Israel Grants Oil Rights in Syria to Murdoch and Rothschild 89

Israel has granted oil exploration rights inside Syria, in the occupied Golan Heights, to Genie Energy. Major shareholders of Genie Energy – which also has interests in shale gas in the United States and shale oil in Israel – include Rupert Murdoch and Lord Jacob Rothschild. This from a 2010 Genie Energy press release

Claude Pupkin, CEO of Genie Oil and Gas, commented, “Genie’s success will ultimately depend, in part, on access to the expertise of the oil and gas industry and to the financial markets. Jacob Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch are extremely well regarded by and connected to leaders in these sectors. Their guidance and participation will prove invaluable.”

“I am grateful to Howard Jonas and IDT for the opportunity to invest in this important initiative,” Lord Rothschild said. “Rupert Murdoch’s extraordinary achievements speak for themselves and we are very pleased he has agreed to be our partner. Genie Energy is making good technological progress to tap the world’s substantial oil shale deposits which could transform the future prospects of Israel, the Middle East and our allies around the world.”

For Israel to seek to exploit mineral reserves in the occupied Golan Heights is plainly illegal in international law. Japan was succesfully sued by Singapore before the International Court of Justice for exploitation of Singapore’s oil resources during the second world war. The argument has been made in international law that an occupying power is entitled to opeate oil wells which were previously functioning and operated by the sovereign power, in whose position the occupying power now stands. But there is absolutely no disagreement in the authorities and case law that the drilling of new wells – let alone fracking – by an occupying power is illegal.

Israel tried to make the same move twenty years ago but was forced to back down after a strong reaction from the Syrian government, which gained diplomatic support from the United States. Israel is now seeking to take advantage of the weakened Syrian state; this move perhaps casts a new light on recent Israeli bombings in Syria.

In a rational world, the involvement of Rothschild and Murdoch in this international criminal activity would show them not to be fit and proper persons to hold major commercial interests elsewhere, and action would be taken. Naturally, nothing of the kind will happen.

“Lord Patten under fire as ‘dysfunctional’ BBC faces Savile report”

And so he bloody well should be.

Sir Savile was a pervert as was Sir Cyril Smith oh and according to the BBC web site this morning Lord Rennard. Lord McAlpine buys photos of pre pubescent little girls with no clothes on in erotic poses then sets his fancy expensive lawyers on anyone who suggests he’s a paedophile. Seems like half the aristocracy of Britain could have been in and out of Elm Guest House.

Then they put a Lord in charge of the inquiry like we’re supposed to trust the bastards. They keep on putting Lords in charge of enquiries and they keep on being whitewash after whitewash yet they keep on expecting us to trust the cover the establishment’s arse bastards.

“it might be because Icke is generally considered to be so off-the-wall as not to be worth suing”

Don’t follow the logic. Icke’s got a bob or two I’d imagine, which is the main thing. If he’s as off the wall as you suggest then they’d run rings round him in court.

David Icke may have hit upon a genius way of getting his ‘message’ out while retaining his life and liberty. For example, when he highlights the royal family’s criminal excesses, devious dealings or blatant nastiness, most of which is totally believable, he usually likes to mention at the same time that they are all reptilian illuminati from the planet Nibiru.

Imagine how ridiculous it would look if one of his targets were to take legal recourse. The same goes for state sponsored accidents, why knock-off someone who is so patently mad and has next to zero public credibility. Killing him would only draw attention to his message.

In the meantime he is able to disseminate a lot of valid information regarding many areas of the bubble reality created by those who control the soon to be scrapped fiat money system. The trick with Icke is to understand the the extremely ridiculous stuff may be there as a shield.

The other alternative is that he is a plant who’s purpose is to conflate reality with fantasy, thereby rendering reality unbelievable to the average schmuck.

