Hillary Clinton is repeating the methodology of the Iran/Contra affair, using “black” funds to finance the operation to ensure President Correa is not re-elected.
I had two excellent sources for the news that the US/UK strategy against Julian Assange was to ensure the defeat of President Correa in Presidential elections next spring, and then have him expelled from the Ecuadorean Embassy. One source was within the UK civil service and one in Washington. Both had direct, personal access to the information I described. Both told me in the knowledge I would publish it.
Of course Assange is not the only reason Clinton wants rid of Correa; but it adds spice and urgency.
We now have completely independent evidence from Chile that this CIA operation exists, from journalists who were investigating a smuggling operation involving 300 kg per month of cocaine, organised by the Chilean army and security services.
The links to US intelligence emerged after an anonymous source from the Agencia Nacional de Inteligencia (ANI) told Panoramas News that the smuggling of 300 kilos of cocaine was in fact a highly sensitive CIA/DEA operation that would help to raise money to topple the government of Ecuador. The operation is similar to the one carried out by the Agency in Central America during the Iran-Contra scandal in the 1980’s, the source said.
A few days ago I published information I had received that Patricio Mery Bell, the director of the news programme which broke the story, had been lured to a meeting with a young lady “informant” who had worked with CIA-backed anti-Cuban groups in Miami. She had then accused him of sexual assault (does any of that scenario sound familiar?) He was arrested and his materials had been confiscated. However I took the article down after jst a few minutes because I had received the information in emails from sources I did not know previously, and was unsure it could stand up. It does now appear that this is indeed true.
My Washigton informant had told me, as I published, that the funds for the anti-Correa operation were not from the CIA budget but from secret funds controlled by the Pentagon. This could not be done by CIA funds because, perhaps surprisingly, for the CIA to operate in this way is a crime in the United States.
Whether my informant knew or suspected that the “secret Pentagon funds” were drug money I do not know. They did not mention narcotics.

technicolour,
That’s last year’s “leaked” report.
Mark Golding at 1.18 pm. Count me in. The consensus is of the opinion that Occupy is that movement! What do you propose?
The rapid military response to domestic protest is worrying but the 1% must be worried to be arguing for it. In financial terms they are the ones with the most to lose.
Hmm, last time Ramattan feed got hijacked by an Israeli channel. Not totally sure what it is showing now.
technicolour,
If you missed my earlier comment it is a copy of last year’s report not the current one anyway.
I’ve been all over the net (esp the IAEA site) and can’t find anything, just as Doug said.
Anon: yes – v odd. The link actually downloaded two reports, one from last year and one from September of this year. According to Haaretz the report was officially released on Nov 8th – so why is it not on the IAEA site, one wonders.
Will go and do a bit more digging – obviously rather more complicated than it appears.
The 2011 report was released on November 8th. I think they’ve just mixed it up with the 2012 report.

@ Mary ~ “Anonymous warns Israel to lay off the internet provision.”
I have doubts about ‘Anonymous’. I suspect that they are the internet version of Al Qaeda, an invented bogey man which will be used to justify repressive measures. They will eventually be cited, along with paedophilia and terrorism, as reasons for restricting and monitoring our access to the internet.
Just a feeling, no evidence. It’s a shame that a realist has to be so suspicious these days, but if I’m wrong, and Anonymous is genuine, then they will be the first to agree that my caution was reasonable.
Thanks for the complaints link Dreolin, talking of giving people the run around, how much more complicated can you make it for people who barely have an understanding of the internet.
Re: IAEA leaks, is that their normal practise? It does not fill me with confidence in that organisation. It is not easy to detonate a nuclear weapon you have to have a very high temperature to start the fusion, it requires special capacitors. To make a missile hit the right spot also needs some sophisticated on board equipment, so the guess of six years is probably right, unless Iran has some help other than that of the US in 2000, when they were given a false blueprint in Vienna.
talk about egging them on.
Hmmmm …… Reuters live stream or Harry Fear’s …..?? Hmmm …which shall I choose ….?
……
………
the second report that the link downloaded was
GOV/2012/37
Date: 30 August 2012
the first report
GOV/2011/65
Date: 8 November 2011
Both headed
Implementation of the NPT Safeguards
Agreement and relevant provisions of
Security Council resolutions in the
Islamic Republic of Iran
GOV/2012/37 is available on the IEA site. Latest on site seems to be http://www.iaea.org/Publications/Documents/Board/2012/gov2012-50.pdf dated 13 Sept. The new report supposedly confirms that the fuel removed from the reactor was confirmed to be in the fuel pool as of an inspection in last week so must be very recent.
Pamela Geller’s nasty New York subway poster saying
“In any war between the civilised man and the savage, support the civilised man”
is being repeated on Twitter – mainly by Americans, it appears. Makes me see red.
Some people are amending it, e.g.
“Which side to support in a war between the civilised white phosphorous bomb and the savage 11-month-old baby?” and
“In any war between the civilized man and the savage Zionist pig, pray for the civilized man”
I’m shutting that search down. It’s too upsetting.
Is it – here we go again?

