Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

points for making that connection Michael Norton
16 Jul, 2014 – 8:51 pm. Who knows but its possible. I have always assumed that she used it as a christian or given name – hence Kelly Thompson presumably if indeed they were married although BB can find no record of marriage or divorce records. “According to the U.S. Social Security Administration, Kelly, as a girl’s name, was ranked #999 in 1944, then steadily gained popularity through 1977 (#10), before declining (#212 in 2006)” I have already flagged up the Irish connection in surname form and Zaid’s Irish wife. Of course if it was anything to do with David Kelly it pre-dates his suspicious death but not his forays into Iraq as a UN weapons inspector.

For those unfamiliar. Thanks Q for reminding us – “It was a turning point in the Second World War. As the Allies prepared to invade Sicily in 1943, they wanted to dupe the Germans into thinking that their attack would be aimed elsewhere.
To carry out the deception, a plan was concocted in which a body was dumped in the sea, to be discovered by Axis forces, carrying fake ‘secret documents’ suggesting the invasion would be staged in Greece, 500 miles away.
Incredibly, the trick worked and the diversion of German troops to Greece has been credited by historians with playing a major part in the success of the Sicily invasion. The episode was later immortalised in the 1956 film The Man Who Never Was.
Yet to this day, just whose body was used in “Operation Mincemeat” has remained a source of secrecy, confusion and conspiracy theory.
In a forthcoming book, a historian claims to have finally established beyond any reasonable doubt the identity of the person who ‘played’ the part of the dead man: a homeless Welshman called Glyndwr Michael.

The body, which was given the identity of a fake Royal Marine called ‘Major WILLIAM MARTIN’, was dropped into the sea off Spain in 1943.”

A link supplied by Linda at DZ indicates that the passports are no longer missing just mislaid by Eric 🙂

“Finally, the disappearance of the couple’s passports al-Hilli, raised in October 2013, going in the same direction, the killer who could take them to prove the performance of the contract. But these passports had not actually disappeared: they were in a sealed untapped sent for analysis at the Institute of Criminal Research of the National Gendarmerie.”

    Re: William Martin

“Operation Mincemeat” moniker was a dead giveaway.

    That’s right Q,…. ‘tactical deception’.

  • michael norton

If as had been suggested some or all of the Al Hilli holiday party were shot outside of their
BMW vehicle, then the vehicle moved and bodies placed in the car,
what would the killers gain from this other than demonstrating their total command of the situation.

    Q and michael norton:

The name “Martin” meaning is “God of War”
The name “Kelly” meaning is “Warrior”.

There’s never a coincidence when spies and secret service agents adopt fake names.

Personally I have no doubts about that Thompson wasnt Kelly’s “husband” but just her CIA handler and her primary CIA contact who gave her shelter, security and a fake “cover job” as a “dentist” while she stayed in the USA. He was her CIA instructor. Al Shaikhly was the man in the middle who did recruit Iqbal for the CIA due to his family contacts with al Saffar in London, Dubai and in Iraq.

Finally i have no doubts that Iqbal was a so called “double spy” (and her husband Saad, too) and they ended as such.

For a CIA handler and the Godfather of a double spy, the stress in the weeks in advance of their assassination and the final message of their successful assassination (he obviously received some kind of text message like “your snake is dead”) must have been too much stress and did result in a lethal heart attack.

from the “telegraph” link above (dec 2011):

The disclosure comes after Hezbollah managed to partially unravel the agency’s spy network in Lebanon after running a double agent against the CIA, former and current U.S. intelligence officials said. They requested anonymity to discuss matters of intelligence

Former officials said one of the named officers was considered a rising star at the CIA and had been involved in many important operations in Iraq. Whether or not this employee would be able to continue a CIA career outside the U.S. is unknown. Former officials said it is likely Hezbollah has already shared photographs of the case officers with Iran, its closest ally.

It was not immediately clear whether the exposed CIA officers in Lebanon have been pulled out of the country. The Associated Press is not publishing the names of the officers because they could refer to operatives who remain undercover.

A few weeks later, on Jan. 17, 2012, an indictment was issued in Bangkok against a Lebanese citizen, saying that he was a suspected of trying to plan an attack in the Thai capital. A few days later, the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok issued warnings of a possible terrorist attack.

