Why are the Metropolitan Police not feeling Tory Lord Sebastian Coe’s collar and trawling his hard drives? I blogged recently about his involvement in awarding the World Athletics Championships without a vote to the hometown of his long term paymasters and sponsors, Nike. Plus the £12 million his promotions company made from VIP hospitality packages for the Olympics, the VIP tickets for which were allocated by the Organising Committee of which he was the £600,000 pa chairman.
Now we have this, from the person Coe works closest with in the IAAF and who he has now promoted to head the President’s office since Coe assumed that title:
« Dear Papa,
Following our discussion earlier I have already had some thoughts and believe that we need to do the following, in the strict confidence and control within a small circle of senior IAAF staff only. This must be very secret.
(…)4. Finally, as soon as possible, and ‘unofficially’ PR campaign to ensure that we avoid international media scandals related to the Moscow Championships especially in the British press, where the worst of the articles is coming from. This will require specialist PR skills (working only with me directly) from London, but I believe that if we consider using CSM we can also benefit from Seb’s political influence in the UK. It is in his personal interest to ensure that the Moscow World Champs is a success and that people do not think that the media of his own country are trying to destroy it. We can work extremely hard in stopping any planed ‘attack’ on Russia from the British press in the coming weeks.
5. Finally, I need to be able to sit down with the Anti-doping department and understand exactly what Russian ‘skeleton’ we have still in the cupboard regarding doping. I think that the time to have unveiled the various athletes was a long time ago and that now we need to be smart. These athletes, of course, should NOT be part of any Russian team for these World Championships and Valentin should be pressurised to make sure this is the case. If the guilty ones are not competing then we might as well wait until the event is over to announce them. Or we announce one or two BUT AT THE SAME TIME as athletes from other countries. Also we can prepare a special dossier on IAAF testing which will show that one of the reasons why these Russian athletes come up positive is that they get tested a lot !!! In the same way, we can make the point that the WADA laboratory is the responsibility of WADA not IAAF and that if WADA decides there really is a problem, we have a plan B to do the tests in Lausanne instead (Gabriel confirmed this to me yesterday).
Papa, as soon as I have an idea of the price of this unofficial PR campaign I will let you know, but I will do everything in my power to protect the IAAF and the President.
All the best Nick »
So what does the Establishment now wish us to believe?
a) As long-term Vice President of the IAAF, Coe had no idea the organisation was massively corrupt and the President was taking huge bribes to cover-up doping scandals.
b) Coe had no idea his close associate and now head of his office Nick Davies was writing to the son of the President proposing that Coe’s company and Coe’s “political influence” be used to keep doping scandals out of the British media.
c) Coe’s meeting, while Vice President of the IAAF, with executives of his sponsor Nike, to discuss awarding the World Athletics Championships to Eugene, had no bearing at all on the decision of the President of IAAF to award the games to Eugene without a vote.
All that is even less convincing than Sepp Blatter’s declarations of innocence. Yet there is an utter difference in the British media’s treatment of Blatter and of “Lord” Coe.
I wonder why?
@Giyane – My posts of 12.32am and 1.21am have passed moderation now.
You are so right about the top private schools in Britain.
Have you seen Nick Duffell’s two books? He hasn’t mastered concision or other elements of writing style, but his books are the real thing and worth reading. The first is The Making of Them; the second, Wounded Leaders: British Elitism and the Entitlement Illusion.
You or I could doubtless write a much better book, Giyane, but not much has been written, so I’m recommending these.
Everyone says “Tony Blair – war criminal” now, usually in a way that it means little, so I like the way you’re concentrating on Cameron.
Fed up with the idea that all the dirt is in the past.
Britain is as corrupt as fuck – all local councils, all government departments, everything. The entire fabric of all the public services and the big media. The armed forces. Customs and immigration. The police. The universities. ‘Science’, ‘health’, ‘sport’ and the ‘law’.
That fact comes out of everything.
For today’s stories, see the flooding, and the utterly brazen way in which money is grabbed and amoral posh filth (and their grammar-school-educated middle-ranking cocky lackeys for whom a million is a lot of money) do propaganda for more and more contracts. So a barrier didn’t work. Give me a break. No finances are going to be brought to public light. No crooks are going to go to prison.
Britain is easily as corrupt as Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Turkey or any other country.
The whole of Westminster is corrupt – both the executive and the dolly-dancing stage crap called the legislature.
Look at ‘education’, where for years the Commons Select Committee was chaired by Barry Sheerman, known lobbyist and crook.
It’s the same everywhere you look. There are no exceptions.
The reason many don’t recognise it in Britain is down to social deference.
“Is the SNP Campaigning for Independence?”
Glad to see the penny has dropped.
Salmond consorting with Prince Charles, and Sturgeon saying that sure, passports could have “Scotland” written on them when they came up for renewal, were other indicators.
They’re a bunch of local councillors and officials acting the way such creeps do. Never been anything else. It’s pork, pork, pork all the way, encouraging chips on the shoulder because that serves the cause of pork, pork, pork.
(Which isn’t to say there isn’t a dynamic. The SNP was bigged up in 1974 to help the Tories during a time of major industrial unrest as a safety-valve to divert working class anger in Scotland. The same happened at the same time in South Wales – and, with terrible effect, it had already happened in a more violent form in Northern Ireland. That was also why the Bloody Sunday massacre was carried out. Nationalism was deliberately encouraged by the controllers of the centre. How they must have laughed, all the way back to their gentlemen’s clubs and high tables.)
Would someone explain all the media hoopla over the release of all the French collaborators under the Vichy regime?
It only covered the southern part of France, and only lasted part of the war.
I’m sure we will see a lot about the whores and lovers but nothing like the whole story.
Aramaic/Syriac for “Jesus” is “Isho”. Not that far from the Arabic.
And Aramaic is generally thought to have been the language that Jesus spoke.
Great documentary from James Corbett, covering the emergence of the Oil Industry and other modernisms, and how, through charitable foundations, these robber barons used their immense wealth to create the world we know and love today.
“From farm to pharmaceutical, diesel truck to dinner plate, pipeline to plastic product, it is impossible to think of an area of our modern-day lives that is not affected by the oil industry. The story of oil is the story of the modern world. And this is the story of those who helped shape that world, and how the oil-igarchy they created is on the verge of monopolizing life itself.”

