Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

    I strongly disagree.
One or two months ago we have had a long and intense Chichakli/victor Bout discussion here regarding the al hillis. I strongly believe that most things are deeply connected here in UAE/Syria and Saudi Arabia including of what al Hilli knew or did.
And now, quite suddenly out of nothing – Chichakli and Bout are jumping onto the stage once again.

E.g. what did Saad know about victor Bout’s (= the Lord of War) arms trafficing to the Syrian FSA?

  • Ricki Tarr

BB – that has been discussed, what I beleivbe is that he knew they where suplying arms (maybe even missiles and Chem weapons) from Libya via Turkey to Syria, he saw this from the Satellite images and wanted to alert the Russians.

That theory would fit perfectly, even with a handler mollier, too.
    I like that.
Chichakli and Bout play a key role in Syria in supporting CIA and Mossad and Saudi Arabia with intelligence and arms dealing.

And quite suddenly, out of nothing, they pop up once again in relation to Ty Thairintr Nguyen, the spiritual mentor and friend of Aaron Alexis in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Coincidentally this is the hometown of Chichakli and Victor Bout (“Lord if War”), too (Richardson, Dallas).

    Too many coincidences here, imho.
    Over to you.

If true, he obviously became a risk for his organisation. They had to get rid of him.

Ooh you’ve got me researching the sandy hook shooting now I heard some conspiracy theories at the time but don’t like to get hooked on all conspiracies just ones concerning secret services!

“At least 15 armed Russian Coast Guards have just illegally boarded and taken over our ship the Arctic Sunrise.

They immediately seized every crew member except three people who locked themselves inside the radio room as the guards tried to break in. We had a satellite phone link to them and they were speaking to international media, trying to stay there for as long as they could.

As far as we know, everyone else is being held under armed guard.

Please send an urgent email to the Russian Ambassador in London and demand the Russian Coast Guard release our crew immediately.”

    Quite intetesting:

LYON, France – Richard Ammar Chichakli, an alleged associate of arms dealer Viktor Bout and subject of an INTERPOL Red Notice issued at the request of US authorities for a range of offences including money laundering, fraud and conspiring to violate economic sanctions, has been arrested in Australia.

    http://www.wantedsa.com/search-results?view=details&listing_id=1179&establename=articles

Three members of the United States Attorney’s Office have sent a letter to the trial judge, in the Richard Chichakli case, asking the Court to enter a Protective Order restricting the defendant’s public disclosure of recordings and transcripts, bank records, and other documents, and to the contents of Viktor Bout’s laptop computer, which was seized from him in Thailand, at the time of his arrest in March 2008.

What is there on Viktor Bout’s laptop computer that the Government does not want to be publicly disclosed  by Chichakli ? Remember Bout’s Russian attorneys are claiming he was the victim of Entrapment, but is there something else ? (B) Is the anything in the Rule 16 Discovery that might indicate that the now-known DEA use of NSA or CIA surveillance assets occurred, either in the Bout, or Chichakli, cases ?

Some experts believe it is to prevent him from discussing his former relationship with the Central Intelligence Agency, to prevent any reputation damage to the United States Government. Will Chichakli’sattorneys choose to share potentially embarrassing  information about what services he and Bout provided to the United States, or withhold it, in plea negotiations ?

Richard Ammar Chichakli, the Syrian-American accountant who served as the Chief Financial Officer and money launderer for convicted arms trafficker Viktor Bout, has consented to extradition to the United States, where he faces a number of Federal criminal charges.Chichakli told the Melbourne, Australia magistrates’ Court that he wanted to be sent to home to the US; he was arrested when a fingerprint check, obtained in connection with an application, filed under an alias, for a law enforcement position in Australia, came back with an Interpol Red Notice.

The prosecution said that during a 2008 sting operation by U.S. drug enforcement agents in Thailand, Bout believed he was selling weapons to Colombian guerrillas. His attorneys argued that Bout was picked out by the United States government and lured into a crime manufactured by the DEA, in which the agency played “the role of judge, jury and executioner.

Interesting follow up on ACSAD (Syria) and its chairman Adel Ahmad al Saffar. It corresponds with satellites maps survey and UN missions as well as with Arab League missions. That mission corresponds with everything we had learnt about Saad’s job as per yet. I even remeber that we had talked about one of the linkedin Sylvain Molliers about drought and water management, didnt we?

But why would you get killed regarding the rather peaceful work for agriculture and water management? Is there an israeli attempt to steal water from syria? Did he detect arms sales? We dont know.

