?

This is just a start. I think we can get the total of known knowns and known unknowns up to about 20 pieces. the above was just an attempt to compile a starter list of oddities and factoids, each raising a few questions.

Personally I think one of the potential scenarios should involve extraction. That one is very complicated though, because this sure seems like a difficult way to go about it. But it may be amusing to connect the above 10 facts in such a frame.

I think BB is doing great research here and perhaps much of what is uncovered will bear on the motive. But it may be useful for those so inclined to put motives aside for a moment and just concentrate on the what and how, leaving the why for later. May be some may find it interesting to get back to the murders and see – in view of everything that’s been released this far – if there’s enough imagination/intuition to allow tying the facts together in some kind of a whole. I’d say that plausible scenario should be able to account for or offer some logical explanation for at least 8 of the list.

I am willing to tackle the extraction scenario and see if i can come up with a logical whole for all 10 points (and may be a few more). I hope someone could try the kidon team scenario and see where that leads (yes, i know there were theories presented on these threads but revisiting with fresh mind may be useful at this stage). There are at least two other possibilities I can think of.

Though, just from this short list of 10 it’s easy to see that the one scenario that can be discounted immediately is the lone/psycho killer. It fails to account for at least 8 of the 10 pieces above. Especially Nos. 2, 7 and 8 —
