Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

I echo Ferret, keep going Bluebird.

I’ve nothing constructive to add myself so not posting but I’m still reading here, and you’re doing a great job Bluebird.

    Cheers, Ferret.
That was my recollection, and why I take BB’s ‘facts’ with a large pinch of salt.

What Iraqi Airways engineer (all trained to the highest level) wouldn’t have wanted that job in the fleshpots of London with good allowances etc. especially in the middle of the Iran/Iraq war with Baghdad being bombed and suffering? Ali al Hilli must have had VERY good connections indeed!

apology for any repeat: there was a query about the Mollier link to the S&P party. Avis de Deces notices for Roger Mollier published 3 & 4 May 2011. Age 78. (He who was founder member of Albertville/Ugine united Rugby club in 1985, the current mayor of Ugine being its President 1990-2001) List of his 4 sons and 1 daughter etc etc. The Assocn of S&P sent condolences. So did the amicale classes 1952-53. So did Le président, les membres du bureau et les adhérents du Carau.
Carau auto transl’d @ Bing = ??UMA (?Union du Maghreb Arabe) …doubtful Carau seems not to be a french word. Carau are limpkins carau /karau/, crao /krao/ ‘Aramus guarauna, the limpkin’ LatinAmericanSpanish carau (a bird) black bird which eats caracoles (snails) Carau is an old legend from Northeast of Argentina. Cyril Carau deviant artist, SciFi writer etc etc recent contrib to Attendant l’Apocalypse:Cyril Carau Un monde assassiné
When google search for Carau Ugine this title came up LA SOCIETE BARBARE CONTRE LES CIVILISATIONS Par CYRIL CARAU. It includes Ugine as the site of the first metal cartel in Europe. Also sections on recent Arab/Muslim politics. Seems to be a plea for “civilized nations” to fight barbarity.
Is this what the members of Carau are interested in? or SciFi?
There is a Francois and Christophe Mollier in Ugine and Alain Mollier 25miles away but no Roger or Sylvain. 4 other Molliers in Ugine and 33 Mollier-other names. 99.9% Roger must be Sylvain’s father and they were both supporters of S&P party/association.

  • olifant

And meant to add the condolences from “L’association Solidarité et Progrès” on the loss of its friend Roger Mollier “a la tristesse de vous faire part du décès de son ami Roger MOLLIER”

    Alla(ma) hussein mohammed (al najifi)

Well, no proof, just the name. Don’t beat me up. Usually, when you die, you have a close friend with whom you grew up in your youth and who is your age. The al Hilli family was from Najaf . Allama hussein mohammad is from Najaf.
A noble family from Najaf let their children grow up and study in the same nobke school like tge other rich and noble families. Seen from logic and social status this is likely the guy. And this is just a logic guess taken the name and locations and age as parameters. No! This is not approved. Just a likely possibility. Did you get it, CD?

It simply fits in logic. Thats all. And it doesnt really help us any further since we already knew that the al hillis were one of the most important families in iraq.

You can find the internet being full of clips and links about allama. When the queen will die, the archbishop of canterbury will be next to her during her last hours, too.

It’s obvious the newspapers don’t really want to investigate this story as surely they would have interviewed him by now instead of which we are just left guessing.

    @Kenneth Sorensen 6 Nov, 2012 – 12:10 pm “Des Indiens y’en a plus mais des floch eu y’en

The word is ‘fleches’ = arrows “there are no more Indians, but arrows still exist”

  • kathy

Very strange all the same that neither of his two sons were with him when he died and the death certificate even had to be signed by a friend.

  • Kenneth Sorensen

Thank you Terry for clearing up the Indian quote, which i have taken the liberty to refine further.

So this is the result so far:

“If God wanted to drag me by the hair to Paradise, he couldn’t make it”

“Not all stars are from Hollywood.”

“The Indians are dead, but arrows are still around.”

Outstanding qutes which needs to be completely deciphered:

Whether or not you are unable to search properly …, look, that isn’t my problem.

It should be possible to take some screenshots (I suppose you have done so already for your private use?*) and upload them to Icke, and if you are a very decent and law-abiding man like you are [n’est pas, Bluebird?) you could just let them stay for one week before removing them, and NOBODY will ever notice or care, because Icke is after all kind of a fringe site on the net.

*) Picasa is really excellent for the purpose. It needs to run in the background when taking screenshots, and a notifier pops in from the right site of your screen, after you have pressed PRINT SCREEN, and you can set it to aotomatically upload the pics to Picasa web, from where you can get the URL’s of the pics, needed to post them on Icke.