Some thoughts on the Birmingham planning-of-terror story…

Case 1: Mohammed Atta, the alleged leader of the 911 attacks, was a regular visitor to a casino ship owned by ‘crooked lobbyist’, Zionist Jack Abramoff.

Did he win lots of money on the roulette wheel? Or did he just throw it all away? Whatever, he must have been pleased he didn’t have to live under sharia law. Ever get the feeling that something doesn’t quite hang together?

Case 2: Anders Breivik, the, er, Christian-conservative ‘Knight Templar’ who murdered 88 people in Norway (and if anyone suspects he didn’t have mental problems, please read his manifesto) made lots of money gambling on financial markets.

What broker did he use, I wonder?

Case 3: Marc Dutroux, the Belgian paedophile murderer who worked with a number of extremely influential individuals who have not been convicted or tried, has made lots of money during his time in prison, gambling on the stock market.

What broker did he use, I wonder?

OK some of this is below-the-line advertising, similar to the way whisky labels or snack bars get mentioned in articles about Carlos Sanchez (‘Jackal’) or Saddam Hussein; and similar to the way Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Google get mentioned in most big news stories nowadays. ‘Get rich quick’!

But that doesn’t seem to be the whole of it, because the above-mentioned activities provide very effective channels for getting money to people.

Afterwards you can instruct the media to say that the people weren’t funded at all – they were just really clever at speculation, or Madame Fortune shone on them, or both.

    Like yeah, right.

Never mind that in the real world, it’s extremely difficult to make lots of money fast, if you haven’t got lots of money to start with. Ask Nick Leeson.

And now we hear that those men in Birmingham, convicted of planning a terror attack to dwarf 911 (by doing things like, er, attaching blades to their car and mowing people down, and mixing poison – what poison? – with handcream and putting it onto 1000 car door handles) tried to get money from loansharks as a ‘payday loan’.

    Did they, now?

    Interesting!

When I first heard that, I wondered whether the loansharks may have been Wonga, the vile company set up by two Israelis, which offers loans at a 4000% interest rate, and which had its knuckles lightly rapped with a feather duster for threatening its debtors and telling lies.

    That’d be interesting, I thought.

But the loanshark company involved was apparently (click on the above link to the Guardian article) called Yes Loans, who heroically turned the application down.

    Hmmmmmmm…

That’s the same company that was shut down by the Office of Fair Trading in 2012, for lying, cheating, and threatening.

So they refused this particular loan application, did they? Whereas pretty much anyone else who is traceable can borrow as much as they want from loansharks. That’s what loansharks do. Except in this case, right?

    What a coincidence.

Foreign-exchange trading efforts are also said to have come to nothing in this case.

British soldiers will be familiar with the term ‘walt’. Then again, Anders Breivik is a ‘walt’, but 88 people got killed. Useful walt.

    Panning out…

…obviously some individuals and groups are led to believe they’re about to conduct a large operation, and then either wound down (one way or another, perhaps by being dropped in doo-doo), or given something much smaller to do. All serious agent handlers are trained in assessing influenceability, gullibility, and motivation. The main goal of the controllers may be something very different from planning the sort of operation the individuals are told to think about or ‘plan’ – it may be gaining intelligence about money flows, for example, or placing an agent in something more important, or preparing ways to carry out bigger operations later, using other agents.

I’m not even particularly talking about this case.

Just remember these things: loansharks and terror attacksfinancial gambling and terror attacks…effective ways of getting money to people.

One of the directors of Yes Loans was Melfyn Roberts (see also here). Have a look at this piece by Tony Hetherington in the ‘Daily Mail’: Disgraced boss of claims firm surfaces again.

More stealing of resources then and Murdoch right in it, is that man infallible, who’s is going to get rid of these tax dodging urchins defrauding our society and system.

At what time will it become acceptable to retaliate some more and in kind, up the sanctions and boycotts on Israel, imposed by global disinvestment. Are Israeli assets abroad fair game?

