Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Possible connection. Who is this Yussuf? Is it Dekhar?
The story of Abdelhakim Dekhar of having been an Algerian secret service agent sounds vety plausible now. There is also a UK and an Iraq connection.

    http://desip.igc.org/Algerian.html

BOMBS in Paris, help for Saddam Hussein’s programme to produce weapons of mass destruction, the regime of terror at home — today Algeria’s secret police state is indicted by one of its own members or crimes against humanity.”Yussuf-Joseph” was a career secret agent in Algeria’s securite militaire until he defected to Britain, bringing with him the deepest secrets of the regime’s links with President Saddam. His wife an children were spirited out. Two and a half years later they are still waiting for political asylum. “Joseph” spent 14 years as part of the Algerian police state. In one gulag torture chamber he saw “a human eye lying on a table, and in the eye a fork”. He now risks assassination for speaking out publicly. He said: “The bombs that outraged Paris in 1995 — blamed on Muslim fanatics — were the handiwork of the Algerian secret service. They were part of a propaganda war aimed at galvanising French public opinio n against the Islamists.”The Algerian police state is hiding material for President Saddam’s nuclear, chemical and biological warfare programme. Intelligence agents from the two countries are collaborating to defeat the United Nations sanctions against Iraq. The relentless massacres in Algeria are the work of secret police and army death squads.

    Read on (see link) ….

    More from wikipedia.

Joseph’ is also supposed to have confirmed that Algerian intelligence agents organized ‘at least’ two of the bombs in Paris in summer 1995. ‘The operation was run by Colonel Souames Mahmoud, alias Habib, head of the secret service at the Algerian embassy in Paris.’ According to Ahmed’s theories, ‘Joseph’s testimony has been corroborated by numerous defectors from the Algerian secret services.

    Conclusion:
I am very interested into this connection since i had been already exactly “there” when i did investigate Ginolin’s algerian links and the algerian arab league ambassador al hilli and the attack and torture on the algerian politician and his wife committed by christian mollier in grenoble. Anf now this. It’s a dejavu.

Note the date! Former Algerian minister at court in Geneve. Human rights activists to appear as witnesses for swiss prosecution at court in Geneve!

More about whistleblower Yussuf (probably Abdelhakim Dekhar) who did hide in the UK.

    http://www.algeria-watch.org/en/articles/1997_2000/paradox_democracy.htm

The IHRC bulletin goes on to cite an Agence France Press (AFP) report which noted: “Bomb attacks that killed eight people in Paris in 1995 were carried out by the Algerian secret service, according to a press report on Sunday… The Observer quoted an Algerian asylum-seeker in Britain – who claimed he was a former agent in Algeria’s secret service – as saying the Paris bombs were part of a black propaganda war aimed at galvanising French public opinion against Islamic militants… The man, named only as Yussuf, told the paper that the Armed Islamic Group (GIA) – on whom both the Paris bombs and frequent massacres in Algeria have been blamed – was ‘a pure product of (the Algerian) secret service.’… Yussuf said Algerian intelligence agents routinely bribed European police, journalists and members of parliament… And he claimed to have personally delivered a suitcase containing $90,000 to a former French member of parliament ‘with strong links to the French intelligence services.’… Yussuf added that the killings of many foreigners in Algeria were organised by the secret police and not by Islamic extremists.”[24]Similarly, reports by British journalists John Sweeney and Leonard Doyle reveal the complicity of both the Algerian state and the West in the Algerian crisis. Sweeney and Doyle report that according to defectors from the Algerian security forces, “The relentless massacres in Algeria are the work of secret police and army death squads. Algerian intelligence agents routinely bribe European police, journalists and MPs” via “Algeria’s oil and gas billions”. The testimony of these defectors supports the conclusion that “the constant terror in which civilians live is orchestrated by two shadowy figures”; these being “the heads of the Algerian secret service, the DRS and its sub-department, the counter intelligence agency, the DCE.”[25]
According to a former Algerian diplomat Mohammad Larbi Zitout: “The GIA has been infiltrated and manipulated by the government. The GIA has been completely turned by the government.” Zitout also testified that the regime is behind the massacres.[26] A former career secret service officer in Algeria’s military security, Yussuf-Joseph, reveals: “All the intelligence services in Europe know the government [of Algeria is responsible] for the massacres, in which tens of thousands of Algerians have been killed [and which] have been carried out by the regime’s death squads.” Meanwhile, he confirms, European intelligence services “are keeping quiet because they want to protect their supplies of oil.

