The only attempt at evidence is the combine harvesters which even the Yanks no longer blab on about, partly because with “allegedly” the best satellite imagery in the world all they can produce is ‘grainy’ images in all senses of the word. Among other serious issues raised this blog compares the high-resolution images of US satellites against the deplorably bad, almost pointillist, pictures provided by Google.

BBC journalist Jeremy Bowen has come under fire after accusing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of ‘playing the Holocaust card’.

The Middle East editor posted his comments on Twitter during the politician’s speech at the U.S. Congress.
His tweet sparked outrage, with critics labelling the veteran journalist a ‘slime bag’ and calling his statement ‘deplorable’.

But the senior journalist has responded to his attackers and said claims he is anti-Semetic are ‘untrue and offensive’.
It comes just weeks after Mr Bowen’s BBC colleague Tim Wilcox was accused of anti-Semitism over his coverage of the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo killings in Paris.

For the first time ever, the head of the Nobel Peace Prize Committee has been fired. It happened on Tuesday, March 3rd.

Thorbjorn Jagland, chairman of the Nobel Peace Prize Committee, and former Norwegian Prime Minister, said, on the way out the door, that it would be really nice, if President Barack Obama were to return the prize.

If NATO and its banking arm have a plan for full spectrum dominance, and one supports that plan in its Ukraine form then one is supporting the elite agenda.

    Simple enough, Daniel.

The main reason they haven’t been able to crack nuclear fusion as an energy source is because of what’s called ‘neutron bombardment’ (and I know that folks here are just dying to know about that!): the intense stream of neutrons given out by the fusion process causes all structure to collapse in short order, and that includes the reactor structure.

To a lesser degree you also get neutron bombardment with fission reactors. Despite this, and despite the fact that this isn’t conspiracy theory but well-proven science, governments continue to re-license fission reactors well beyond their original 20 year life span – some reactors in the USA have now been licensed to operate until their 60th year.

At the moment, worldwide there are more than 400 commercial fission reactors, and every one of them is a ticking time bomb (that’s without the mountains of nuclear waste, that no one knows what to do with).

Due to ongoing computer problems, it’s not easy for me to access the interesting links you provided.

I will keep trying and hopefully will be able to respond.

“Is Ukraine about to become, a killing field for both west and east, will the super powers play out their bloody game, of death, on the streets of the country?”

Ukraine has long ago become part and parcel of America’s Grand Chessboard and those poor Ukrainian’s stuck in the middle are sadly a party to the geopolitical strategic games of the major players, in particular Washington’s exceptional imperial objectives.

The censoring and use of psychological warfare by the Western media echo chamber to American power, is akin to that of the German media during WW2 in aiding the Nazi war machine. By comparing and contrasting media performance of today with that undertaken by the media in Nazi Germany, one would be hard pressed to distinguish between the two.

Both, for example, initiated press campaigns calculated to weaken their victims and to prepare their respective populations psychologically for attacks directed at civilian populations.

In the propaganda system of the Hitler State it was the daily press and the radio that were the most important weapons. In the Guardian on February 2, Timothy Garton-Ash called, in effect, for a world war. “Putin must be stopped,” said the headline. “And sometimes only guns can stop guns.” He conceded that the threat of war might “nourish a Russian paranoia of encirclement”. But hey, that’s just fine.

In 2003, Garton-Ash repeated the propaganda that led to the slaughter in Iraq. Saddam Hussein, he wrote, “has, as [Colin] Powell documented, stockpiled large quantities of horrifying chemical and biological weapons, and is hiding what remains of them. He is still trying to get nuclear ones.” He lauded Blair as a “Gladstonian, Christian liberal interventionist”. In 2006, he wrote, “Now we face the next big test of the West after Iraq: Iran.”

As with Iraq, the British public are being fed a constant diet of misinformation and outright lies by a compliant media so as to provide the justification for Western control of somebody else’s economy and resources. Kiev’s new Finance Minister, Nataliwe Jaresko, is a former senior US State Department official in charge of US overseas “investment”. She was hurriedly given Ukrainian citizenship. Vice President Joe Biden’s son is on the board of Ukraine’s biggest oil, gas and fracking company. The manufacturers of GM seeds, companies such as the infamous Monsanto, want Ukraine’s rich farming soil.

