Not Forgetting the al-Hillis 22278

The mainstream media for the most part has moved on. But there are a few more gleanings to be had, of perhaps the most interesting comes from the Daily Mirror, which labels al-Hilli an extremist on the grounds that he was against the war in Iraq, disapproved of the behaviour of Israel and had doubts over 9/11 – which makes a great deal of the population “extremist”. But the Mirror has the only mainstream mention I can find of the possibility that Mossad carried out the killings. Given Mr al-Hilli’s profession, the fact he is a Shia, the fact he had visited Iran, and the fact that Israel heas been assassinating scientists connected to Iran’s nuclear programme, this has to be a possibility. There are of course other possibilities, but to ignore that one is ludicrous.

Which leads me to the argument of Daily Mail crime reporter, Stephen Wright, that the French police should concentrate on the idea that this was a killing by a random Alpine madman or racist bigot. Perfectly possible, of course, and the anti-Muslim killings in Marseille might be as much a precedent as Mossad killings of scientists. But why the lone madman idea should be the preferred investigation, Mr Wright does not explain. What I did find interesting from a man who has visited many crime scenes are his repeated insinuations that the French authorities are not really trying very hard to find who the killers were, for example:

the crime scene would have been sealed off for a minimum of seven to ten days, to allow detailed forensic searches for DNA, fibres, tyre marks and shoe prints to take place.
Nearby bushes and vegetation would have been searched for any discarded food and cigarette butts left by the killer, not to mention the murder weapon.
But from what I saw at the end of last week, no such searches had taken place and potentially vital evidence could have been missed. House to house inquiries in the local area had yet to be completed and police had not made specific public appeals for information about the crime. No reward had been put up for information about the shootings.
Behind the scenes, what other short cuts have been taken? Have police seized data identifying all mobile phones being used in the vicinity of the murders that day?

The idea that the French authorities – who are quite as capable as any other of solving cases – are not really trying very hard is an interesting one.

Which leads me to this part of a remarkable article from the Daily Telegraph, which if true points us back towards a hit squad and discounts the ides that there was only one gun:

Claims that only one gun was used to kill everybody is likely to be disproved by full ballistics test results which are out in October.
While the 25 spent bullet cartridges found at the scene are all of the same kind, they could in fact have come from a number of weapons of the same make.
This throws up the possibility of a well-equipped, highly-trained gang circling the car and then opening fire.
Both children were left alive by the killers, who had clinically pumped bullets into everybody else, including five into Mr Mollier.
Zainab was found staggering around outside the car by Brett Martin, a British former RAF serviceman who cycled by moments after the attack, but he saw nobody except the schoolgirl.
Her sister, Zeena, was found unscathed and hiding in the car eight hours later.
Both sisters are now back in Britain, and are believed to have been reunited at a secret location near London.

There are of course a number of hit squad options, both governmental and private, which might well involve iraqi or Iranian interests – on both of which the mainstream media have been very happy to speculate while almost unanimously ignoring Israel.

But what interests me is why the Daily Telegraph choose, in the face of all the evidence, to minimise the horrific nature of the attack by stating that “Both children were left alive by the killers”? Zainab was not left alive by design, she was shot in the chest and her skull was stove in, which presumably was a pretty serious attempt to kill a seven year-old child. The other girl might very well have succeeded in hiding from the killers under her mother’s skirts, as she hid from the first rescuers, and then for eight hours from the police.

The Telegraph article claims to be informed by sources close to the investigation. So they believe it was a group of people, and feel motivated to absolve those people from child-killing. Now what could the Daily Telegraph be thinking?

Remember the construction crew that blocked the road at Chevaline? Who was the carpenter who blocked the road? Who were the assistants? Same bunch?

  • Q

Never do a reno in the Haute Savoie or Savoie. (Alleged) killer carpenters!

Anyways, what’s up with Eric D these days? Has he returned to the area once the fuss died down?

  • michael norton

    Q
“a carpenter Doussard, aged 41, considered the real instigator of the case.
    Equipped to commit a home-jacking”

    Point one,
like nearly all the characters in this story, this “instigator” is in a similar age group
to most of the actors. Going equiped with shooters to the well connected family C-T, who live only a mile from you and who you know, this is not a robbery gone wrong, this is far more sinister.
Point two, remember the Mairie de Doussard Jean-Claude Deronzier,
who “fell” of a local cliff in October 2009,
he was also The President of Faverges and the senior majistrate of the area.
his two sons later married the two daughters of Mr. Communal-Tournier ( relative of Sylvain Mollier.

This is most likely blood feud.