    Quote lawyer:
“He said he was driven by his uncle, head of the Algerian secret services. He claimed to have been tasked to infiltrate the ultra left that would have had dealings with the Islamists and the Algerian GIA.”

Yes, exactly .. the ULTRA LEFT!

Just as Roger Mollier and Sylvain Mollier supported the ultra left « Solidarité et Progrès » in Ugine.

And as I keep saying till I’m blue in the face LaRouche has been long suspected of being a front for the CIA.

    Question

Was mrs.Tournier killed with a pumpgun? Are there any reports?
I was thinking that a fatal shot through a closed door must be a pretty big caliber and a coincidence, too. Not so when a pumpgun was used.

I was thinking of Abdelhakim Dekhar who used a pumpgun a few days later in paris.

It would appear the French police can “get their man” when they want to. The “no lines of enquiry” in the Chevaline case despite 100 people detailed is demonstrated to be the fraud that it is.

  • Mochyn69

There is an Algerian connection with Chevaline. I can’t remember exactly what we found but I think one of the obits to one of the persons of interest was placed by the association of French Algerian war vets.

    Does anyone else remember?

bluebird If you have a modern TV with in-build browser, you can sit in your living room and watch the more than 10 million YouTube videos. Just today we watched “Hank Marvin Instrumental” in HD from YouTube. Because it was HD, it stopped now and then [to buffer], but either you have a faster connection that I have, or you simply pause, and wait for it to buffer.

I have and old TV (2005). but have invested in “Boxee Box” from D-Link, which actually is a small computer (just like when you connect your lap top to the TV). It is also rather old-fashioned today, because people want a TV with a browser. For this reason you can get Boxee Box cheap.

Just the other day we were watching Paul Krugman giving his Mundell-Fleming lecture at the IMF annual research session. Absolutely it is a plus to watch a lecture like this from the living room.

MZT blog closed permanently by Marilyn.

    “11-20-2013 at 09:40:00

Oh, has this blog gone off the rails!!

What used to be a friendly discussion, has become one of nastiness and insults. This is something I cannot tolerate, so it has now been closed permanently.

When this discussion developed several people told me that I will have nothing but problems because of it which I did not believe because all were so friendly here.

So I wish you all a good life.

    Bye-bye.”

Much nastiness emanating from one ‘James’ by the look of it. Watch out for refugees from that other place landing here in the near future!

  • James

    Mochlyn

You need to read back that thread.
Someone or something hit a very French chord.

Other than that, I cannot say anything else, but I have it on the very best authority.

And I will add, Marilyn did a fantastic job of keeping that thread going.
    Marilyn also works in France.

  • Good In Parts

    Hey James

The best part was when the french police PR guy lost it and told you off for referring to his magnificence the public prosecuter simply as ‘Eric’.

this was being reported in the news yesterday, suitably vaguely…
after a delay of nearly three weeks.

    Good In Parts….

Whilst I am laughing… I can not say to you if that person you have read is “involved in the French justice system alert which came from an alert from a French journalist that I can not name” or not !

    Funny really

After Panorama….and questions that came from that….suddenly “Scooby” we have “******”.

    It is a French question.

Was Al Hilli “in the wrong place” OR Mollier and Al Hilli are involved together…. but Mollier is “somewhere” involved it is thought

  • James

    Good in part….

You are closer than you post reads ! As I wrote “I have it on authority”. (*threat)

It is something to do with what the “second” ONF vehicle (the one that Martin says he saw first and only time) saw.

I have more…. “date stamped” as it is by email.
    And saved.

Your post is nearer the truth than you know.

BUT I don’t know what the hell they are afraid of by the logical questions raised by Max and others ?

  • Good In Parts

    @ James

Totally a lucky guess on my part. . . . . Naaaah! just kidding, he stood out like a . . well lets just say that he was outstanding.