What should our proportional responses to such stealing be? what of the gas fields off shore, one next to the Lebanese border and one clearly within Gaza’s territorial waters, already being test drilled?

How is it possible that the UN does not interfere in such deals, when it clearly is a breach of agreed statutes?

    That’s my take on it.

He does actually get a lot of things right in amongst, but nobody believes it, because he said it.

About the worst thing that can happen if you are trying to bring awareness of an issue to the general public is for it to be on David Ike’s web site. Suddenly you are wearing a tin foil hat. Doesn’t matter how objective you are, doesn’t matter how many provable facts you have as evidence, if it has Ike’s name associated with it nobody wants to listen.

With Icke you have got to go back to 1989-90, when part of the British media was used to talk up the Green Party in the 1989 EU election as preparation for doing it in the next UK general election. The aim was partly to keep the percentage of people who voted above a completely derisory level, but mainly it was to reduce the Labour vote and keep the Tories in office, as was also the aim when other parties were talked up in 1974 (Scottish and Welsh nationalists) and 1983 (the SDP and Liberals). In the 1989 EU vote, the Greens ended up getting 15%. That was the highest vote of any Green party in the EU, whereas before that time the British Greens had been less popular than any of their counterparts. Which shows you what amount of power over people’s actions is wielded through the media, and also why no powerful elite ever got scared by a general election. If memory serves, one of the Murdoch newspapers (‘Today’?) actively encouraged people to vote Green.

Anyway, Icke was one of the leaders of the Green Party, and his public profile was possibly bigger than that of the other leaders, given his recognisability as a former sports commentator on the telly. He was moving towards a position of being the first Green MP in the House of Commons. His constituency would have been the Isle of Wight.

But the problem was…as well as coming from people who otherwise might not have voted, the Green votes also came from a lot of young bourgeois, especially in the south of England, who otherwise would have voted Tory. Whoops! They were taking votes from the Tories, not from Labour! That wasn’t in the game plan! So the whole ‘build up the Green party’ plan was shelved.

Icke was very probably slipped enough LSD to send him round the bend… I imagine he is easy to manipulate, and I have heard people who have watched his act closely call him a ‘moron’.

  • nevermind

David Icke and Sarah Parkin thought that they could install themselves as perpetual leaders, they felt that they were ‘the respectable face’ of the Green Party.

Both were top down characters who did not feel able to work with regional representatives on the GPRC.

I was a member of that party for 34 years, wrote some of their transport/housing policy and a close observer of what went on during that period.

The 15% under a PR system would have landed the Green Party with 11 MEP’s then, but it was not until 1999 before the first Green MEP’s got elected, a proponent for the Green 2000 stifler’s, who sabotaged the Green Party’s evolution and who turned up at Conference with a few hundred London proxy votes to divert Conference.

The book of that time does not deserve to be written anymore, the Greens are no different from other parties and their stance, their moral high horse, is nauseating at times.

  • N_

A party comes from almost nowhere, gets support in one of the Murdoch newspapers, wins 15% of the popular vote, and then in the next nationwide vote, the general election 3 years later, gets 0.5%? I think the story does deserve to be written.

1987: general election: Greens get 0.3%
1989: EU election: big media coverage ensures Greens get 15%
1991: David Icke announces he’s the Son of God
1992: general election: Greens get 0.5%

There are other places where parties or candidates have come from almost nowhere…including in countries with developed pluralist political spectacles, such as Israel (various), Russia (Zhirinovsky), France (Coluche), Australia (Pauleen Hanson), and as mentioned, Scotland in 1974 (SNP, an outfit that was employed in 1979 to bring down the Labour government). Meanwhile the Freedom Party of Austria was funded through the Social Democrats. No political party should be judged by what it says.

Party politics is all corrupt, all fake, all to do with propaganda and mind control – as too is the not directly parliamentary part of the media political opinion spectacle.

    Galloway: I don’t recognize Israel
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=n-qV6IJm_F4#!