Above all, they want to “Balkanise” or dismember Russia and exploit the greatest source of natural gas on earth. As the Arctic ice melts, they want control of the Arctic Ocean and its energy riches, and Russia’s long Arctic land border.

But Putin is no Yeltsin so their task is made all the more difficult. Putin’s “crime” in the eyes of the West, is that he oversees a fully independent sovereign nation. This state of affairs simply cannot be allowed to continue.

I agree. But I don’t see any evidence that Clark supports such a plan.

But surely in playing into the NATO agenda in Ukraine he’s supporting their larger project.

Dave, I’ve managed to have a look at this link you provided…

    http://coldfusionnow.org/mitsubishi-cold-fusion-lenr-patent-granted-transmutes-nuclear-waste/

… and while they seem to acknowledge the problem of neutron bombardment, I’m afraid I can’t understand what they are getting at, beyond their ‘claims’. I’m not aware of any serious science research that backs up those claims.

I’m sure I don’t need to point out that some of the best minds on the planet have been trying to crack fusion power for a very, very long time now, and what’s known as ‘cold fusion’has a very rocky history.

We can easily get all the energy we need from bog standard, simple renewables. We are surrounded by them in abundance. Why get out the chemistry set and play at being God?

The Blog is a place of many wonders, all the excellent Links, many well thought out comments, and wee bits of advice, best joint on the web to Learn on myriad topics…Fascinating as Dear Mr Spock would say, Cheers for all the links folks.

it’s amazing how much i saw in just a few sentences – of Herbie’s comment @ 5;31 pm…When looking behind it.

And a wee Gem from Mark ‘ 11;36 am –

” The green-back god is all powerful, visceral, it devours and manipulates life with torture, deception and WMD with zero regard for any emotive issues.”

i was reading a piece earlier that would do justice to Marks comment above –

Couple of weeks ago Felicity Arbuthnot had established that Save The Children Had misled us by trying to say that Bliar’s award came out of the U.S office, when in fact it came out of London.

Here is more From Felicity on the same Subject –

” In Iraq’s decimation of course, Blair’s regime was responsible for the dodgy dossier alleging Saddam Hussein’s ability to annihilate in “forty five minutes”, thus persuading for war, but had also enjoined with the US between 1997 and 2003 in ensuring, via the United Nations Sanction Committee that Iraq’s infants and children were denied all normality from the womb to their young deaths at an average of 6,000 a month.

Blocked were scanners to check the developing foetus, incubators for the frail newly arrived, paediatric oxygen, paediatric syringes, tracheal suction tubes to clear airway obstructions and all needed to combat a challenging start to life in order to become a healthy toddler and enter happy childhood.

For those who survived to childhood, reading and exercise books, paper, pens, pencils, blackboards, toys, tricycles, bicycles, scooters, all juvenile joys and normality were vetoed. When they suffered what are normally relatively simply treated ailments, infections, asthma, the antibiotics, inhalers needed were invariably also vetoed or fatally delayed. All policies endorsed by Blair’s government.

Then Iraq’s deprived, traumatized children were bombed and invaded in an action largely publicly justified by his government’s documented lies.”

” ‘In 2006, a former prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials, Benjamin Ferencz, stated that the Iraq War was a “clear breach of law.”2 “There’s no such thing as a war without atrocities, but war-making is the biggest atrocity of law.”

Global restaurant chain McDonald’s is to begin reducing the use of antibiotics in its chicken products.

It will focus on removing those antibiotics that can have an impact on human health, but keep those necessary for poultry welfare.

Chicken served in its US restaurants will be free of such antibiotics within two years, it said.

In Europe, McDonald’s is also phasing out the use of certain “critically important” antibiotics.

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-31743764
    ……………………………….

Apparently they pump them full, of a cocktail of antibiotics, to make the chickens grow at an unnatural rate.