If you haven’t had Picasa running while you were taking screenshots, no porblem. Just download Picasa and start it up and it automatically recognise all your shots, and the ones you wish to upload to Picasa web, you collect in a special folder, and let Picasa upload them.

Peter had a rare post yesterday which is worth repeating:

    @ CD

Don’t be so mean to Bluebird. Having spent the last two weeks or so watching in amazement how much utter nonsense you supposedly critical thinkers and arch-skeptics will greedily lap up without a shred of proof – strange that BB’s amazing research skills enable him to discover that SAH was Saddam’s secret love child, but do not stretch to the ability to take and upload screenshots of supporting evidence –, I have come to the conclusion that he must be conducting some sort of psychological experiment to do with the concept of the Big Lie. The bigger the lie, the more implausible the claim, the greater the propensity of certain personality types to believe it. Even when obvious logical inconsistencies emerge, it suffices to add another layer of untruth. The same guy living on two different continents at the same time? No problem, that is easily explained: There were two guys; one of them was a Mossad agent impersonating the other guy. They always do that, don’t you know?

It really is hilarious to watch the direction – round and round in ever-expanding circles, heading absolutely nowhere – that this discussion has taken. Priceless 😉

Here is another e-mail from Sam Rosenfeld:

    Subject: Fwd: Legal Notice

    Dear Mr Ford,

Further to our telephone conversation of this morning which was recorded, you were advised that legal proceedings are being instigated against yourself and others.

You were further advised as to what steps were to be taken by you to avoid substantial damages being awarded against you – clearly during our telephone conversation you defended the material which you had cause to publish, further you then when on to again admit legal responsibility for the malicious libel you had written and published.

It is clear that the only course of action left open to me is to bring you before an English Court of Law seeking damages against you.

I feel that it is prudent to advise you that any judgment obtained against you, will been enforced regardless of the legal jurisdiction in which you live – further as you are resident of Sweden any UK judgment can and will be registered against you and appropriate enforcement action taken against you through the appropriate legal channel in Sweden.

I trust on this occasion you see the serious nature of what you have done, you are responsible for causing me and my family considerable distress and indeed pain and suffering by your malicious fabrications ie lies and falsehoods which can not be substantiated by you or anyone else for that matter as there is no foundation in truth.

In short you have committed, libel, slander, deformation and absolutely caused me and my family enormous detriment.

I have to witness your libel year after year being regurgitated – you yourself republished the same libelous in 2011/2011 and only last month was I yet attacked again.

Both you and others including will be hearing from me within the next 28 days – legal papers will be served on you,

    Kindest Regards
    Sam Rosenfeld

    Dear Mr Ford,

As you are aware I have previously written to you regarding your false and malicious (libel) statements that you had caused to be published online.

Having refused to remove the offending material, I must now advise you that the material has been recently re-published.

I therefore have decided to bring a legal action against you and the other perpetrators in respect of this matter.

Proceedings will be issued at the High Court in London and served on you within the next 28 days.

A per-litigation notification will be served on you within the next 7 days.

I will therefore be in touch in due course with regard to this matter.

    Kindest Regards
    Sam Rosenfeld

Still don’t believe that this threat, like all his other threats, is anything more than just to scare me, but if he goes ahead, I shall respond to it, making sure that he doesn’t win anything by default, and will probably open a counter suit against him for harrassment and defamation.

Rosenfeld is just a ticking bomb when it comes to counterintelligence, if one just thinks about what happened to PIRA supporter Margaret Perry, FRU undercover agents Dignam, Starrs, Burns, and Tommie Doheny, those military and civilian counterintelligence personnel, especially Colonel Victor Williams,on that sabotaged Chinook helicopter at the Mull of Kintyre on June 2, 1004, and what Israel’s Yamam did for the Mossad after 9/11, especially the murders of Royal Cadet Stephen Hilder and WMD inspector Dr. David Kelly.

Also note that Doheny changed his name to Sam Rosenfeld when he dragged the Queen into the mess that he had largely created, making one wonder why he selected the name.

There is a Micky Rosenfeld who is now the Chief Inspector for the Israeli Police – the guy who agreed to put the lid on William Hershkovitz’s killing after he had murdered his boss, Armando al-Abed.

Micky had spent eight years until 2005 in the Yamam, the covert operator group while it was doing all kinds of dirty work in Britain, culminating in the Forest Gate fiasco which gave Rosenfeld such a black eye.

Seems the only way to behave here is to fight fire with fire -what the trolls here are not about to do.

  • Trowbridge H. Ford

I mistyped the date of the Mull of Kintyre tragedy: June 2, 1994.

Too tired from watching the election results where Obama’s clever use of covert government paid off.

    CD.

