Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Now as regards links to child exploitation which appears to have been (to be?) rampant across Europe, I have still been unable to get an answer to questions relating to STAN MAILLAUD the campaigner, who disappeared into police a couple of weeks after the Al Hilli killings, namely:

    1. Was he any relation to our esteemed Prosecutor? and

    2. Has the said “Stan” ever been located/what has happened to him.

BLUEBIRD, Q, you are talented researchers, any chance you could find out? I have tried without much success but that’s probably just a reflection of my abilities.

I wanted to mention yet again the fact that an officer in the GIGN, who was a key player in the Air France 8969 assault and worked as head of security for the Albertville Olympics, happened to be stationed in the Haute-Savoie until recently.

I do not know who interviews and hires village police officers for Menthon-Saint-Bernard, but why would someone who earned a silver medal as a reservist be hired as a glorified crossing guard, someone one villager described as “too stupid” to be responsible for the Chevaline murders?

Why would a GIGN officer higher up the chain of command be stationed in the hillbilly/hill-billy backwater of the Haute-Savoie, after the great responsibilities of chief of Olympic security and playing an important role in the Air France assault? A key special ops guy in charge of a lone police officer who escorts school children across the street and issue parking tickets to hapless villagers? Makes no sense.

  • Q

Here’s a little trip down memory lane of another chief of security at a different Olympic games:

    http://thetyee.ca/Series/2009/10/20/BudMercer/

FWIW, Colonel Russell Williams was also a member of the security team responsible for those Olympics, until his arrest for two murders put an end to it. The country’s special ops unit was in the midst of relocating to the base where he was in command. He had served as a pilot to royalty. Tim V, search “Tweety Bird” and his name.

Why would the head of Albertville’s Olympic security be stationed in the Haute-Savoie? Would that be considered a demotion/promotion/lateral move?

    Q

    History:

In 1823, a locksmith from Haute Savoie, Jerome Falcy, did organise guns for the assassin Rossignol from Haute Savoie (families Rossignol and Falcy are intermarried since 1800).
Rossignol killed for the government in Saint-Mery.

Now lets jump into the presence:

Construction worker (note: not a locksmith this time) Jean Luc Falcy did provide an ancient gun to killer ???? who assassinates for the government?

Did Maillaud read some french history books?
You can find the book of the Saint Mery assassinations on google books (in french).

  • bluebird

    Follow up:
This is the history of the Saint Mery assassinations.

    http://gallica.bnf.fr/m/ark:/12148/bpt6k6465642s

That history is the basics of Victor Hugo’s book “Les Miserables”.

Locksmith Jerome Falcy from Haute Savoie isn’t called/named by Victor Hugo in Les Miserables but he is named in the ” trial of the 22 ” as the person who did organise the guns for the assassinations.
Of course, Les Miserables is totally unrelated with that event, except for if some people fron Chevaline/Lathuile who met each other and perhaps discussed about how to solve the lies and how to present a satisfactory but setup “solution” for the media. And perhaps Savoie minister for culture, Lionel Falcy from Lathuile, did remember his family history and he had the idea of Saint Mery and the Les Miserables as a script. As a Savoie minister of culture he should know the french history and Les Miserables in particular.

Cloister Saint Mery assassinations and Les Miserables are full of french Masonic links, too.

    Thanks Q.

I was wondering if it’s likely they took a photo [ off Saads computer/camera/phone ] & imposed it on a pic such as that location seen in the most recent photo, merging photos would not be too difficult ,I assume, & it could explain why its so fuzzy?

That would explain the discrepancy of weather & clothes.

  • bluebird

This could be coincidence that locksmith Jerome Falcy from Haute Savoie was an arms trafficer in that real revolution history. It could be coincidence that Lionel Falcy from Lathuile is Savoian minister for culture. However, it could be (masonic) “setup” that Jean Luc Falcy is a trafficer of “ancient arms” (sic!) in the Chevaline murders.
Who had that funny idea? Coincidence?