Did Saad see something on these pictures and had he had planned to move that information forward (to whom?)? Did he secretly and illegally work for his supposed Syrian relative (relative of his wife) in the Syrian ministry of agriculture?

    http://www.giz.de/themen/en/12016.htm

    http://www.acsad.org/

The United Nations Development Program (UNPD) works through the signed agreement in cooperation with ACSAD on holding training workshops on the ARCGIS program and the technique of remote sensing, in addition to analyzing the vegetation and the satellite photos related to the issue of drought.

Minister of Local Administration Tamer al-Hija said the agreement would support the management of natural disasters in Syria, adding that it will be implemented by the Ministry of Local Administration in cooperation with the UNDP at a cost of USD 2, 3 millions.

Can anybody remember about our discussion regarding mollier and water management?
    Over to you.

Is this the reason why Saad was killed?
This doesnt sound unlikely. But then …. it was Israel who didnt like him.

Jordanian farmers: Israel is stealing our water

Jordanian farmers threatened legal action against Israel, accusing it of over-pumping water from the Jordan River for settlement agriculture in the West Bank. Israel denied that it was doing anything of the kind, and said it was working on a project to improve the water quality.

Syria to UN: Stop Israel from stealing Golan water!

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al Muallem sent UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon a letter on Monday, in which he appealed for the UN to stop Israel from “stealing water from the occupied Golan Heights”.

The contents of al Muallem’s letter were published on SANA,Syria’s official news agency. The letter noted that diverting Golan waters was a “flagrant breach of international law, the Geneva Convention and the decisions of the UN defense committee, which oblige a conquering country to defend the country, citizens, property and water sources of the land it has conquered.”

Israel’s theft of Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese and Palestinian water is one huge reason for the Israel-Arab conflict.

    http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2013/04/01/296098/israelis-steal-palestinians-water-report/

Zionist interest in the waters of Lebanon goes back as least as far as the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 when Chaim Wietzman wrote to the British Prime Minister explaining that because of its water requirements, a Jewish homeland in Palestine must include the Litani River. In the 50’s, Israeli Prime Minister Moshe Sharett recorded in his diaries that Moshe Dayan’s plan for the control of the Litani River was to “‘enter Lebanon, occupy the relevant territory’ then the ‘territory south of the Litani will be annexed to Israel and everything will fall into place.

West Bank water is so critical to Israeli water usage that it is difficult to imagine the Israeli government making even minor concessions on water issues in upcoming negotiations with the Palestinians.

The reason why Saad and family were killed???

Israel’s Appropriation of Arab Water: An Obstacle to Peace

Israeli consul general says National Geographic photo exhibit in LA depicts Israel as country that steals water while its neighbors suffer from drought.

A source of conflict between Israelis and Palestinians, water is emblematic of their unequal relationship. During dry summers, West Bank Palestinians—restricted to shallow wells by Israel’s occupation—have to buy groundwater tapped from beneath them.”

The caption under a photo showing Christians bathing in the Jordan River reads, “Christian pilgrims immerse themselves in the lower Jordan, where Jesus is believed to have been baptized. With fresh water being diverted to cities and farms up north, this stretch of the river has almost no clean water.” –

Israeli Consul General in Los Angeles Jacob Dayan sent a complaint letter to the owners of the Annenberg Space for Photography, saying the venue is being used as a political tool to spread lies about Israel’s part in the global effort to provide clean and fresh drinking water. – See more at: http://www.viciousbabushka.com/2010/05/national-geographic-exhibit-accuses-israel-of-stealing-arab-water.html

Obama’s new Peace Plan: Water issues

The main axis of the plan is to guarantee the Israeli right to continue exerting its control over the water sources in the Golan Heights; and the plan includes projects which guarantees for both Syria and Israel control over some of the water resources in the area and the right to exploit it.  At the centre of the plan Syriagets the land and organizes the process of arriving at the water resources; while Israel gets the water and organizes the process of arriving to the land.  The other central issue of the American plan is the Peace Garden where it is suggested that one third of the Golan Heights is set aside to create a nature reserve which will be only in form under Syrian jurisdiction, but effectively will be under international jurisdiction and will help keep an Israeli affiliation to the Golan.  The project of the nature reserve aims at protecting the water resources in the basin of the Jordan River and in the Syrian territory east to the agreed borders and the nature reserve will be open to everyone.   Given the above facts regarding the water resources, those who developed the American plan view the water of the Jordan River and its subsidiaries and the Tabariya Lake as critical to the water balance of Israel; but much less critical to the water balance of Syria, even if the actual needs of Damascus for water is increasing at a rapid pace.  This is why the plan returns the Banyas area to Syria but keeps the Jordan River, its subsidiaries and Tabariya Lake to Israel.  In the plan, Israel is prevented from dismantling the water projects which it created on the Golan Heights, while Syria will work to reduce the environmental threats on the water resources and will avoid re-diverting the Jordan river and will avoid exploiting water from the main water resources between Hasbani, Banyas, Jordan River, Tabariya Lake and Yarmouk River.  The projects will be restricted to providing services and meeting local needs only.  The plan also excludes the return of the original Syrian residents to the area due to the lack of sufficient services in terms of water resources.  It may be concluded that it is an Israeli plan with an American dressing trying to legitimize the theft of water resources in the Golan