You do know about Saddams second wife don’t you, that Saddam saw her as a young girl & set out to marry her even though she was already married ?
He finally won by kidnapping her husband until he agree to divorce her, as a reward he was released & made head of Iraqi Airways……. so you see how it worked & why Ali was running the airways, it was seen as prestigious & a privilege.

    @TimV
The couple are John and Vivienne Bewick and they live near Brighton, home of Brett Martin.
Their names have not been revealed anywhere else. My interpretation was that the builders were watching out to see when the Bewicks were coming back, and that they weren’t actual witnesses.

Otherwise, I think you have conclusively proved that Brett Martin’s story doesn’t add up.

What did you make of that Sylvie Lecoeur story at the time? I think it is disinformation.

    Re hairdressers in Ugine.
The address of M. Ringot seems to be a block of flats. Another source gives a Colette Ruffier as the hairdresser there at the same address.

  • Felix

but Google street shows the salon marked “Salon de Lydie” facing Rue de Serbie in the block.

  • straw44berry

My comment at the time about Sylvie Lecoeur was that if you asked her for the Peugeot’s mileage she would have told you too.

  • Ferret

    Well done Bluebird!

    🙂

By the way, can anyone remind me of the date of the death notice of Frederic Brun in Le Dauphin Libere? (Sorry for missing accents.) The googledocs copy seems to have disappeared…

  • Katie

    Morning Bluebird.

We have heard no more about Kadhim’s CC, I wondered if that had been tried in the UK or Spain, they mentioned Zaid had been interviewed so maybe it was England, but even then it could be someone he was with in Spain. I wonder if we will ever be told.

As for Frédéric Brun & salon Lydia, pop into the MM site & see they have a different take on things.

  • Ferret

    @CD

Cheers, Ferret. That was my recollection, and why I take BB’s ‘facts’ with a large pinch of salt.

    No worries.

And I know what you mean about the pinch of salt!

    🙂

Personally I have found it always pays here to be circumspect about anything I haven’t checked myself from primary sources.

Having said that, I think you are both right: you are right that BB wasn’t accurate about Ali Al Hilli’s role at Iraqi Airlines (unless BB has another source), and BB is right that it is almost unthinkable that Ali would have got the positions he did in Iraqi Airlines without having serious insider connections, being as they were senior management positions in a government-controlled airline.

The thing I like about BB’s research is that he always cites where he found his info, even if he cannot legally re-publish it. We’re all free to buy a subscription to ancestry.com and check if we want to. (Hint hint Jorgen Nielsen aka Kenneth Sorensen!)

This allows for independent verification, which is a sure sign (to me at least) that he’s not hiding anything. Even if he does make the occasional mistake, which is only human.

    @Straw

Sylvie Lecoeur’s story sounded fishy right from the start, what with her being run almost off the road by a speeding car but having time to get a decent look at the driver. Yeah right. And knowing the time from the till receipt… how convenient… the obvious question is, how did she know the clock on the till was right?

As everyone probably knows from their own experience, these are often off by minutes, or even hours or whole days. It just depends how often they are set and how accurate their internal clocks are. And I expect in a rural community no one would really give a damn about things like that…

  • bluebird

    Katie,

what is Kadhim’s CC? Usually a CC is a creditcard.
Did you mean that guy who had signed Kadhim’s death papers? I guess that I have found him. Interesting names in that company list. All of them who are in that list are “money transfer” guys from Iraq, Pakistan and North Africa who live or lived in Southern Spain. Another lot of those guys listed run a Cargo business on Malaga Airport (apo.sol.).

So we’ve got “World Money Transfer + Cargo Business” related to that guy who signed Kadhim’s papers when he had died in Spain.

World Money Transfer Etodad de Pago SA doesn’t seem to have a website. It’s not like Western Union and they are no bank. So what are they doing? We have got five options. Chose one of those:

    1. They are legally transferring money from an Iraqi cucumber farm worker (who works for a farmer in Southern Spain) to his grandma in Iraq just like Western Union.
    2. They are handling the money transfers of Saddam’s remains.
    3. They are handling the drug trafficing financials for Hezbollah (then we would think to know about why they would need the Cargo company at the airport)
    4. They are handling financials for an intelligence service.
    5. They are handling and hiding money transfer of scammers. There is one Nora El Kabouri in this company. A Mr. Adams Kabouri is a prominent internet scammer, however, there is no way to confirm whether or not his name is correct or else if he is related.

    Any other options left?

  • Kenneth Sorensen

Your link works fine, Ferret. Try another browser if you can’t open it. The papaer is from Dimanche the 14. of October. It’s quite odd that Sylvain Molliers and Fréderick Bruns Death Notices are next to each other, don’t you think?