A Thai official announced: “The suspect apparently has links with Hezbollah.” Remarkable, while the authorities in Bangkok kept quiet regarding the details, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth published an article on Jan. 20 saying that the detainee was “Hussein Atris, 47, born in Nabatieh in southern Lebanon and married to a Swedish woman. He returned to Lebanon 10 years ago, and was [allegedly] in Thailand to help carry out bombings in retaliation for the killing of Hezbollah leader Imad Mughniyeh.” The suspect denied the charges the following day. He told the Swedish daily Aftonbladet that he does not belong to Hezbollah, and that his work is limited to trade, confirming that Israeli intelligence had been involved with his interrogation in Bangkok.

And from Thailand to Mexico, where it was announced on Sept. 10, 2012, that the authorities had arrested three men suspected of membership in Hezbollah. This included an American citizen, Rafik Mohammed Labboun, who was turned over to U.S. authorities. The Mexican authorities did not given any further details.

According to those close to Hezbollah in Beirut, it’s a new episode in the series of the war itself. Yet there are some notable paradoxes, for example, how will they link the accused Westerners with Hezbollah? How will they say that names such as Jacques Philippe Martin, Ralph William Rico and Brian Jameson (all of whom are accused of the bombing in Bulgaria) are the names of Lebanese Shiites?

The case of the U.S. national who has been deemed part of a Hezbollah terrorist cell operating in the Yucatan area and Central America, has sparked a criminal investigation in Belize because he had Belizean documents. Rafik Mohammed Labboun (Allaboun) was caught during a raid in Merida, Mexico over the weekend and authorities found he had been using the identity of Wilhelm Dick, a Belizean infant who died two months after his birth in 1976.

Did Thompson possibly face an arrest as the possible liaison officer of a hezbollah/CIA double spy Kelly Iqbal?
That danger would be likely too much for an ill man and his weak heart.

He could likely have been the guy where Iqbal got her information about CIA agents in Iran and in Lebanon from. If he unknowingly shared such information with a double agent then he might face problems and even an arrest.

17 Jul, 2014 – 6:26 am!!!!! If accurate yet more factual evidence of what only can be described as BARE FACED LIES from EM. If substantiated and supported by the French Government EM’s position as receptacle of integrity and impartial justice is surely no longer tenable? How can they keep the person in charge of the process if incompetence is compounded by malevolence?

  • Tim V

As regards “Operation Mincemeat” the question of course is, “Can we draw parallels over and above the obvious ones of title and duplication of the name William Martin?” The original one was to mislead the enemy into thinking the D Day assault would take place in a different location. In the present scenario it would be difficult not to view Iran as the presumed “enemy” here. Was the operation, as we discussed early on, an exercise to persuade Iran there was a useful source of technical information (SM) when in fact there wasn’t, but which others not in on the British ruse, thought was genuine and acted to stop? Just relaunching an old idea as we have some new contributors now.

17 Jul, 2014 – 10:24 am interesting stuff. So in 2012 we have “prisoner X”, linked to the break-up of Israel’s intelligence network in Lebanon; “trojan” in Iran; Chevaline; agents in Mexico; the Belize stuff including McAfee; agents in Thailand; Mississippi Thompson/Shaikhily dropping dead; all following the busted Israili Dubai assasination; plus no doubt much more including the early Tsnarnev/Boston Bombing imbroglio. Sounds like COORDINATED Mossad/Cia operation to me.

  • Tim V

APROPOS that last it looks like the FBI put pressure on an Tsarnaev innocent friend to testify against him and when he wouldn’t play ball hit him with a charge of assisting a cover-up (!!!) and the possibility of 25 out of the way in a stinking Federal prison. In fact the whole thing stinks come to think of it. Another friend is up for trial as well. Even in the corrupted United States it appears the jury is having reservations about incarcerating a young man for the rest of his life for allegedly getting rid of some fireworks.

I’ve just read what wikipaedia states,

have they got this bit about Eric Devassoux correct?

    Arrest of local ex-policeman

“On 18 February 2014 a 48-year-old man was arrested following the issue of an artist’s impression of a man in a motorcycle helmet. Police removed several guns from his home. The man, living in the local village of Lathuile, and said to be a weapons collector, reportedly had been dismissed from the municipal police in June 2013. It is not clear whether the investigators thought he could be involved in the killings.”

