Kezia Dugdale Got Just 5,217 Votes 1642

The Labour Party is being remarkably coy about releasing the actual result of its Scottish accounting unit leadership election, giving only a percentage. The entirely complacent unionist media is complicit in what amounts to a deception. The stunning truth is that in a one person, one vote election among the entire membership of the Labour Party in Scotland plus trades union supporters, Dugdale won with 5,217 votes (out of a claimed electorate of 21,000, many of whom do not exist or could not be arsed to choose between two right wing numpties).

UPDATE: A second Labour figure just rang me to assure me my information – which was from a good source – is wrong. She would not give the actual figure and only said it was “higher”. I offered to take down the post and publish an accurate figure if she would give it, but this was declined.

“Father-of-two Mr Hassaïne, 53, was paid “a pittance” as an informer for MI5 and Scotland Yard’s Special Branch, exposing Hamza’s extremist activities inside Finsbury Park mosque”. . . he also briefed French intel on the deliberate ploy of Londinistan of the previous decades

    It is almost comical to read this “super spy’s” exploits, although “pittance” is open to question, by whose standards is it “pittance”? Also it appears this chap is a compulsive canary;

Mr Hassaïne, an Algerian-born Muslim and British citizen, also informed French security about Algerian extremists at the mosque.

Is there anyone this chap has left out and not informed?

    Which brings us to this;

A British journalist who worked for the Daily Express was considered by the Soviet Union to be one of its most valuable agents during the Second World War, according to secret documents.

Cedric Belfrage, who was the highly-paid film and theatre critic of the Express titles during the 1930s, passed intelligence on British spying methods to Moscow, along with highly-sensitive documents about Vichy France as well as British policy in the Middle East and Russia.

Who owns the other 71,8% then?

    What does the ONS say?

Perhaps you could illuminate us all with your physical prowess and google away to find the answers and come back, there is good laddie there! That is if you are not indulging in a tea dance there.

Belfrage left Cambridge University before taking his finals, although he was well-connected enough to be a member of the Cambridge Apostles.

It’s not quite what you think.

In the 1930s the US political machine was crawling with so-called Communists.

    All officially sanctioned.

Begin with Walter Duranty and take it from there.

I see the Belgian PM attended the dishing out of honours to those brave American soldiers, who subdued the Mr Bean of the terrorist world, Belgium does of course have form on this kind of lets call it an event.

In 1984, a squad of US Marines was parachuted into Belgium, and met by a member of the Belgian military intelligence.

They hid for a fortnight before attacking the police station in Vielsalm.

Weapons and ammumition were stolen. A Belgian police officer was murdered.

In 1991, a Belgian Senate investigation proved that this attack was the work of the American and Belgian military.

He (the troll) must be ancient. The word ‘squire’ was sometimes used by my father in jest, late 40s/50s.

‘How’s your horse Squire’ to some snooty looking type up aloft maybe heading to the local hunt. We lived in the New Forest.

‘Fill her up Squire’ to the local petrol pump attendant who we knew and who was back from service in WW11 in North Africa. His stories usually started … ‘When I was in Benghazi’ etc

  • Robert Crawford

    Herbie.

If your Post about who owns all the shares is accurate, it should have scared the readers, big time.

See how easy it is to manipulate the market and bankrupt others and their country.

Last one out, put the lights out.

  • lysias

You’re assuming that the troll is always one and the same person. It might be a role that’s assigned to whoever happens to be on duty at a given time.

Which could explain his curious unwillingness to reveal any details about himself and his past.

RoS Belgium also has form in horrible paedophile activity and a cover up. Dutroux etc

    Herbie.

And all with the letter J in their first name. This is great to hide behind legal loop holes.

After all one must be accurate when issuing legal papers. one has to be clear who one is suing.

“You’re assuming that the troll is always one and the same person. It might be a role that’s assigned to whoever happens to be on duty at a given time.”

    Yeah.

    I’ve noticed that.