    Masonic symbols of “Les Miserables”

    Q

I saw that. There is a lot else on the web regarding CLR Falcy.
His story could be a reason for the WW1 and WW2 arms collection of Falcy. There is some tradition in the Falcy family regarding ancient arms collection and trafficing since 1832.
Additionally, I have no doubts that this family is masonic.

Katie, 10:21pm – good suggestion re the photo – that could very well have been done – but if photoshop was used, there are usually tell-tale signs left showing manipulation. I am not an expert – but may be some others are?

The discrepancies you pointed out with re to clothes inappropriate for the weather and incompatible with the stated “dressed up”are on the money too.

Leaving the question – why release the photo now and why go to all the length of misrepresenting the time and possibly the location?

Even if the reason is subterfuge of some kind, that still begs the question – why go to all the trouble? ie, if we assume that there’s a cover-up (which we kind of all agree there is), how does the released photo help the cover-up and if it doesn’t who was the party interested in making sure that someone somewhere knows there is and has been a cover-up going on?

Of course, my thinking has always been that it’s all a tit-for-tat between the french and English side. Alas, even that doesn’t tell us the whole story, does it?

    Q
Interesting find. This supports my original theory regarding the far right.
Why was the politically far right “Ligue Savoisienne of Ugine” closed in October 2012??
Note the date: Ugine, October 2012: Closed!

I see the Devousassoux family in the far right and i see the mollier family in the far right, all of them being traditional natiinalist Savoiens, too. I see the Falcy family as deeply masonic and connected with british masons.
Lionel Falcy from Lathuile even is “Minister of Savoie for Culture”.

However, was it just another coincidence that the nationalistLigue in Ugine was closed exactly in october 2012? What had they done?, Who got killed? Did they urgently need money and they didnt get this on sept 5th? Did the french government close them?

Knowing the reason of the closure could be another piece in that puzzle.

  • bluebird

    Interesting, Q

    Plot:

    September 2012: chevaline murder
October 2012: Closure of the Ligue Savoiennes (Ugine) …. why?
June 2013: president of the already closed “ligue” (59 ans) is found dead by pompiers.
Feb 2014: Devousassoux and Falcy (most likely both are previous members of the ligue and behave like that (far right)) are arrested for illegal arms trading.

Maybe we can add the Communal-Tournier murder, too.
Is there a secret war “french government” versus “savoian nationalists”?
But where into that war would the al hillis fit?

  • bleb

… and on the more muddying the water front:

Apparently there is an article (The Sunday Times (23rd Feb), main section – page 29) that says:

    1) People under surveillance in both UK and France (<5 people)
    2) EM intends to take some of these peeps into custody (inc in the UK)
    3) Those concerned in UK are 'close to brother… but not family'
    4) MI6 via telephone at Xmas 'we know who (Saad) is. . .he worked with satellites'

Thanks to “Rashomon” for posting this info.

Note: the Sunday Times is behind a “paywall”

  • Q

Patrice Abeille was dead for three days before his body was discovered. He was supposed to be meeting his family for a holiday.

What is it with family holidays?

  • Q

I went here to see the relatively-unscathed al-Hilli vehicle: magic photography! It shows us the image of Sylvain Mollier, claiming he took seven shots. I also ask how the vehicle was to be loaded onto the flatbed truck from where it is parked? A good investigation would not involve someone getting into the car to drive it once the “crime scene” was discovered. Was this the “loading” or “unloading” photo? Did the damage to the hood occur after this photo was taken?

If I may, a little lesson in French for you, droit(e) = RIGHT, gauche = LEFT.

Whilst it’s true you have may found some rather nasty right leaning Molliers, Sylvain and his father publicly affiliated themselves with Solidarité et Progrès Ugine, which in 2008 was an avowedly self professed coalition of the LEFT.

Whether Solidarité et Progrès is in fact right wing or left wing is a subject much debated in France. In fact a Google search on «solidarité et progrès droite ou gauche» produces 5,700,000 results!