    Published on 22 Feb 2013

British MP George Galloway has walked out of a debate at Oxford University upon finding out that his opposite side is an Israeli.

According to Thursday reports, Galloway immediately left the discussion session at the university’s Christ Church College, after Eylon Aslan-Levy, accidentally revealed his Israeli origins.

The British lawmaker was arguing that the Israeli regime should immediately withdraw from the occupied West Bank when Aslan-Levy used the word “we” to describe Israel’s stance on the issue.

“You said ‘we’,” said Galloway. “Are you an Israeli?” “I am, yes,” Aslan-Levy replied.

Galloway then said, “I don’t debate with Israelis. I have been misled, sorry,” reiterating as he walked out that, “I don’t recognize Israel and I don’t debate with Israelis.”

“I never debate with Israelis nor speak to their media. If they want to speak about Palestine – the address is the PLO [Palestine Liberation Organization],” Galloway later said on his Facebook page.

He also stated the Christ Church College had never informed him that the debate would be with an Israeli.

During Pakistan’s Karachi Literature Festival on February 18, Galloway called on the West to “stop supporting the crimes of Israel against the Palestinians.”

“As long as Western countries are giving Israel money for weapons, inventing one law for Israel and another for others, how can you expect Muslims to look with equanimity towards a crime of such importance in such a place?” the British MP asked.

Jusr a simple yes or no will do.

No sly, cowardly little allsuions (eg, mentioning Ovenden).

But I’m sure you won’t have the guts to give a simple answer. You’re the commenter who likes to use four letter words when you run out of arguments. Well, here’s one for you : you are scum. Of the gutless variety.

Get it into your tiny brain you do not give the orders. I reply to what I want to reply to and I say what I want to say not what some blollock brained moron tells me to say.

Did it sink in yet? You are not in control you only think you are.

Now go fuck yourself shit for brains.

  • Habbabkuk (La vita è bella!)

@ Fred : you can’t slide out of this by turning it into an argument about “control”.

At the time, you posted sly, allusive remarks about Mc Alpine being a paedophile.

You’ve now come up with the same type of remark.

But when challenged, you refuse to say whether you’re calling him a paedophile or not.

So I ask you again : are you claiming tat McAlpine is a paedophile? If you are, then have the guts to say so. Don’t be afraid, I’m sure he won’t think you’re worth going after. If you aren’t, then you might consider apologising here on this blog to both McAlpine for the sly innuendo and to me for your crass insults. And make that donation to Children in Need if you can afford it.

  • Fred

@ Fred : you can’t slide out of this by turning it into an argument about “control”.

I’ve made my position clear. I say that people who look at pictures of little girls with no clothes on are paedophiles whether the pictures cost thousands of pounds and are labelled “art” by the pervert establishment or not.

Now maybe you could tell us why you are so desperate to defend such people.

  • Habbabkuk (La vita è bella!)

    @ Fred :

Thank you for that answer. So if I understand you properly, and using your words : anyone who looks at pictures and photos like those by Graham Ovenden is, in your book, a paedophile. It is on this basis that you consider Lord McAlpine to be a paedophile, because he owns such pictures.

As a further thought, based on the above : you presumably believe that the art galleries which show Ovenden pictures and photos are run by paedophiles, and the visitors of such galleries, if they look at those pictures, are also paedophiles. As are those who might owe a book by Ovenden.

Well, that’s one test for a paedophile, I suppose. And posts like yours are one test for a real nutter (clue : “..the pervert establishment..”. Do you also see little green men climbing up your bedroom walls?)

  • Fred

“Thank you for that answer. So if I understand you properly, and using your words : anyone who looks at pictures and photos like those by Graham Ovenden is, in your book, a paedophile. ”

Those were not my words you desptcable little shit.

You really are desperate to defend people who “look at pictures of little girls with no clothes on”, my words, aren’t you?