Palestinians held in Zionist jails launch organised protests against Zionist assault on Gaza: link
(what’s coded into that URL??)
(17/11/2012 – 12:04 PM)
GAZA, (PIC)– The governmental Information Office in Gaza said that the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails started new escalatory steps to protest the continuous brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The office stated that the captives sent a message from inside their cells on Friday evening in which they revealed that they have launched three escalatory steps inside the Israeli prisons.
The prisoners have refused to leave the prison cells for the daily stroll, for yesterday as well as today. They also refused to stand in line to be counted and refused the meals, in condemnation to the continuous Israeli occupation crimes in the Gaza Strip.
The office also quoted the prisoners as saying that the Israeli prison administration has been trying to hold negotiations with captives in order to dissuade them from these steps. However, the prisoners are determined to escalate their protests in condemnation of this brutal aggression, it added.
http://www.salem-news.com/articles/november162012/hamas-downs-f16.php
little detail on the downing of the F-16. Press TV also vague. What brought it down? The link has a paragraph on how fragile the plane is. Why? Do they want to hide something? You’d think they would milking this for sympathy.
Is it possible some heavy ordnance is in the possession of Hamas? I earlier suggested some of the 2000 Stingers missing in Libya could have migrated. an anti-tank weapon was used earlier in the week.
N__; Hunger Strike ! Non-violent, non-cooperation. That’s the ticket.
Mustapha Bourgouti of BDSM
“you can’t say Israel has the right to protect itself, if Palestinians in Gaza don’t have that right”
CNN
@Ben – people choose how they struggle, but not the circumstances in which they do. In Gaza, there’s no way that non-violence could reasonably be used as the only kind of resistance. Their backs are against the wall. Cf. the Warsaw Ghetto.
Heh; Just heard a young turk talking about 4 Israeli soldiers injured by rockets, of which there has been some 300….then he says, “Now from the Israeli side”
Not a word about the Israeli sorties and their number.
N__ I realize the exigent circumstances around Gaza, and understand your point about how Jews just stood in line to be slaughtered in WWII. I was just getting a word in.
Ben,
Harry reported a Hamas claim yesterday that they had captured the presumed pilot. A total of three Israeli military personnel were said to have been captured yesterday. No way to confirm that of course.
Anon; It is quite mysterious. Have any speculation about Hamas not wanting to spill their candy in the Lobby, by hiding their strength, just needling the Israelis with a thousand little cuts?
Trinity, the admin of GodLikeProductions is claiming that Hamas have several guided missiles pointed at Dimona nuclear facilities and that is the “surprise” they intend to launch when Israel begins the ground offensive. He claims Israel will not be able to stop the reactor taking multiple hits if they launch and Israel knows this. Israel will then use this as an excuse to start World War 3.
Of course GLP is widely said to be a front for the CIA and/or Mossad/etc so make of this what you will. Trinity then goes on to talk about the “off-world colonies” then being revealed so make of this what you will!
Harry Fear reports he is blocked from access to his Facebook account as Facebook does not believe Harry Fear is his real name. The page is still displayed but he can’t update it any more.
Karel, I really don’t think this is your sort of board, do you? What we need here are useful contributions, not occasional outbursts of personal rage.
Inteersting link, Anon. It looks like Heinz 57 varieties comment on the board, but you would think i’d already been briefed on it 🙂
Thanks John. It is an intention that passes the hat around the contributors and strength values here. Without prejudice I believe ‘Occupy’ for the most part are our own enlightened children, busy taking possession and another thread of intention.
I would hope we can build a framework behind them (as parents do) to support and offer thought and wisdom.
Pressed to think of a one word name I would call ourselves ‘Nous’ -an entity that grasps an opportunity to empower people to create their own destiny through intelligence, observation and harmony.
Anon; Trinity keeps repeating his assertion. This time he states it is Iran who supplied the guided missile. No attribution or oblique reference to sourcing. Wishful thinking from an ‘End Timer’?
If this is CIA, they are dumber than I thought. Usually they use disinformation to watch how the rumor mill picks it up and repeats. They attach a credible, or feasible source to the story.
