Disappearing Aircraft 5653

I had fairly well concluded that the most likely cause was a fire disrupting the electrical and control systems, when CNN now say the sharp left turn was pre-programmed 12 minutes before sign off from Malaysian Air Traffic control, which was followed fairly quickly by that left turn.

CNN claim to have this from an US official, from data sent back before the reporting systems went off.  It is hard to know what to make of it: obviously there are large economic interests that much prefer blame to lie with the pilots rather than the aircraft.  But if it is true then the move was not a response to an emergency.  (CNN went on to say the pilot could have programmed in the course change as a contingency in case of an emergency.  That made no sense to me at all – does it to anyone else?)

I still find it extremely unlikely that the plane landed or crashed on land  I cannot believe it could evade military detection as it flew over a highly militarized region.  Somewhere there is debris on the ocean.  There have been previous pilot suicides that took the plane with them; but the long detour first seems very strange and I do not believe is precedented.  However if the CNN information on pre-programming is correct, and given it was the co-pilot who signed off to air traffic control, it is hard to look beyond the pilots as those responsible for whatever did happen.  In fact, on consideration, the most improbable thing is that information CNN are reporting from the US official.

“Bluebird, you said you had confirmation of Sarah Bajc being a member of Chabad? … One thing that came to mind is that many Chabadnicks are employed as kind of missionaries…”

Did you pick up on the fact that Wood’s family are devout Christians and he was a mission worker?

“WATCH: Mother of Oklahoma Christian University Graduate and Mission Worker, Philip Wood, Loses Son in Malaysia Airlines Plane Crash; says ‘It’s Devastating, but, I Know that He is With God and I Plan to Be There with him…’”
    http://www.blackchristiannews.com/2014/03/watch-mother-of-oklahoma-christian-university-graduate-and-mission-worker-philip-wood-loses-son-in-malaysia-airlines-plane-crash-says-its-devastating-but-i-know-that-he-is-with-god-and-i-pla/

Oklahoma Christian University is in Oklahoma City, which is the world nexus of Evangelical Christianity. Aside from Evangelicals in general supporting Israel, there are many unusual alliances, such as Jews for Jesus and others.

“As for Wood, yes, it is strange that IBM did not issue a statement of any kind on his behalf. In fact, it’s kind of wrong, especially for an executive.”

The only reference I could find to him working for IBM was his own LinkedIn listing, which is taken by the MSM as fact. Perhaps he was a contractor for IBM and exaggerated his position slightly.

So what if one of the culprits, especially the USA, dropped dying black boxes into the sea where they want the unexplained mystery to end up?

Would certainly explain why Washington and Canberra only got their act together after four weeks.

@NR: The commercial drones used for seaweed mapping and coastal erosion monitoring can reach “extreme heights”, but they must stay under 400 feet to be out of the way of civil aviation. I wonder how high they can fly, and how long their batteries last. Military drones use batteries that provide silent flight and work on GPS map grids. It almost makes you wonder why these versatile flyers could accomplish in search and rescue missions, etc. Especially etc.

Q “Foreshadowing things to come ?”

    I hardly think that.
What happened to Malaysian 370 happened at Cruise (FL350)
Whereas Asiana 214 was on Final Approach.
    Big difference.

Boeing will point to their T7 record. They may later of course “update” the A/T response. But it comes down to “missed approach”. That was called. And should have been called earlier.

As for MAS 370 and the Montreal Convention. It’s going to take some sorting out.
Where were the pax going ? Where did they buy their tickets ? Where were they domiciled ? All matter.

As does “cause”. Terrorism and Hijack are “recognised these days. Were there measures in place to safe guard the pax and were they undertaken to a standard acceptable.

However not withstanding those “tasters”, the matters get more complex.

Add to that, MAS are likely to “defend” (or restrict in line with the MC), that’ll be 200 plus cases (in various jurisdictions) it will have to contend with.

The “Legals” will have begun their strategies long before the “Tin Kickers” even find some tin to kick.

On a “good day” that’s already 40 million dollars in compensation.
WITHOUT legal fees, fines, cost of search (that’ll be a biggy), cost of recovery (that’ll be an even bigger biggy).

So 80 million ? 100 million ? Could be more.

As an aside. Where did those engineers work ? The U.S. ? Domiciled ?
Well keep the clock running on 100 million then….
I guess MAS will be either trying to “join in” other parties…or they are going to want to accept “limited liability for accepted guilt” (which is the MC).
Outside of that (the MC) it’s going to “more than hurt”.

