Mind-Boggling 50

When I watch the news I flick from channel to channel.  At the moment, if you asked me which channel comes closest to an ideal of good quality and unbiased journalism, I would probably say none, but the best is France24.  It is always fascinating to compare and contrast all the different viewpoints and techniques of news management.

I normally hover very briefly on Fox.  But just now Fox were running an item on a New York bar that has banned weapons – which the Fox commentators thought outrageous.  First they opined gleefully that the bar would get shot up in consequence.  Then one of them said “Most mass shootings actually occur in weapons free zones like schools.” They all happily concurred that schools would be safer if firearms were allowed in.

““Vatican defends Palestinian sovereignty ahead of papal visit”

Yes Mary but that means the Vatican recognising Israel as a Jewish state run by Jews for the benefit of Jews; ”

Three comments of yours today are entirely off-topic, with two of them referring to the Mavi Marmara episode, and, therefore to Israel/Palestine.

I must therefore again advise readers of those comments that you are someone who has, on this blog, said that Israel has no right to exist; and that you are also a Jew-hater.

Just days before the Pope’s visit, the Israeli army destroyed between 1,500 and 2,000 fruit trees at the Tent of Nations – the Nassar family farm located south of Bethlehem. We stand in solidarity with Daoud Nassar and his family. Click here to learn more and take action.

So Israel was trying to bribe its way out of being draggged in front of an international court for its murderous thuggery? not a surprise.

BDS BDS BDS until the pips squeak, may our houses become baegel and matzon nomansland.
So what are the zionist Apartheid sup[porters saying about the intended annexation of the West bank? Is that a new way of making piss, or how do they write peace in Israel, or is it just another flagrantly illegal step to steal land, against accepted UN specified borders.

Should this behaviour now accelerate the return of the occupied Golan Heights to Syria? as Israel has so obviouisly no intent on negotiating a return. This step has made the annexation of the Golan a fact.

Since Israel is flouting UN decisions it can’t possibly have any complaints should Syria help itself to its land, ideally with the protection of the UN. The world can’t possibly let this Apartheid outrage carry on.

Three people dead and one injured. Who did it and for what reason? It certainly won’t help the Palestinian cause as there will be the usual retribution.

Had forgotten about this from 2007

Prince Charles thrust into row over Israel

Prince Charles has been thrust into a row over the Royal Family’s attitude towards Israel
Prince Charles went to the funeral of assassinated PM Yitzhak Rabin in 1995
    By Richard Holt

    16 Nov 2007

Leaked emails between senior staff Clarence House have put Prince Charles at the centre of a row about the Royal Family’s attitude towards Israel.

Exchanges between Sir Michael Peat, the Prince’s principal secretary, and Clive Alderton, Sir Michael’s deputy, contained apparently disparaging remarks about the Jewish state.

Earlier this year the Israeli embassy invited the two senior aides to Israel for a four-day visit as guests of the Knesset, the Israeli parliament.

Sir Michael initially replied enthusiastically, saying: “The invitation is hugely appreciated and Clive and I would love to come.”

Peat left the royal employ. £250k pa from the royal purse, eg our taxes in 2011. Charles and Fawcett stuff within.
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1350259/Prince-Charless-wedding-day-bungler-Sir-Michael-Peat-quits.html

It gets even funnier in 2013.
Mystery surrounds the identity of the lenders who paid as much as £2.7 million to get Sir Michael Peat’s new stockbroking firm, M C Peat & Co, up and running. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/10084685/Mystery-over-Sir-Michael-Peats-pals-in-the-Virgin-Islands.html

It’s called keeping it in the (Royal) family.

America has world’s highest murder cases as result of family feud, fight over girl-friend, robberies and police shooting Blacks for fun.

Organized Jewry in America is the top campaigner against gun possession.

So, why organized Jewry support gun control? The best answer I have come across, is from the welknown White House convict, Elliott Abrams. He acknowledged in his book ‘Faith or Fear: How Jews can survive in Christian America’ – that the mainstream Jewish community in America clings to what is at bottom – a dark vision of America, as a land permeated with antisemitism and always on the verge of antisemtic outbursts. Abrams also admits that due this dark vision, Jews have taken the lead to secularize United States. Jewish groups have played a major role in anti-Church campaign and subvert Christmas.

Rehmat, this is what murdered ex-cop Christopher Dorner had to say about LA cops killing people and attending fatal crime scenes.

“Citizens/non-combatants, do not render medical aid to downed officers/enemy combatants. They would not do the same for you. They will let you bleed out just so they can brag to other officers that they had a 187 caper the other day and can’t wait to accrue the overtime in future court subpoenas. As they always say, “that’s the paramedics job…not mine”. Let the balance of loss of life take place. Sometimes a reset needs to occur.”