There’s a very very stupid foul-mouthed one and then there’s another one who seems reasonably bright and cultured.

I stuffed the reasonably bright one in argument about a week ago and then the foul-mouthed one turned up, all bad language, exclamation marks and no discernable reason.

I’ve seen that quite a few times now.

  • Herbie

    Robert

It’s an amazing thing when you think of it, that something over 65% of British shares are held by foreigners.

Dunno if that’s because so many foreign companies are quoted in London, and how the numbers would be if we subtracted the foreign companies from the list.

Great to here things are going good for you.

I am commenting as others with whom I have had issues might do on here to see if Macky and the good guys can see anything wrong with the Ukrainian position. This is what Poroshenko said before getting his roasting from Hollande and Merkel.

“The Head of State asked the people at the Independence Square to observe a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of Ukrainian soldiers and civilians killed in the war waged by Russia.”

    Herbie.

It tells another story to me, which I am not going into at the moment.

Thanks for your kind thoughts, now and before. it is uplifting. Much appreciated.

    Nevermind.

Try to live without television permanently. It’s great, I love it.

The t.v. license people are after me again. I see they have my name this time. They will be at my door soon, just as it is getting dark, in the hope of seeing a flicker.

Have you tried “ethical employment” usually gets a response.

Wow, that was a press conference and a half that Harvey Proctor gave this afternoon…

    http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/aug/25/westminster-paedophile-claims-harvey-proctor-accuses-police-of-witch-hunt

What Proctor didn’t mention during his press conference, and what hasn’t thus far been reported, was that the police have asked him to volunteer a DNA sample, and Proctor refused to do so, saying that the police would have to arrest him first (he said this during the Q&A session after the conference).

From what I’ve heard, it still seems to be odds-on for an arrest before this week’s out.

Very true, the name is the cover for a whole host of these keyboard warriors actively regurgitating the same crap that is so readily available in the oligarch owned media.

    =================

Herbie you are correct about outsiders owning most of the shares in the LSE. (BTW your comment made me chuckle, thanks)

Which begs the question, what is the impact of any stock market crash on we the people?

Fact that we the people are getting fleeced so efficiently by various corporates that in turn hand out their profits to the outsiders somehow makes trickle down economy into a joke, in fact not a funny joke either. Further, when there is no trickle down, then why the oligarch owned media put so much emphasis on any stock market news?

They always over egg the pudding and are not content with the wide media coverage already given to this ‘story’.

France train shooting: Attack ‘was well prepared’

Ayoub El-Khazzani launched the attack on a train between Amsterdam and Paris

An attempted attack by a heavily armed man on a train in France last week was premeditated and well prepared, according to a French prosecutor.

Ayoub El-Khazzani, 25, was carrying 270 bullets for his assault rifle and a bottle of petrol, prosecutor Francois Molins told reporters on Tuesday.

The Moroccan’s phone showed that he had watched a jihadist video shortly before launching the attack, Mr Molins added.

Well, my request was a reasonable one, surely – after all, you’ve already looked up the info from the ONS and told us what percentage of UK shares are owned by private investors and various financial institutions. So what is the problem with telling us who owns the other 71,8% of UK shares?

Or have you been telling porkies again?

  • John Goss

From the same source linked by me at 5:41 pm there is a report that two soldiers in Mariupol were killed last night and others wounded. There is however another side to the story.

    http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=d7e_1440439593

And while soldiers in Donbas are killing soldiers in Mariupol (all life is sacred) Poroshenko’s troops continue firing on civilians, with hardly a window left in most residential buildings in this video of the town of Gorlovka and a crater in the football field.

I’ve just noticed that you’ve said that “outsiders” own the other 71,8% of UK shares.

    Bit vague, that, surely?

What do you mean by “outsiders” and could you name a few of them?

The “Palestinian” Ministry of Health, Mary?

Surely you must know that the Palestinian Authority’s writ does not run in Gaza, where Hamas is in charge.

Has Hamas said anything about the potential problem to which you refer?