NR; bouncing off that link, an appropriate question.

“• Field McConnell, in Comments: 1) Are Malaysian Airline pilots trained regarding the BUAP and protocols to follow in event it is triggered [ answer, no ] 2) Please show training records of requalification of both the captain and the co-pilot during their last SVT ( single visit training ) [ answer, we can’t ]”

  • Ben-Scot NON-collaborator

    Absent tangible evidence, this seems plausible;

“It seems implausible that the plane can’t be tracked. The government and military have satellites that can read the cover of a newspaper from space, people can be tracked very accurately by triangulating their mobile phone position. Yet somehow a transponder that is on a plane to give its location can be turned off.

Honestly I really don’t believe the cover story.

I am sure that there are satellites up there that are capable of tracking all planes. There is even a program on the internet called Flight Radar where any of us can track the position of any commercial fright.
Yet somehow the owners of the plane, the governments, military etc cant say which way it went.
    Pull the other one.

Are we sure that the real Paul Weeks had been presented to the media? Are we sure that the to the media presented paul weeks does really exist or if he was just a fake character?

There is another Paul Weeks who looks to be pretty interesting:

    Thanks for that link. Interesting.
Your question: yes, i am sure about Bajc.

This is Philip D Wood’s ex wife. Actually she was his third wife. Sarah Bajc would have become his fourth wife. I can confirm that Philip D Wood does exist for real in the database files.

Regarding rings: In a few pics of Wood he’s wearing a plain band on the ring finger of the left hand. In another pic it’s a plain band (same one?) on the little finger of the left hand. No idea of the dates. Does it mean anything?

Last time I questioned rings, it was about men wearing a plain band on the 1st finger (next to the thumb) of the right hand. Consensus was it either signified they were asexual or pretending to be Lord Sauron.

“PEREIRA: Also today, a senior Malaysian government source tells CNN the plane’s radar track shows that it skirted Indonesia on its path toward the Indian Ocean, taking a route that to some suggests an intent to avoid radar detections.”

“JEFF WISE, CNN AVIATION ANALYST: The big question for me, hearing this new information is, what is the source of it? Because if it, indeed, was far enough out to sea that it did avoid Indonesian radar, what then is the reason that we know this track was, in fact, the one it took?”

“SCHIAVO: It puts boatloads of questions in my mind and here’s why. The Indonesian press – now, granted, I had to read it through Google translations – but the Indonesian press is full of reports of how bad Indonesian radar really was. They said that 70 percent of the units are damaged. The military radar is so bad it only operates half the time, not 24 hours a day, but 12 hours a day. Civilian radar can’t pick anything up with the transponder off, and they have new radar on order, but they’re just starting to take deliveries in 2014, and it won’t be finished for another decade.”

“In other words, Indonesia has been under tremendous criticism for the lack of radar coverage. I think it sounds like creating a nifty story to explain why they didn’t get any radar sightings because they’re not likely to. They said that 40 percent of the radar units in Indonesia are damaged and don’t work because they’re so old. And it’s not picking on Indonesia; it’s just a fact of life, things get broken. The United States’ primary radar units are damaged and broken and old.”

“So I’m very suspicious. It sounds like a lot of CYA, and I want to see facts before I say, oh yes, it skirted the radar that’s largely nonexistent.”

“BERMAN: … if Flight 370 was trying to avoid radar and intentionally flew around Indonesia, which is what some people are saying now, where in the world could the missing flight have been headed?”
    http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1404/07/ath.01.html

Which was contradicted (or not) by this:
    http://www.themalaymailonline.com/malaysia/article/untrue-that-mh370-avoided-indonesian-radar-hishammuddin-says

As was the case with Chevaline the media has a disinterest in following up on contradictions.

Nothing explains how, if the plane detoured in a large loop to avoid Indonesia, it’s track “just happened” to coincide exactly with the Inmarsat track which was announced much earlier. At best it would have burned more fuel and come down earlier.

@Bluebird, 12:16 am: I posted that link the other day because it seems very curious that two mechanical engineers, one a former soldier, and the other a Boeing employee, would have the same name. One goes missing. The other works in a specific area that might have been useful after MH370 had its wing tip damaged in 2012.

    http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/2014/03/09/malaysia-jet-was-damaged-2012

“It was repaired by Boeing and cleared by Boeing and was approved by various authorities. It was safe to fly.”