    You still haven’t said why.

  • Bryan Hemming

Think this thread has been hijacked, Craig. Such a shame. It´s happening everywhere. Sort of a self-defeating hasbara type operation.

You do a tremendous job, putting yourself at real risk, while others use your site under pseudonyms to vent their spleen. So much so I had to scroll up to remember what the theme was about.

Murdoch is probably one of the most vicious media moguls the world has ever seen. For years I have been saying that anyone who changes nationality in order to own a newspaper – as he did – is obviously not fit to own a newspaper. As a power – however undemocratic and distasteful it can be – the fourth estate owes allegiance to either the state, or the people. It is quite obvious Murdoch shows contempt towards both everywhere he operates.

Nobody should be allowed to control anything so powerful as a media outlet in more than one country, simply because of the opportunity it presents to undermine democracy in favour of economic advantage. This is one case where I can say: if it´s good enough for the US of A it’s good enough for the rest of the world.

  • Habbabkuk (La vita è bella!)

Fred : are you drunk this early in the day, or forgetful, or just plain stupid?

“Those were not my words..” you whine.

So let’s quote you verbatim :

1/. “I say that people who look at pictures of little girls with no clothes on are paedophiles……” (your comment at 10h51 today)

    and

2/. “Lord McAlpine buys photos of pre pubescent little girls with no cmothes on…” (your comment at 09h14 today)

    and

3/. “”Is that the same Lord McAlpine that owned a collection of works by Graham Ovenden?” (your comment at 22h17 on 21 Feb.)

So you are saying clearly that Lord McAlpine is a paedophile, aren’t you.

    *********

Make your donation to Children in Need and thank God you’re too small for McAlpine to deal with. And do us all a favour and get off this blog, to which you add nothing and whose good reputation you just sully.

  • Fred

    Habbabkuk

You still haven’t said why you are so desperate to defend people who like looking at pictures of little girls with no clothes on.

  • Habbabkuk (La vita è bella)

I’m desperate to defend anyone against being unjustly accused of anything. Especially in the sly and cowardly way you specialise in. But I did flush you out in the end, I’m happy to say : I got you to give your definition of a paedophile and I got you to confirm that you think Lord McAlpine is a paedophile.

There’s your answer, my dear No Trousers Fred.

  • Fred

“I’m desperate to defend anyone against being unjustly accused of anything. Especially in the sly and cowardly way you specialise in. But I did flush you out in the end, I’m happy to say : I got you to give your definition of a paedophile and I got you to confirm that you think Lord McAlpine is a paedophile.”

Still suffering from delusions, you don’t get me to do anything, didn’t I explain that to you sunshine?

So having established that Lord McAlpine bought exotic pictures of little girls we just need to establish why you are so desperate to defend him.

  • Habbabkuk (La vita è bella!)

@ Fred : I wonder if you’ve ever let your eyes flicker towards the top shelf of the magazine section in W.H. Smith? Perhaps even invested in one of those mags?

    I’m sure you have.

Now do you see how silly your “argument” is?

Young man fighting for his life following settler attack into Qusra

Posted on: February 23, 2013 International Solidarity Movement, Qusra, Occupied Palestine

Following a violent incursion by Israeli fundamentalist settlers into Qusra, two people have been hospitalized with serious injuries. Around 15 settlers from Esh Kodesh (Holy Fire) and Shilo entered Qusra, the clashes that ensued left many people injured, including a sixteen year old boy who is currently in surgery and may lose his left eye as well as a 26 year old man fighting for his life after being shot in the chest, by an Israeli settler.

At around 11am this morning settlers began attacking the village of Qusra. Armed with rifles, they attacked homes on the outskirts of Qusra, throwing stones they broke windows. The youths of the village attempted to defend their homes. In the clashes that ensued Helmi Abdul Azeez Hassan was shot by a settler, the bullet narrowly missed his heart.