Its enough to put you off, your McChicken sandwich, or is it?

Mobile phones didn’t just arrive in Pakistan. But someone could be fooled into thinking otherwise, considering the tens of millions of Pakistanis pouring into mobile phone stores these days.

In one of world’s largest efforts to collect biometric information, Pakistan has ordered mobile phone users to verify their identities through fingerprints for a national database being compiled to curb terrorism. If they don’t, their service will be shut off, an unthinkable option for many after a dozen years of explosive growth in mobile phone usage.

I hardly think registering a mobile phone in Pakistan, a quasi-lawless state, will make much difference, to the impact of terrorism, as many factions, flit in and out of Pakistan, with prior knowledge to the authorities.

Of course Pakistan is no stranger to, receiving huge sums of cash disguised as aid, whilst playing both side against each other.

In today’s National newspaper, a Pakistani activists, speaks of the dismay that the authorities have banned Youtube.

Last year, Russia agreed to build eight new nuclear power plants in Iran, and now the Russians are going to work to produce nuclear fuel in Iranian territory. Four of the new plants are planned to be built at the Bushehr site, while the other four will be constructed elsewhere.

Moscow constructed the first plant at the Bushehr site, which reached its maximum power capacity a few backs in 2012.

    http://21stcenturywire.com/2015/03/04/back-off-netanyahu-russia-to-produce-nuclear-fuel-in-iran/
    ………………………………….

This probably the real reason Netanyahu has been pushing the “Iranian MWD’s agenda.”

And its also reasonable to suggest, that the USA, is reluctant to aid or help Israel, in a military strike against Iran, when the Russians, are clearly involved.

Many thanks for this link to Felicity Arbuthnot’s insightful article about this grotesque award. I hope that eventually, Save the Children will be shamed into rescinding it.

However, there is at least one part of the article that I don’t think is correct. If I am mistaken I would be very grateful for chapter and verse on this.

“On 5th December 2014, a letter (5) was sent to Save the Children by Inder Comar of the legal firm Comar Law, San Francisco. outlining starkly the enormity of the illegality of the attack on Iraq in which Mr Blair had been so integral. It pointed out that Save the Children’s hero’s name is entered at the International Criminal Court at the Hague in its ‘Register of War Criminals.'”

I don’t think that is right – the ‘Register of War Criminals’ mentioned has nothing to do with the International Criminal Court at the Hague. It is the product of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission, the international legitimacy of which is a matter of considerable controversy.

    Kind regards,

    John

An interesting post Daniel thank-you. In simple terms the putsch in Ukraine supported by Western powers is a heads-up on inhuman tactics used by the CIA orchestrating regime change, specially kettling protesters into the field-of-view of intentionally and discreetly placed snipers.

Please bear that in mind during future riots and watch your back.

Having outed Valentyn Oleksandrovych Nalyvaichenko in an earlier post as a CIA agent:

    https://niqnaq.wordpress.com/2014/04/03/the-new-head-of-ukrainian-counter-intelligence-works-for-the-cia/

He has slipped under the radar, however, hitherto this bastard allowed the CIA to work in the Ukraine security service building (a TEMPEST tested room) and provided files to the CIA to a) select a team of professional marksmen under the leadership of Polish special forces b) Select Parubiy, Gvozd, and of course himself, Nalyvaichenko, to delay the EU negotiations and prevent the incumbent president from striking a deal with Russia and Russia from helping to prop up the social and economic order in Ukraine.

After that they WOULD HEAD-UP the planning to depose the president and integrate Ukraine into Europe and NATO, using Russian money.

In the aftermath traitor Nalyvaichenko would meet with CIA Director John Brennan who flew into Kiev under a false name, for discussions on how to further exploit the crisis that the US and its allies deliberately triggered by orchestrating the February coup.

You screwed up Brennan and your fate will be that of David Petraeus – an astonishing ‘fall from grace’ and a plea deal to avoid criminal charges…

Glen_uk: “Suspicions about posting with bad faith and such accusations surely are not necessary.”