Remember Eric Devouassoux and his mate, Jean Luc Falcy also both of Lathuile,

Eric Maillud said there were maybe 8 or more people who would be charged with them?

Is there any cross-over to the persons awaiting trial for the shooting of
    Nicole Communal-Tournier?

Strange that we are not hearing anything from the “Sister” of “Glenn Miller”

Many people from the Portsmouth area have been asked to say how lovely he was, this seems like an orchestrated campaign.
These people are being asked to speak up for someone they have not seen in years,
I wouldn’t mind betting it is not their Glenn Miller who has been found shot with an ice-bullet but some other “Glenn Miller”.

  • michael norton

Ask yourself this how many sixty five year old people get shot with an Ice-bullet/ice dart.
The only other one that springs to mind is a previous husband of Mrs. al Hilli
who was offed at the same time as The Slaughter of the Horses Incident but on a different continent.

    Quote Daily Mail
“Investigators believe that Mr Miller was shot dead by an intruder who may have been intent on robbing the retired expat”

    Yeah, right.

  • michael norton

Ex-Brit murdered in France had been posing as dead Chilliwack …
    Vancouver Sun (blog)-23 Sep 2014
From front to back: Howie Vickers, Glenn Miller, Claire Lawrence, … “Investigators believe that Mr. Miller was shot dead by an intruder who may .

If you go to look for the article in The Vancouver Sun,

    it has been eliminated?

    Just a thought.
    Joan of Arc
was shot through the throat with an arrow by the English.
The English ( who then controlled much of Eastern and Northern France)
probably considered she was a traitor

@Michael Norton 9:09 a.m.: Ah, yes, Faverges, where the uncle of Sylvain Mollier lives, he of the ski de piste fame (silver medal in the 1968 Latarjet Cup in Italy, an international rally CAF-CAI for ski mountaineering). Or at least I think that is the same Fernand Mollier. Does anyone care to prove this wrong?

So strange, isn’t it, that a man whose family has the mountains of the region in its DNA does not know his way to Chevaline, and requires instructions to find his way there?

So strange, isn’t it, that Eric the investigator has missed all of these familial interconnections which are so obvious? How could any investigator be this incompetent? Answer: Eric knows. Eric is lying.

Hi I am so glad I found your webpage, I really found you by mistake,
while I was researching on Bing for something else, Anyhow I am here now and would
just like to say thanks for a marvelous post and a all round thrilling blog (I
also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to look over it all at the moment but I
have saved it and also added in your RSS feeds,
so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more, Please do keep up the great jo.

  • Q

Do you think Eric M. would have driven the 13 minutes from Chevaline to Faverges? Just down the street from the Château de Faverges, with its insectarium and butterfly museum, is “mon oncle”.

    http://www.museum-faverges.com/

What a pleasant name for a street, Chemin de la Vie Pleine.

  • michael norton

Never mind Joan of Arc being shot through the throat by an arrow.

I’ve just got in from a bit of cycling, while I was out it dawned on me.
“Glenn Miller” was shot through the throat to elliminate him but as a warning.

Talkers get shot through the throat, that puts paid to any more talking.

Titanium alloy mentioned six times in US Patent No: 4,238,182. This does not sound like the work of a simple mountain man. Gilbert Mollier’s patent was cited in four subsequent patents:

    http://scholar.google.ca/scholar?bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.76247554,d.cGE&biw=1280&bih=597&dpr=1.5&um=1&ie=UTF-8&lr=&cites=12361260824653290030

If Gilbert Mollier’s patent made money for him, and if he was related to Sylvain Mollier, the family may have had financial means not known outside their immediate circle, thanks to plastic injection moulding. An inheritance coming due?

“Some think the horrific story of Luka Magnotta is somehow connected to that earlier story, because of the packages he mailed.
A local story can be local, national and international all at the same time.”

After the alleged murder/dismemberment Montreal police announced they had recovered an extra few minutes of video not uploaded to the Internet via BestGore and unseen by the public. Everybody assumed these extra minutes included the actual murder.

But recently the judge informed potential jurors there was no video of the murder. The Sun (Canada) media outlets, which were at the forefront of a baying mob, claiming Magnotta was a murderer, now sometimes call him “the dismemberer”. Luc Leclair, Magnotta’s lead lawyer, refers to “an alleged murder video”.

Some parallels to other current videos where a murder is implied but unseen. Why?

Prestwick is said to be the U.K. prefered airport for Extraordinary rendition.