If Eric Devassoix was living in the local village of Lathuile,
so was William Brett Martin, Nicole Communal-Tournier & the recently fallen off a cliff Jean-Claude Deronzier.

Malaysian passenger plane is downed, 296 people aboard.
Rumours abound it was shot down, see related post, next door .

Now I do not know if this is supposed to be where
Miss Schutz and Sylvain Mollier & their baby & his children lived

    from Pink on 15January, 2014 – 3.24 & Good in Parts

    The white panniered motorcycle
that was parked adjacent to the Sapeurs-Pompier,
    behind the Schutz pharmacie,in Grignon,Savoie,

about nine miles from the massacre site,

Well the unnamed, found shot dead, ex-Legionnaire, marksman, paratrooper, mountainman, said to known to the Family of Sylvain was supposed to be a Sapeurs-Pompier.

  • michael norton

    Schutz Pharmacie
73 Rue Joseph Martin, Grignon, Savoie

    quite a coincidence having a Sapeurs-Pompier adjacent
and with a white panniered motorcycle, parked underneath

  • michael norton

    Quote
“France’s Metro newspaper reported the suspect is a resident of Lathuile, a village just a few kilometres away from the site where Saad al-Hilli, 50, his wife Iqbal, 47, his mother-in-law Suhaila al-Allaf and Sylvain Mollie, a French cyclist were shot dead in September 2012.”

    http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/arms-loving-ex-policeman-suspect-al-hilli-family-french-alps-slaying-1436960

So it would seem that Eric the ex-policeman is reported as living in Lathuile,
all very local and cosy, how does anyone keep secrets in that location.

It would seem that the Sapeurs-Pompiers building at 57 Rue Joseph Martin is a social meeting place for the firemen.
If we can get onto their social pages,
it might tell us if one was recently found shot dead leaving a six or seven page note.

who else but the family of a CIA agent (or even families of another country’s secret service agent) would even think about a poisoned dart when their overweight and high blood pressure loved one dies on a heart attack?

This is ridiculous thinking about the poisoned dart except for you are a secret service family and when you definitely know that you are part of such a family.

We simply have to think logic only.

  • AGrainOfSalt

All the readers od Daily Mail, Telegraph, Sun and NY Daily News are CIA agents.
That’s why the agency needs such a steep budget.

If Jimmy was killed by poisoned blow dart, whilst waiting at the traffic lights, wouldn’t the dart be left hanging out of his head?

Trying to refresh my memory here ..was it the day before Sylvains death son went silent on twitter with his Algerian confident or girlfriend?
I can imagine the father saying stay off internet until I take care of something. Only he never came back. The son surfaced later..

also..the fake documents found I assume the bmw..why would SAH need a fake will if he already had access legal access and entitled to collect? or was he making a deposit..or setting an account for someone like the motherinlaw..we neversee pictures of her just the immediate family ..I assume she took the pix..that day..
which reminds me..the hat..I never see any of them with a hat on anywhere….old or new pix..yet one was on the dashboard which stayed on curved surface despite vehicle motions. Was it the cats hat?

and..has anyone sent for a copy of the death certificates that would be available. as they died there…I think publicly in chevaline on written request..maybe peter has..
I tried once but kept getting error messages at the Chevaline office website.

    Regards all

BlueBird..I know how expensive it is to get background info.for those sites….maybe..you can email me and I can paypal some help..modestly of course..I am just a librarian.
But I marvel at your work..we may not get the murder..bbut certainly..we can tear the current directors script to shreds..

    God Bless

Over the twenty months there has been three shooting incidents in which people died in these villages.

One victim is linked to all three.
    Sylvain Mollier.

The unnamed ex-Legionnaire who was found shot dead,

was said to be connected to the family of Sylvain Mollier.

“BB 20th November” found out that the family Mollier and the family Communal-Tournier are connected through marriage.
Mrs.Communal-Tournier was shot dead one week after the e-fit was dispersed.

Now if Sylvain was also “connected” with Eric Devassoux

it would put him in a central position in The Chevaline Massacre

and not as Eric the Plod keeps saying he was in the wrong place and merely a passer by.