Agreed, which is why I always start with an earnest effort for reasoned rational debate; only when this produces a litany of piss-poor counter arguments that rely on suspect or no evidence base at all, and/or illogical reasoning, which all repeatedly fall apart on close inspection, and yet the other party keeps persisting, then you are force to consider if they are indeed interested in an honest debate with an open mind, or are they trying to push an agenda.

Daniel; “Clark, I find it hard to understand how Macky can cast both you and Craig as pro-establishment”

A misunderstanding Daniel, as I wrote to Clark “do you consider yourself, Craig & the handful of pro-establishment posters here, as correct on Ukraine”; which was pointing out that the only/strongest support that Clark & Craig have here for their Ukraine viewpoint, is from well known pro-establishment posters, ie RD & Habby. My sentence was very clear, and I’m surprised that you fell for Clark’s misrepresentation of it in his post @4.27

  • Daniel

“But surely in playing into the NATO agenda in Ukraine he’s supporting their larger project.”

I guess this is about differing perceptions. Personally, having read his numerous comments, I don’t regard that there is necessary any link to be made between the two. I have yet to read anything by him that suggests he supports the wider NATO project. At this point, I’d prefer it if he himself were to clarify his position.

Phil; “I doubt there is anyone on this blog, certainly not Clark, Craig, Glenn or myself, who would question that. You have completely missed the point to even ask such a stupid question.”

Actually Phil, that question I posed contains a typo as I missed out the word “not” in this bit, “that the US does NOT really engineer Coups”, I thought it was an obvious typo which is why I didn’t correct it; anyhow the point I was drawing attention to, perhaps too subtly was that many people will concede that yes the US instigate and/or subverts & commandeers genuine uprisings all over the World, and most recently in the Arab Spring yet when it comes to a coup that is aimed against Russian interests, all of a sudden some of the same people suddenly refuse to believe that the good old USA could have had anything to do with it !! Ironic as a much employed US CIA analyst, with a life time experience of such matters, is on record as stating that the Kiev Coup was “the most blatant coup in history” no less !

    I’ve told you already that you really should stop projectioning;

Clark; “Er but since then I went back to the article and answered with two quotes from it:”

This was in response to back-up your three statements that I queried; your first quote, really a part extract, had no relevance to any of your three statements, yet I still addressed it, and you haven’t come back on.

Your second extract could have backed two of your three statements, but I explained why I thought it didn’t, again you have not come back on that.

I originally linked the article from which these quotes are from, primarily for the Odessa Massacre debate I was having with Peacewisher & RD, exactly because the last few paragraphs concerned the Odessa Massacre; indeed I did recommended the whole article as worth reading, which does not automatically mean I agree with all its points; also it should be obvious that because it tries to cover so much ground, it does so very superficially, hence all those provided follow-up links, so to quote some of these brief lines as full & definite, is misleading, and finally you have to keep in mind that the article is already six months old, so not only are certain factors better known now, but I have also linked to dozens of more up todate articles that elaborate better on the points I keep making.

John Goss, 5:46 pm: I’m pretty sure that sott.net are misleading you. You can’t get detailed images like the ones on Google from low earth orbit, and those ones showing traffic and pedestrians are aerial photographs, taken from aircraft and not from satellite. I know, Google call their overhead shots “Satellite View”, but at the higher resolutions they’re actually taken from cameras mounted underneath commercial aircraft. I expect you can confirm this if you look it up.

But don’t take my word for it. Go look up the altitude of low earth orbit. Go find the height that the lunar survey satellites orbit at. Go look at the best images they can produce of the moon landing sites. Or if you don’t believe that people went to the moon, look up the orbital altitude of Mars Global Surveyor and similar satellites around Mars. Then find the best resolution photographs of the various Mars probe landing sites, of which there have been many. Compare those images with those Google images.

Please, no one else do this for John. He has to do it himself to prove that no one is tricking him.

But my guess is that John Goss won’t even try. He wants to believe all the deception and propaganda that vindicates the Kremlin. John Goss is an unreliable source, as is sott.net.

John, if you don’t attempt this exercise, you should at least understand why you have no credibility with me.