Perhaps this, from Wikipedia in French, best summarises the position of Solidarité et Progrès and it founder, Jacques Cheminade

“En 2012, selon François Koch, journaliste à L’Express , Jacques Cheminade « se présente en gaulliste de gauche, mais camoufle un lobby politique américain d’extrême-droite »”

You seem to ignore the nuances on this point, which is far from black and white, left or right.

Surely, this of itself is a very curious backdrop to the whole drama, do you or do you not agree??

However I do agree with you that the local principal actors in this drama do have deep, powerful and tangled roots in Savoyard society. Indeed, as I mentioned above, they are only a few shakes away from the likes of the late Maurice Herzog.

All i can say is the following: Add up the word “nationalist” to a socialist and you’ll get what you’ve got. Far right and far left are pretty close in a circle. From a certain perspective in that circle onwards, the right and the left only differs in regards of nationalism.

    Quote:
The mayor of Sannat said on television : “I was told they were against racism, they seemed to be leaning to the left and he was a small candidate. But when I learned he (Cheminade) was at the far-right and had been condemned, I jumped.

    A reminder: http://www.lesamisdestanmaillaud.org/

“September 22, 2012 while investigating with his team on a group of pedophile satanists, Stan Maillaud disappeared.

Christian Maillaud, aka Stan, born in Paris January 7, 1968 [ 1 ]. He spent his childhood in the West Indies and then engages in the gendarmerie, where he became a non-commissioned officer, he resigned after 5 years from the 1 st Parachute Infantry Regiment Navy then makes a return to life in civil security on the island of Reunion.

Its activity was cut short because local leaders do not like too the stirring Stan oversteps his role as “watchdog” his license to practice in the middle of the security is withdrawn, he was accused of fraud and constitution a battle group … Justice is trying to impersonate “crazy”, he gets a year and a half suspended sentence and banned for life from working in security.

Stan Maillaud left the meeting and arrives in Metropolis. It again draws the wrath of justice for trying to protect the little Vincent, a child victim of abuse by the father to whom justice had awarded custody … In March 2009, he was sentenced to one year in prison for ” subtraction minor “an arrest warrant was issued against him. Stan started the mare.

For 3 years, he occasionally communicates via videos he posts interventions platforms sharing where he accuses number of judges, politicians, police chiefs and other notables, to engage in child crime network.

September 2012: Stan leaves his lair and preparing a sequel to the documentary Networks horror , he realized with the Belgian antipédocriminel activist Marcel Vervloesem. It was on this occasion he left his lair to investigate in the region of Besançon on a group of Satanists, amateur rape children.

Then he will meet with witnesses and victims with his team moving in two vehicles (including his wife Janett Seemann), the small group undergoes a traffic stop by the police. Stan flees across the field, no money, no phone.

From that moment, everything is nothing more than speculation: Stan was sighted in a police vehicle with his wife Janett, but the military has always denied having got hold of their former colleague. The young woman and a number of others involved in the case will be indicted and jailed for planning to raise children who are victims of pedophile networks, that justice will describe as ” draft kidnapping . ”

So what happened to Stan Maillaud? A he was murdered? If he managed to escape and resume his mare, why he has not been heard from for a year, through a video? A he chose to continue his fight with the utmost discretion?”

We already did recherche for Stan Maillaud a year ago.
Stan (Christian) Maillaud is the grandson of the famous BBC journalist Pierre Maillaud.
    Stan disappeared sept 22 2012.
In november 2012, a belgian friend of him, stated that Stan was found alive. Since then there are no news about him.

Stan (Christian) Maillaud was a gendarm in La Reunion before he was sacked there and then he had to leave.

Is he related to Eric? We couldnt find out. However, genetically they must be close. They look almost like twins. They both worked for french police.

Watch that video of Stan Maillaud and then watch the press conference of Eric Maillaud:

    http://touch.dailymotion.com/video/xs8wbp_stan-maillaud-revient-sur-la-tuerie-des-gendarmettes-du-var_webcam

    Then compare their visual genetics.