I don’t know what they are afraid of but it’s spooky you used the phrase ‘logical questions’ as this came up in conversation only a couple of days ago, to paraphrase:-

“It’s not logical questions that are the problem, it’s the logical consequences. . .”

Off out now – shall catch up tomorrow.

I did, and I noticed that the tone had very much changed from tea and biscuits, to actually asking some very penetrating questions!

I wonder which people tried to warn Marilyn off!?

  • katie

    Hello all.

I’ve read through the thread & see no reason for its closure.
Could it be M has been warned by her publisher after they received threats of some kind ?

Whomever it is they clearly have some weight.

Anyway… I say it’s an ill wind as we get some of you back here 😉

    James
21 Nov, 2013 – 7:40 pm PERHAPS mAX “HAPPENED” TO SEE MY discussion here regarding the implications of the new “two forestry vehicle” revelations. If the reports from the “Panorama Mole” are accurate, there is no way the second vehicle and its occupants could have missed the carnage as they are said to have escorted the “chief suspect” motor cylist down the Combe after intercepting him. But then this is so obvious I am sure everybody has worked this out for themselves. There is a question whether the Panorama man is to be believed or if his information was just to embarrass the French (which it certainly did). From the beginning EM has sought to distance A forestry vehicle. Now he has TWO to explain away. What about their involvement required a cover-up?

  • James

    Tim

I doubt Max read it anywhere. I think everyone had that “wait a minute, who the hell are these guys” moment as Panorama was being aired.

And that appears to be where the problem started.

And from there, you can ask numerous questions and paint numerous scenarios.
What makes it worse is that “Eric” came out with “only one person saw the X5”.
Make of that what you will.

Then the “efit” pencil drawing gets released. Of course this is attributed to the fact that the two man ONF crew (ONF2) spoke to the motorcyclist. They did this because it is claimed he (the motorcyclist) was at the double hairpins beyond the Martinet car park.
That claim mainly comes from ONF1. The person that saw the X5 that nobody else saw.

So you can see it is a “tricky” situation to get your head around.
I do recall (from the very first “breaking news on TV” (the morning of the 6th) that the British family (later identified as the Al Hilli family) were believed to be in a BMW SUV vehicle. So the story of “an” X5 had already started to circulate….so much so that it was picked up by the media and “reported” amid the confusion.

Low and behold…later (eight months later for the official release) there is the story of the “actual” mystery X5.

    All very bizarre.

  • bluebird

    Tim v

I surely believe that it should be significant that Jean Paul Communal-Tournier was responsible for the forestry workers of that region due to his position in the municipality of Lathuile-Doussard.
Jean Paul is the husband of now killed Nicole Tournier.

Could we ask the legit question about what jean paul perhaps knew about his own local forestry workers what he better shouldnt know?

  • James

    Blue…

It seems to be that the police are looking for a link between the two murders.
I guess that is a link between “Mollier and Communal-Tournier”.

as you suggest, I wonder if they are looking (or should be looking) for links between the ONF and Communal-Tournier.

The “robbery” happened late at night, whilst the tv was on and not during the “holiday season”. The “robbers” appear to have been pushed “out” and when the door was closed the fatal shot was fired (through the door).

I would imagine a robber would flee once he was discovered. But not in this case.
They appear to have remained and been ejected….and once outside the door, they have still not fled, but fired through the door. I would imagine “that” is highly unusual in any robbery.

  • bluebird

    James

As i pointed out a few days ago, Elisabeth Mollier from Lathuile was married to Maurice Communal from Lathuile. Their son is Guy Communal from Lathuile.
    Elisabeth Mollier died in 2004.
So there is – without any doubts – a family link between Mollier and Communal.
On the other hand, we know as a matter of fact that in many small alpine villages kind of imbreeding was common and most families living there will be sooner or later relatives of each other. Therefore i dont find it to be surprising that molliers and communals were intermarried in lathuile, too.

  • James

    Blue…

What links to the ONF are there ?
Trying to find lists of ONF people in that area (their roles and responsibilities).
Have you find anything tangible in that regard.