    Quote Wiki
A judicial inquiry, chaired by Sir Peter Gibson was announced by the government in July 2010, but was never formally launched and was scrapped in January 2012. According to the government, this was due to ongoing criminal investigations.[146] In April 2012 the CIA and FBI won a court ruling in the USA, exempting them from releasing documentation requested by British members of parliament

  • James

Prestwick was the only place Elvis came to in the U.K.

It was a US Air Force staging post for the Trans Atlantic “hop”.
I guess to “Bangor Maine” and then onwards.

Now we “hop” from anywhere in the EU straight to the East coast.
    My, how things have changed.

Just a bit of trivia !

P.S. I thought the “CIA” were using G5’s. No doubt without the “comfort” package.
Don’t forget you’re flying the “arc”. But even Kabul to Cuba would be out of your range.

You’ll save fuel going via Scotland.
I like it that the US Govt is still concerned with “fuel saving” !!!!

  • James

    For those interest.
Kabul to Poland. Poland to Scotland. Scotland to Cuba.
That would be a route. Nice and quiet and with plenty to go at (you’ll be a heavy flight).

    Michael Norton
27 Sep, 2014 – 6:54 pm as per the younger Tsarnaev of course. He revealed the Khorasan Group in Syria … Apparently Khorasan is even worse than Isis and Isis is worse than Al Qaeda and now Al Qaeda is joining up again with ISIS or IS or whatever, And ISI is the Pakistan secret service and it is attacking the Mujahedin which of course morphed into Al Qaeda with American money and training funnelled through Pakistan which actually supports the Mujahedin/Al Qaeda because it hates the people in charge of Afghanistan, which America and Britain, after thirteen years of pointless occupation, is now abandoning to its fate and main crop supplying heroin to Europe and America, which these countries are desperately fighting, whilst turning a blind eye or actually facilitating, as per Contra scandal, to prop up 2.3 trillion of unaccounted for Pentagon money, announce only the day before 9/11 but which Holder (oh back to him!) hasn’t bothered to investigate or prosecute. Meanwhile he has successfully prosecuted Osama bin Laden’s son in law, Sulaiman abu Ghaith, who had even less to do with 9/11 than George Bush’s friend Osama who wasn’t killed when they said he was although the person who was killed was protected by the Pakistan ISI although they said they weren’t, they were, so America carried out a well publicised mission that secured Obama’s (not Osama’s) return to the Whitehouse although many of the swat team weren’t so lucky either on the day (a helicopter crashed in the compound) or subsequently (a helicopter crashed elsewhere) and locked him away for life, so that now “justice has been served” and we all feel much safer as a result. Incidentally as you all no doubt realise “9/11” is the American emergency number equivalent to our 999 and “ground zero” applied to the World Trade Centre is also the name given for the site of a nuclear explosion. All part of the whole huge confusing mess that continues. The six British planes didn’t drop their bombs because they couldn’t find any targets by the way just so you know. ha ha

Not worth to read that link. This is from an obvious psycho. This is just pointed out as an excuse for EM and the police who have to deal with such people, too.

Investigation Report on the Slaughter of Chevaline
    Brigitte Picart

    INTRODUCTION

I have conclusive evidence against any member of my family, only one set of indices rich enough I think.

    HISTORY OF MY ACTIONS

At the time of this writing in late September 2014 investigation has stalled. I learned the drama the next day, September 6, 2012, and since that shocking news the conviction took shape in me, in the space of a fortnight, that this heinous crime was committed by my two brothers at the request of my mom.

First, there was the scene of the crime: the Combe d’Ire. I had gone when I was seventeen years old, in the car with my parents and my two younger brothers and sister when we were living in Annecy-le-Vieux.

I was at the police in Annecy bit they didnt want to hear my evidence. I was travelling to the general prosecutor in Chevaline and in Paris but they didnt let me in.

    …. and so on ….

    complete BS!

A month has now gone by since the Kiev based Antonov crashed near Tamanrasset on route to Equatorial-Guinea from Prestwick
yet still no mention of the BLACK BOXES
    from Flight UKL4061

    http://www.baaa-acro.com/2014/archives/crash-of-an-antonov-an-12-in-tamanrasset-7-killed/

    The Scottish Government took ownership
of Glasgow-Prestwick Airport on Friday 22 November 2013 for £1

so we know who to address our questions about the Antonov Flight UKL4061

So some question for the U.K. authorities.

    1) is it normal that a plane leaves from a U.K. airport, crashes,
we were told with all dead, yet we show no concern?

    2) from where did the Antonov UR-DWF fly from to get to Prestwick?

    3) are the black boxes being decoded in Farnborough?

    4) where are the bodies?

    5) why no fuss from Ukraine?