“Don’t honor these fallen officers/dirtbags. When your family members die, they just see you as extra overtime at a crime scene and at a perimeter. Why would you value their lives when they clearly don’t value yours or your family members lives? I’ve heard many officers who state they see dead victims as ATV’s, Waverunners, RV’s and new clothes for their kids. Why would you shed a tear for them when they in return crack a smile for your loss because of the impending extra money they will receive in their next paycheck for sitting at your loved ones crime scene of 6 hours because of the overtime they will accrue.”

“They take photos of your loved ones recently deceased bodies with their cellphones and play a game of who has the most graphic dead body of the night with officers from other divisions. This isn’t just the 20 something year old officers, this is the 50 year old officers with significant time on the job as well who participate.”

In August 2013, US District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin slammed the New York Police Department (NYPD) for its controversial ‘stop-and-frisk’ program. She called it “uncostitutional” and “policy of indirect racial profiling” that led officers to routinely stop “blacks and Hispanics who would not have been stopped if they were white.”

New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, an Israel-Firster and favorite of New York Mayor Michael Rubens Bloomberg (Jewish), defended the ‘stop-and-frisk’ program during an appearance on NBC’s Meet the Press Sunday morning. Kelly claimed that more New Yorkers would have died without the program in place.

    Tony M,11.11am,

    What a bitter post.

And far more pretentious than those you are attacking.

You must drink in The Chip.

    Or have one.

  • Tony M

Jives, nowhere have I said I wasn’t saddened by the event, damage to any of Glasgow’s few remaining architectural marvels and with this, loss of irreplaceable contents too, is hugely regretted. At the end of the day though, it is just stuff lost, thankfully, future landfill, like us, like everything; nothing is above a bit of a sending up and art-school pretentiousness and other-worldliness particularly so. I was hoping someone would rejoinder with a sound rebuttal, details of what took place and how it got out of control and spread so fast, of the School’s and its student’s achievements, pointing out anything and everything I might have overlooked and filling in details which might change my opinion and offer hope that unlike much of higher education since the early-90s, there is still an emphasis on quality and not quantity. At the end of the day Mackintosh’s primary influence was Stonehenge, and there is much mileage yet in the humble rectangle.

  • Parky

@ TonyM I did giggle at your earlier post, many a truer word said in jest…

Looking at those DM pictures earlier though and the fireman merely pissing at the fire with their puny hoses, I though how more effective they would be with one of those helicopters used to put out forest fires in Australia or USA. One big whoosh of Clyde water and job done.

I did not hear the actual programme only the end credits. The silken tongued Paddy O’Connell was thanking Aaronovitch for his contribution. Must listen later to see what Ziocon messages Aa was giving out today.

Broadcasting House (from the Hay Festival)
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b044x1rx
Have just skimmed the timer Aa 37 mins in on the election results apparently.

  • Mary

Plus a review of the Sunday newspapers. O’Connell actually invited two members of the audience to give their views! Shock horror. Unheard of.

Craig: Aa does manage to get in a knock at a Yes vote in Scotland.

    Sickly bonhomie throughout.

    Mary:

There has been a outrage in Belgium today.
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-27558918
…. Who did it and for what reason?…

one of the ever-changingWikipedia pages on the atrocity has alleged Belgian internecine politics, with one group pointing generic responsibility to an ugly “antisioniste” party and the Belgian MP from this party referring to events in French on his Facebook page as “le false flag”

At least the UK parliamentary elections, Scottish referenda etc don’t often (yet) involve “le false flag”

Another item to watch in Belgian/European politics is will the ex-Luxembourgish Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker be elected to head of the European Commission? (he famously didn’t criticise the LU intelligence agencies for their alleged off-mission actions in Iraq, Cuba and Libya) J-CJ resigned as LU-PM a couple of years ago as revelations about the false-flag GLADIO linked Bommeleeër bombing campaign were deepened.

Full details are here [wikipedia in untranslatable Luxembourgish!]

A summary in French is however available here: power-masts, gas-works, cheese-factory!, offices, homes, swimming pool, heads of state meetings.. FALSE FLAGS the lot of them!?

Last night Alex Salmond told Dimbledore that there has been a bias for UKIP by the BBC in their reporting of the Scottish elections and that a complaint had gone in.

Dimblebore went a bit red and laughingly said, ‘Complaints to BBC Glasgow then Mr Salmond’ to which Salmond said ‘No. That’s the trouble. It is being controlled from London’. Dimblebore shuffled his papers and quickly moved on.

Silly Mr Vine was still strolling around a map, Europe this time, and playing with his computer graphics. Ms Maitlis, displaying her black stockinged legs and designer dress and jewellery, was stationed well away from the talking heads (mostly male) and waving her left hand towards a large screen with yet more computer graphics.

Lady Ashton’s hubby, Peter Kellner of You Gov, was one of the talking heads. One of the founders of You Gov Nadhim Zahawi was recently found out for claiming for the heating of his stables.