Ironically, the wing tip was damaged in August 2012, the same month the doppelganger earned his qualification.

“The theory of a possible bombing came from a leading Australian aviation analyst and chariman of Strategic Aviation Solutions, Neil Hansford — who described the Boeing 777 as the most successful and toughest twin-aisled intercontinental aircraft ever made.

“The loss of this aircraft has not got anything to do with Mr Boeing,” Mr Hansford said. “It’s either one of three scenarios — an explosion on board; a collision with military aircraft or; a ‘Silkair situation’.” The last refers to Silkair flight 185 from Jakarta to Singapore that disappeared from radar screens over Sumatra in December 1997 with 104 aboard.”

I do not know if the person quoted has changed his mind.

If it is where they think it is then…taking William Hamilton’s facial hair removal implement

    A. It’s not a bombing.
    B. It’s not a fire.
    C. It’s unlikely to be a catastrophic system or hull failure.

    That leaves “Murder/Suicide” or “Hijack”.

Steve Bajc seems to be a “jack of all trades”

Interestingly his current position as a Finance Director of Western Academy Beijing as listed in zoominfo is not listed in linkedin.
But there on linkedin he is working in “Computer Software”.
Previously back home in the USA he was a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

I cannot help but his profile looks to be setup as it is the profile of Sarah Bajc. Something is fishy and totally wrong here.

About their wedding date: i dont know that date. I just did present the first available record of their marriage and that was 1995. There is no record of any marriage date inside the USA. They must have had their wedding somewhere else. Israel? However we know that they were already married in 1995. However, they could have been married much earlier.

    Morning NR.

I’d say a plain gold band worn on the little finger of the right hand is from an earlier marriage, but changing a wedding ring from ring finger to little finger on the same hand can only work with a time lapse……..long enough to gain weight for the ring to fit the little finger.

I hear this morning we have …Pings…. again.

    More about Bajc and Wood

    Facebook page of Sarah Bajc:
    http://www.facebook.com/sarah.bajc

The contents started on March 9th. Before there was just one entry from 2012. Nothing else. However, she said that facebook is locked in china and that she can use it only when she’s outside china.

Currently she’s writing a daily letter to Philip Wood on her fb site.
Her mother is definitely a mormon from Utah. No significant jewish links in her family. Must be from her father’s side.

    http://www.facebook.com/philip.wood.547727
There’s not much information except that philip wood went to Munich International school.

    Steve Bajc
Currently in a relationship with a young Chinese girl Lina Li. Lina Li worked at the Western Academy in Beijing, too. Due to facebook they are in a relationship since 2010.
Lina Li is pregnant and due to her photos she was already highly pregnant in the end of 2013.
On January 27th 2014 Steve Bajc proposed Lina Li marriage on a stage in a public show (fb pictures).
Steve Bajc is not Jewish. He went to a Jesuit school as a kid.
His sister went to ELMS girl school (another christian link).

Sarah Bajc was on CNN yet again. Didn’t pay attention to what she said, but immediately following, CNN felt behooved to do a short special segment debunking Diego Garcia conspiracy theories which are spreading.

CNN played again the White House denial that it was there, and said the plane didn’t have enough fuel, but the best part was that it couldn’t have landed there because no one is allowed on the island without permission. Missing the whole point of the conspiracy, which is that the US grabbed it by one means or another.

They deplored people who spread such nonsense and refuse to believe the official version of events. Soon they’ll be making fun of MH370 Troofers.

Interesting link Ben, it shows there must be a massive cover up.
All this equipment ,billions spent globally on surveillance & they want us to believe no one saw this plane. It beggars belief.
What I cannot understand is why ?

Giving the powers that be some benefit of doubt….is there something here that could cause mass panic so we must be protected ?

Or is it just a power game being played out ?

  • bluebird

It had more than enough fuel for DG, otherwise they would not search in that area where they are searching now. I dont support the DG theory for various reasons, but the plane had enough fuel for going there.

There is a big conspiracy by several governments going on in that case. Everything we are hearing is full of lies and pretty strange.

  • katie

    BB.

If you don’t go along with the DG theory, what do you think this is all about, why have 239 passengers been involved in this ‘game’ ?

Off Topic — There was an “event” around 2 April that caused the Russian GPS system to be unusable for 12 hours. Much speculation if it was a cyber-attack related to the Ukraine, or a botched software update.

First article highlights how vulnerable everything is to GPS. It’s a promotional piece by a company that makes an equivalent system using ground-based transmitters.
