Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

I think the only option is that the Iraqi-British family and the Savoyard cyclist were all killed by a lone wolf, a psychopath, well-trained with firing Luger guns and riding a bike while driving a green 4×4.
Since tourism is the main source of income of France, they will never admit, and blame it on the UK relatives or French in-laws.
It’s a cover up of a random killing, for the sake of global commerce.

This is another suspicious “suicide in cell” case. This time Zurich and a man, whose identity was not disclosed, who worked as an executive at the Swiss helicopter air rescue company, Rega. It is being alleged that he “leaked” Michael Schumacher’s medical notes after flying him to hospital. I don’t suppose he was a pilot at Chevaline?

That is a good question, Tim V. For the record, that is the same hospital where Zainab al-Hilli was placed in a medically-induced coma after the Chevaline affair. It is also where Zainab was allegedly filmed making a statement to police about “one bad man”. The footage of that crucial statement has not been shared with the public, nor has any explanation been offered about how a critically-ill child with a fractured skull, in a medically-induced coma, could make such a statement. It is very strange that a child who sustained brain damage, rendering her possibly unable to recall the incident that caused the brain damage, could have perfect recall of a “bad man”:

The guy who killed him self came from Switzerlande, not Grenoble were the little girls where hospitalised. Is they’re a coonection between Schumacher and the al’ hilli family, because Meribel is very close to Annacy, and he was playing golf just like the suspect brother.
How strange that an executive should fly the helicopter, they have pilotes that do it! And watt’s so interessting in the medical record? Unless they cached from us sattelite views who show that Schumacher was pushed against the big stone? Some thing stinks

What if the one body we have been allowed to see ( supposed to think it was Sylvain Mollier)
was killed first, then put in the three different positions in the car and shot, shot, shot, then dragged out of the car, placed on ground,
the others, ( Al Hilli’s) were never there.

  • AGrainOfSalt

Has Franck Sinatra once song ” Every body finds some body some where” and like MN and TV I think they’re is some thing bizarre about the car locked but empty with it’s motor turning, and only one cadaver to be find on the side. As the english cyclist been prop early checked? He found some body but canwe be certain this was the real Sylvan Mollier and not some body else when we have no photograph?
    That is a good question.

Here’s a little historical precedent that I’m sure is familiar to you all but will post all the same. “February 1998 or Shortly After: British Intelligence Thinks A. Q. Khan Using North Koreans as Front for ProcurementEdit event
The British intelligence service MI6 forms the opinion that Pakistani nuclear proliferator A. Q. Khan is using his North Korean connections in an attempt to purchase items for resale. The items include rare metals, magnets, and other difficult-to-source products. The purpose is to establish an export stock of goods that Khan can sell on to other countries. MI6 informs US intelligence agencies of its belief and the reasons for it (see 1997 and February 1998). [LEVY AND SCOTT-CLARK, 2007, PP. 279-280]” http://www.historycommons.org/entity.jsp?entity=uk_secret_intelligence_service

  • Tim V

and this from same source: “May 7, 1999: Shipment of Special Aluminum for A. Q. Khan Network Seized in LondonEdit event
A shipment of special aluminum for the A. Q. Khan network is seized in London by British customs. The shipment was arranged by Abu Bakr Siddiqui, a British-based supplier for the Khan network. Siddiqui’s company, Orland Europe Ltd., received the order in November 1998 from a Dubai-based facilitator for Khan’s network named Bukhary Sayed Abu Tahir, but it had originated with Mohammad Farooq, director of foreign procurement at Khan Research Laboratories.
Siddiqui Warned – Customs learned of the order thanks to a tipoff from the British intelligence agency MI6. Customs agent Maxine Crook and a colleague called on Siddiqui in January 1999 to inform him that the export of some metals required a license, and, if there was any doubt, it was best to contact the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to check if one was required for a specific transaction. Crook also told Siddiqui that he should contact the DTI if he again did business with three companies with which he had previously traded, and that Dubai was a well-known “diversionary point” for goods going to “countries of concern” related to the smuggling of components for nuclear programs. Finally, Crook told Siddiqui he should consult the DTI about the current order for the aluminum. After the visit, Crook sent Siddiqui a letter summarizing the main points of the visit, and Siddiqui acknowledged the letter.
Seizure – Siddiqui went ahead with the order without asking for a license anyway, and customs officials seize it on the docks in London. A search of his home and office yields records of millions of dollars’ worth of equipment that has been shipped to Khan over the last decade, a brochure describing the uranium enrichment process, a photo of Siddiqui and Khan together, and a magazine with an article on Khan in which he said he wanted to “buy whatever we can from the international market” to support Pakistan’s nuclear program. [ARMSTRONG AND TRENTO, 2007, PP. 178-180]”

  • Tim V

so you see the importance of specialist metals for developing nuclear states and the clandestine measures adopted to secure them, with DUBAI as the hub (“Dubai Dubai I wish you all Dubai” as Dudley Moore and Peter Cook so famously put it)was very familiar territory for MI6 and would provide a very good “bait”.

    @agrainofsalt

    no schumacher connection whatsoever.

The Swiss REGA guy who hanged himself was NO pilot at all.
He was a high ranked member of the REGA administration who had access to the files in his position.
His name was given as “A.K.” (Albert Keller??) by the media.
He was a German citizen working in the REGA headquarters and in his position he could open all files.
Media are writing that he was a “lone wolve” with no family and that he loved sailing on sea.

Has Mrs. Al Hillis ex – American Jimmy been dug up yet?

Jimmy is a dead ringer for the e-fit motorcyclist.

  • michael norton

Jimmy was a motorcyclist. Shade his goatee dark and he is a dead ringer for the e-fit.

If Jimmy is not in his grave
it might be inconvenient to have him dug up?

  • Tim V

Ahhhh but what if he KNEW something? Knowledge can get you killed you know and we should never exclude murder in suicide cases unless the evidence is totally convincing, particularly if it happens in a prison/police cell.

In Genevaluch.com there is this piece about Rega, namely using air ambulance to “repatriate” Americans and others – more than “14000 rescue missions” in one year! If not relevant to the Chevaline case, interesting. What were all those “rescue missions”?

BERN, SWITZERLAND – Swiss debate neutrality of repatriating US wounded soldiers (update)
May 4, 2012 by Ellen Wallace
The issue of Swiss neutrality is raising its head in parliament with the confirmation by Rega that it has carried out repatriation flights of wounded US soldiers from Afghanistan and Iraq, reports RTS public broadcasting.
Rega, which provides emergency medical repatriation flights for a number of clients, notably insurance companies, confirmed the information in response to a 2 May article in Handelszeitung that says the private company has run 17 flights.
Last month Rega celebrated its 60th anniversary, noting that 2011 was a record year in terms of the number of rescue missions, more than 14,000.
Rega has not confirmed any details except to say it has delivered wounded soldiers to the Ramstein air base in Germany and that it has not worked directly for the US armed forces. According to RTS the company says it makes 150 foreign repatriations a year out of 700 total, and fewer than 20 involve soldiers. Rega says it makes no distinction about the side soldiers are fighting on, in line with Swiss neutrality and International Red Cross principles.
The company takes on work outside its main Swiss emergency medical air evacuations in Switzerland mainly outside the tourist season, when its planes and helicopters are not in full use.
The issue comes at a sensitive time for Rega, whose supporters have a bill coming up in parliament to exonerate the non-profit group from paying TVA (value added tax). It was hit in 2010 with a CHF5 million bill for taxes, when the tax office decided its annual dues for members were a form of insurance. http://genevalunch.com/2012/05/04/swiss-debate-neutrality-of-repatriating-us-wounded-soldiers-update/

Safdar Rahmad Abadi was killed inside his car in Tehran on the dame day when Mrs.Tournier was killed in Lathuile. Another “same day killing” coincidence

Safdar Rahmad Abadi was Iran’s minister for mining and trade. He was responsible for the zirconium mining in iran.
The al Hillis grew up with the al Abadis in the UK and they have the same history and belong to the same political party. the two families are facebook friends.

We have zirconium and a double-same-day killing in that story:

Abadi (iran’s “mr. zirconium”) in Teheran (2 shots in head inside his car) and mrs.communal tournier in lathuile.

the second same day killing happend 9-5-2012 in doussard (al hilli and french “mr. zirconium” silvain mollier) and in the usa (mrs. Iqbal’s CIA godfather).

Now mr.haider al abadi is going to become iraq’s prime minister. when will we expect the next double killing in that case?

I wonder if the five people, two of whom were arrested in a Gypsy camp for the murder of Nicole
    have yet been found guilty?

eager to see if your post gets positively replied… they keep these as top-secret, thus ignoring those whose dealers are to say the least incompetent in either sale advice or service duties”

Not suggesting anything in particular just can’t understand why Mr Kirsch is linked to the Southend company that appears somewhat secretive? Maybe its just a computer glitch?

“Whether visiting Rega’s tonearm assembly area, phono cartridge assembly room, loudspeaker construction area, or the workspace where Rega’s top-tier Reference Series components are built, it is common to find workers who know chapter and verse of all—or nearly all—of the assembly steps and techniques involved. For the past several years, I have used Rega’s Isis CD player/DAC and Osiris integrated amplifier as reference components in my home system, so for me it was exciting to meet the woman who, in all likelihood, personally built and tested the components I use so often”

“The Zurich prosecutor’s office refused to reveal the man’s age, nationality or other identifying details. But spokeswoman Corinne Bouvard told AFP that he had been suspected of acting alone. In a statement the prosecution authority stressed that the man should be presumed innocent unless proven guilty.”

    tim v.

i saw that, too. but this is irrelevant. they linked him towards a wrong REGA company. forget the british address. that’s a software glitch of that website.

however, Kirsch is in fact that swiss REGA guy. Swiss newspapers just wrote that his name was A.K. and that he is a lone wolve and a sailing fan. Thanks to the link submitted by george we know who he was: “chief of REGA rescue administration”.

The british address, though, is nonsense.

Rega Research certainly used to make hifi audio equipment and I assume they still do. I had one of their record turntables. They seemed to be a small company. I didn’t know they were near Southend; just down the road from mine.