To sum up, i do believe that Syrian minister of agriculture and director of ACSAD Adel Ahmad al Safar and Saad’s natural desaster mapping could be the key for their assassination. We dont know about what kind of information Saad has had, but it must have been information threatening vital interests of somebody else.

We had heard about natural desaster and water management on this blog before. Adel Ahmad al Safar was a missing link at that time.

The relation couod be as follows:

    Ahmed Samim al Saffar (father)

Ahmed Ahmed al Saffar = Ahmed al Saffar from Uppsala (Sweden), son
Abdulamir Ahmed al Saffar = father of Iqbal = son
Adel Ahmed al Saffar = son

That would mean that Ahmed (Uppsala), Abdulamir and Adel are brothers. Tgeir age is quite similar.

Now i would need help regarding their supposed father (grandfather of iqbal)

Click his name in that list (link above).
Then there pops up an Arab biography. I would need a translation.

The fourth brother is Ammar Ahmed al Saffar, the abducted and likely killed iraqi minister of health. Let’s not forget him.

So then we have a father of iqbal (as far as we know he was an MD, too. We have MD Ahmed from Uppsala and we have syrian agricultural minister Adel and we have iraqi minister for health Ammar.

And of course we have their father Ahmed Samim.

Help regarding Ahmed Samin’s arab bio translation is strongly requested.

Interestingly all 4 sons and their father have a first name starting with the letter “A”.

I hope that i am not here aline, speaking into a mirror ….

We should not forget this al Saffar at all:

HE is a leader in the war Iran/Syria versus Saudi Arabia.

To the right are pictures of a meeting where Awad al-Qarnee met with Hasan al-Saffar in Qateef which is a Shi’ite stronghold in Saudi Arabia. Hasan al-Saffar is supported by the Rafidi state ofIran and their long term goal is to develop a strong Rafidi community in the heart of Saudi Arabia through which the long term agenda of Iran can be fulfilled. The long term agenda of Iran is to engineer revolutions in the various Arab lands so as to pave the way for the appearance of the awaited Mahdi. Awad al-Qarnee responded to the invitation of the Baatinee Raafidee and in the meeting Saffar gave a lecture followed by al-Qarnee.To understand the significance of these actions by the likes of Awad al-Qarneee,Aa’id al-Qarnee, and Salman al-Awdah(see here) and where they fit into the overall scheme of things, we are going to leave you with an article (from Shia.BS) titled, “Uncovering the Hidden Realities of Hizbollah: Iranian Rafidi Shia Proxies in Other Lands – Saudi Arabia” which gives some excellent historical background. With this information, you will understand the consequences of these activities by these individuals traversing upon the manhaj of al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen. Here is (the article):Hizbollah in Saudi Arabia

Shia Shaykh Hasan al-Saffaar. This organization, when it came to be, was called (المنظمة الثورة الإسلامية لتحرير الجزيرة العربية) “Islamic Revolutionary Party For Liberation of the Arabic Peninsula.” The objectives of this organization can be summarized as follows, a) protecting the revolution in Iran and laying down foundations to initiate and spread it to other parts of the world (in this case Saudi) and b) liberation of the Arabian peninsula from a Sunni Islamic governance to a Shia governance loyal to Iran, based upon their view that the Saudi and other Gulf governments were taaghooti kaafir governments. This Shia organization considers itself a part of the Khomeini revolution and there are statements from Hasan al-Saffaar to this effect. This organization also has made numerous conditions (upon its external supporters from Iran), and from them: That there should be external support in terms of providing leadership and organizational support, both logistically and spiritually; that weapons be provided (since the revolution cannot be complete without them); the setting up of numerous other fronts and organizations that will spread the reach of the organization. This Saudi branch was initially co-ordinated fromIran, then from Damascus and finally from London, and in the 1980s it used to issue its publication called (الثورة الإسلامية) “The Islamic revolution.”

Ismail al Saffar, supposed great grandfather of Iqbal:
