Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

A Gisele Gauthier writes an article about Tamils being turned away from Canada.

A Glenn Miller inherits a property in France in 2010 and moves there subsequently.

Remember the articles I posted a long time ago about holiday campers, vans and caravans being searched on ferries headed for England due to a problem with people being smuggled in same?

Why did Saad al-Hilli drive to Portsmouth to catch a ferry instead of taking a plane to France? Well, now the trade in people involves owners of luxury yachts. Mobsters are doing business in Brittany:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2274424/Moment-immigrant-arrested-crackdown-human-trafficking-revealed-luxury-yacht-owners-paid-smuggle-people-Britain.html

What about those missing passports from the Chevaline crime scene? And “granny”?

  • Q

How about that: gangsters from Kosovo. Doesn’t a myterious “man from the Balkans” play a role at Chevaline?

  • Q

How can anyone survive and support a family with a company that is worth next to nothing? When there’s a downturn in the economy and contracts dry up, would such a person be motivated to seek alternative forms of income, under the table?

  • Q

It’s all a big misunderstanding, so never mind:

    http://blogs.vancouversun.com/2014/09/24/murdered-musician-never-assumed-identity-of-canadian-rocker-says-cousin/

Yadda, yadda. He was a musician living in the same city as the other Glenn Miller, and could never have heard of Chilliwack. He didn’t own a TV, see. The man must never have listened to the radio. Of course he hung around with other musicians — and supposedly none of them must have heard of Chilliwack, either. Sure. Whatever. They all never listened to music and never talked about other bands or famous musicians. Whatever.

He does look a little bit like Zaid.

I am not seeing the people smuggling angle your own your own with that one ,nuclear protest has come up before I posted a link some time ago to a french protest leader I can’t remember his name anyone recall who it was ?
The article littered with names is probably keeping you all busy
I am offline now until tomorrow so no rush for answers 🙂

  • Q

Human trfficking has come up before, too, Pink. Glenn Miller lived in an ideal spot for it in Brittany. I’m not saying that’s what he did for a living, but it was an ideal spot for it.

Gangsters from Kosovo run human trafficking, a Balkan man shows up in the campground where the al-Hillis stayed and meets with Saad, that sudden “holiday” to France and bank trip to Credit Agricole in Switzerland (why not use the one in Ugine?), all the various assorted passports with some of them missing, the girls not knowing “grandma”, Saad’s earlier trip across the Channel via Portsmouth — all could be indications of something being done covertly.

SM was a target, but so were the al-Hillis, IMO.

  • Pink

Q What I mean is I would not know where to start looking for links at least nuclear protest is fairly high profile so I can look into that, the people smuggling is by its nature underground I am guessing it’s not going to jump out at me ,other than what is printed in the papers .
I have seen cases of people being brought to the fields for picking
I am not sure if they were illegals or slave labour.
I am no where near the coast or ports so its not something I ever hear about in the normal course .

It has been said by the locals,
that Glenn Miller was so short of money he picked vegetables in the field to boost his income,
    at 65 with arthritis
unlikely he’d be in the fields picking vegetables for money but it could be to hold conversations with “unlikely” people out of hearing with the locals.

You don’t get shot with an ice bullet by accident, whilst sitting in your living room
without a gun in your hand.

The eX-Legionnaire, paratrooper, mountainman, friend of the Mollier family,
apparently shot himself to death in his abode in Ugine about 1/3rd of a year ago,
WHO HAS NEVER BEEN GIVEN A NAME

was it said what weapon was used and how many times he was shot?

  • michael norton

    I think the suicided eX-Legionnaire
was said to be working for the Sapeur-Pompier,

I wonder if he worked out of Grignon, adjacent to the Pharmacie Schutz-Morange?

  • michael norton

    Has it been said,
which route the Family al-Hilli used to get to Savoie,
    on their last fatal holiday?

I wonder if “Grandma” travelled with them of if they met up with “Grandma” much, much later in Savoie / Haute-Savoie.

  • michael norton

Let us imagine that for some time before the new son of Claire and Sylvain is born, this family sleeps in the house of Sylvain Mollier,
close to his works at Cezus, Areva, Ugine, Savoie.
    http://www.areva.com/EN/operations-977/cezus-ugine-melting-and-forging.html#
Now, we know that for quite a while, Claire has been the manager of the family run business of The Parmacie Schutz-Morange, in Grignon, near Albertville, Savoie,
home to the 1992 Winter Olympics http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1992_Winter_Olympics
We know that before she became pregnant with Sylvain’s child she took on the ownership of the Pharmacie Schutz-Morange in Grignon.
We know that there is a Sapeur-Pompier adjacent to their business in Grignon.
We know that the S-P are often the first responders in the mountains/countryside.
We have been told that the eX-Legionnaire, paratrooper, mountainman was now a Sapeur-Pompier,
having a love interest with the sister of Sylvain. WE are told this unamed man was “heard” by the police, following The Slaughter of the Horses Incident and subsequently was found shot dead.
WE know Claire’s uncle is Pierre Morange, an associate of Nicholas Sarkozy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolas_Sarkozy,
we also know that in Chambourcy, where Pierre has been mairie, his best friend the top cop was knifed 18 times in his own home, entry did not seem to have been forced, nobody has been charged for this murder, even though it happened seven years ago,
    consequently Pierre carries a gun.

What I am trying to suggest is that after Sylvain took three years leave to spend time with his family, most of that time would have been in The Parmacie Schutz-Morange in Grignon.
They may have travelled back to Ugine to spend the nights there with Sylvain’s two older boys.

Sylvain may have been “visiting” Claire at The Pharmacie Schutz-Morange for some time before they became an official couple.
He may have also been on friendly terms with some of the Sapeur-Pompiers who worked next door. It may be through Sylvain that his sister started a liasion with a SApeur-Pompier.

But I am strongly suggesting on the dreadful day of THe Slaughter of the Horses Incident that Claire and the baby and Sylvain were in The Pharmacie Schutz-Morange.
It will have been from that building that Sylvain set off on his cycle ride and it would have been to that building he was to have returned.

Hey, Pink. I see Michael Norton has reminded us of the vegetable picking in the fields by Glenn Miller. Odd that, as his arthritis supposedly prevented him from playing the guitar. In one of the videos of him actually playing the guitar, he shakes his left hand as if it is cramping up. Some guitarists play guitar and bass, but many do not. It’s odd he would pick the name of a bass guitarist, since he didn’t seem to play bass. The arthritis might have been an excuse for this reason. I do not believe the word of a cousin or an ex-wife 18 years past living across the ocean. Who would know the day-to-day intricacies of a person’s life if they were not there?

Mr. Miller was short of money: that much is clear. Saad al-Hilli seemed to be short of money, too. People act out of character when they are feeling financial pressure. There is the lure of easy money.

Human trafficking was a past topic on this forum. That Balkan man in the campground is a possible point of connection. Long ago I posted about the alps being a transit point for trafficking of all kinds, as various commodities make their way to Geneva from the south. If Mr. Miller was tangled up with the Kosovo crime network, this could explain his odd death. “The pig farm” of infamy was allegedly used to dispose of women in the sex trade, and many believe it was tied to a biker gang, not just one deviant.

Back to “grandma”, whoever she was. I’m pretty sure someone in the campground would have mentioned if she was an entirely different race from the al-Hillis. The question is, why didn’t we see her coffin? We saw Saad’s and Iqbal’s coffins, but not hers. We heard about numerous passports of unknown provenance, and missing passports. Did “grandma” skip out with the wigs?

Did someone want money from Saad for services rendered, or did someone want Saad to render services?

What is the thread that connects all the odd “accidents” and unsolved murders in the French Alps over the past few years? No doubt the local story involved Sylvain Mollier and his connections. But I am not convinced it was just a local story.

  • michael norton

Yes if Glenn Miller’s finger arthritis was so bad he could not play his instrument ( something he would have done till his last days)
it is almost inconceivable that at 65 he would be bent double picking vegetables in a field to earn an honest crust.
He may not have had arthritis and he may not have been a musician.

My bet he was in the fields, occassionally to talk to “persons of interest”
out of the hearing of nosey locals.
People can store stuff on farms, such as drugs.

It must have been an intelligence hit
if he was shot with an ice-bullet through his neck, whilst sitting in his living room.

So not likely to be drugs or “normal” people smuggling.
But this does have the hallmarks of an execution that is designed to send a message.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/iraq/9762604/Alps-murder-Truth-about-Saad-al-Hillisfamily-feud.html

“”It’s seems like a very complex crime, that will be hard to get to the bottom of,” he said, shaking his head. “But if the truth points in a way that is politically uncomfortable for someone, then we will not find out.

“That is why they will say it is a family dispute, or that it was to do with Saddam’s money. It will remain a mystery – just like the murder of JFK.””

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24476624

“He said French police shut down their investigation into the murder of the cyclist, Sylvain Mollier, too soon.

“”They are covering up for someone in France in that region and they know it.

“”Sylvain Mollier was involved in family disputes and was an outsider to [his] rich family. There is something more to it locally… most crime has local roots.”

“The French prosecutor, Eric Maillaud, has said he is sure the cyclist was there by accident and is convinced there was a feud between the brothers.

“”The police have investigated Sylvain Mollier’s family as far as they could. There is nothing to link Mollier to this murder,” he said.

“”The investigators have become convinced that Zaid tried to steal from his father, one way or another, and that there was a very serious feud between the two brothers.””

Eric Maillaud has proven himself wrong because:

    1. Mollier’s sister was in a romantic relationship with a person of interest in the case who later committed suicide after being questioned about the murders. That IS a link to the murder. Don’t tell me Eric Maillaud didn’t know about this. If he didn’t know, that’s incompetence. If he did know, his statement is a lie.

    2. “As far as they could.” What does that mean? Does it mean that the influence of Claire Schutz’s uncle, the gun-toting politician Pierre Morange, linked to Sarkozy and to a high-profile murder in his own circle of friends, is preventing further investigation?

It looks like Saad’s family knew exactly what would happen to this investigation: nothing. This is politically uncomfortable, like the murder of JFK, as his cousin said.

Michael Norton, in the case of the infamous “pig farm”, local politicians and police officers had been known to party at the place. Some say that is why it took so long for police to investigate. One local police investigator said early on that a serial killer was at work; he was fired and labelled a quack. He went on to become a university professor teaching criminal profiling. Some quack.

The terrible taint of police and politicians being caught up in organized crime and murder has never been answered. A national drama series gave hints about the story.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Da_Vinci's_Inquest

Some think the horrific story of Luka Magnotta is somehow connected to that earlier story, because of the packages he mailed.

A local story can be local, national and international all at the same time.

    Q
also the fact that Sylvain Mollier was a relative of Mr.Communal-Tournier
and one week after the Slaughter of the Horses E-Fit was released, armed persons invaded the home of the Communal-Tornier Family, shooting Nicole dead and bashing her husband.

Now I would call that a multiple link

An intriguing discussion is worth comment. There’s
no doubt that that you ought to publish more on this subject, it may not
be a taboo subject but generally folks don’t discuss these topics.
    To the next! Best wishes!!

You actually make it seem really easy along with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually
one thing that I believe I might never understand. It sort of feels
too complicated and very vast for me. I’m looking ahead for your next submit, I will try
to get the dangle of it!

THE FRENCH CONNECTION! So we are at it again – war that is. Can we never get enough of it? We intend to apply the might of our air force – well SIX planes. This is gesture politics with unforeseen and very dangerous possibilities. What if for example Syria or Russia shoots down one of our or ally’s planes? Is that what the Americans are hoping for? ISIS is SO hollywood and hyped we can’t be sure what is true and what isn’t, nor can we be sure who is pulling their strings and orchestrating events, except we do. It’s no secret that america and britain have been in jordan for at least 2 or 3 years training the very groups that caused the alleged mayhem. Even the notorious beheadings have AT LEAST been misrepresented because contrary to what is claimed, at no point show men losing their heads and have been stated to be fraudulent. But this, like 9/11 hasn’t stopped politicians claiming they did. Now Cameron in his UN speech has specifically included 9/11 and 7/7 doubters as terrorists that need to be tackled. I regard this as a very ominous threat.
Now back to the French connection, the military connection without parliamentary discussion or approval, has become the governments main plank to off set the demise of British navy. It has an important bearing on Chevaline for obvious reasons. Nor is it unrelated to Cameron’s insistence we join in this latest escapade if only to keep up with France. The American war-mongers have not forgotten it was the British vote against last year that torpedoed their intention to bomb Syria and what necessitated a years intensive propaganda to change the script to an anti- ISIS mission for humanitarian reasons, for which “barbarities” were essential. “That one always works” and blatantly, it did both for public opinion and HoC’s vote.

Chevaline has always been a microcosm of French Connection issues. Everything about it at every stage. Not only does it raise questions about what was going on, and “whodunnit” for what reasons, but more importantly how in both France AND Britain, police and justice systems cannot be relied upon to genuinely investigate crime or deliver up the guilty. In other words it is living proof of cover up and corruption that reach up to the highest level when what are regarded as national secrets or espionage are involved. We have known this instinctively for years but it is no more reassuring now than then, particularly when we know Cameron (for which read the forces behind him) intend to treat any one who challenges official lies will be treated as terrorists. This is fascism pure and simple.

So we have the Chevaline case with all its tentacles reaching up to the top of French and British society and laterally here there and everywhere and now the intriguing case of “Glenn Millar” that links into Canada and back to Britain. It is a common theme these international connections to particularly “five eye” countries and Israel isn’t it, now joined by Russia, China Ukraine and Malaysia. Why so seldom do other countries, say all powerful Germany, or the rest of the EU appear to figure? Sweden we know has been an American satellite since the 2nd WW. Germany we know effectively ran American intelligence since then. The incestuous relationship between Israel and America well known. How could the Chevaline or the present war scenario be other than conspiracy in which Britain is desperately trying to prove the special relationship and entente cordial still exists, not to mention that we are also supporters of Israel no matter how “barbarous” their behaviour. Nor it seems for some reason do we object to or need to bomb Saudi Arabia for public be-headings every Friday!

Sorry for going on, I was only intending to refer back to another strange French Connection case that linked 9/11, Britain, France, Ireland, China, top politics and an inability to get to the bottom of a 2005 suspicious death here if you want to take a look: http://inquiringminds.cc/the-curious-case-of-courtney-allan-was-it-just-another-workplace-accident-or-something-more-sinister-with-connections-to-911-or-china-tim-veater