At first I liked Sacha Baron Cohen. Ali G was really funny and he did some good wind-ups of politicians. But after a while, it became clear that his act was a front for racism and propaganda – portraying Muslims as stupid swarthy terrorists and ridiculing critics of Zionism are two examples.
I was therefore immediately suspicious of the headline “Sacha Baron Cohen donates £670,000 for Syria”. Hmmmm, so how does this self-declared Zionist propose to aid Israel’s enemy? By their charities, so shall ye know them.
Hmmmm …… warmonger David Miliband’s CIA front organisation that supported the Iraq war and the children’s charity that awarded Tony Blair a Global Legacy Award. Really Sacha, is that the most effective way you can think of to help Syria, or are you publicly paying your subscription to the New World Order club and applying for a seat on the next gravy train?
Macky, still recovering from not having made it onto my list of Eminences, chirrups:
“RobG; “Macky, my own opinion is that the trolls are all GCHQ”
Surely they are too thick for GCHQ ?! Or maybe it’s a quite convincing act ! 😀
I suspect that the truth is that they are all just rather dim”
___________________
It’s curious how much Macky accuses others of being dim or thick.
To be noted that he’s been doing it ever since Dreoilin observed, very correctly, that Macky “wasn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer”.
Which shows, moreover, that Macky can’t even make up his own put-downs! 🙂 🙂
There you are, Macky, I’ve devoted a post to you, hope you’re happy now you’ve had your rations! 🙂 🙂

As I understand it there has been a continuous presence of Islam in the country of Iraq, Babylon/Nineveh from which Aramaic comes since the Captivity. The children of Israel were enslaved which resulted in them learning Aramaic, while their captors learnt their Islam. Jerusalem had been destroyed, but over the years the Jews regained power and some of them returned, including the family of Jesus pbuh.
Christianity does not want you to know that the religion of the Jews and the religion of the Muslims is/was the same. It wants you to follow a Trinity invented by themselves in order to persuade you that God delegates power to human beings, ergo to the pope, the priests and kings. God does no such thing.
The amir holds power only to the extent that he has knowledge of and implements Islam.
Sitting in a US helicopter being airlifted out of Ramadi for services to mischief and the denigration of Islam, would disqualify you straight away. Enslaving free women and trading them as slaves would do the same. consuming battle enhancing drugs, stealing possessions, trading narcotics etc as all the Al Qaida and IS mobsters have done – instant disqualification from Islam.
One of the enigmas of the Syrian war is that Israel has a close connection to this corner of the Middle East, but is as far as possible removed from their religion in practical terms. It does your head in that so much is done in the name of Islam, in the mother tongue of arabic, but the speakers are criminals working for USUKIS mafia.
what is to be done? USUKIS are not going to allow their brainwashed Daesh executives to be killed by Russian or any other bombs. They get hoicked to safety, stuffed with mind-changing drugs and re-programmed to hate Russia – for obvious reasons. Cameron is up to his eyeballs in this nefarious, criminal activity. I hope he gets sucked into a whirlpool of floodwater from the heavy rains.
It would appear the Westminster government, are planning on stooping to an all time low, by repealing the human rights laws in combat zones. It will effectively give a green light to British troops to commit all kinds of atrocities on the battle field, and no one would need to justify their actions, no matter how gruesome they might be.
Government minister Michael Fallon said yesterday that current human rights laws in the UK make it more dangerous for troops in combat overseas, as service personnel are worried that their actions in the field may lead to them being taken to court.
That is of course one of the main reasons, and the removal of the human rights laws on the battlefield, would also bring Britian more in line with the USA, and its virtual carte blanche in war zones.
Much of what has been exposed, whether it is Guantanamo, whether it is torture or whether it is the role of MI5, it has been down to the Human Rights Act. What the Government are saying is that they don’t want that exposed anymore.
We are moving towards an even more secretive state, a state, that doesn’t want its foreign or domestic actions, questioned in a court of law.

Stooping to an all time low.
They are already well below that low standard, by running a terrorist outfit, Al Qaida and IS and Taliban, in order to smuggle stolen oil from Syria. They want us to confirm and accept that all-time low in law.
Cameron is the dregs of humanity, The Tories are the dregs of state colonial greed and murder. Mrs Thatcher’s mummied claw is worshipped in the Bank of England like a relic of John the Baptist pbuh. At least New Labour like Hoon and Byrne only did it for private greed and pleasure.
Humanrelic
oh, you’ve switched your stalking to Macky now. Go and rub your testicles on Mrs Thatcher’s withered claw. Leave the living alone.
Only one of the Dirty Dozen that make up the Egregiousness of Excellences (cf my list/description at 20h18 yesterday – above)could come out with the sort of post at 14h25 above.
Cynical and disgusting, just what you’d expect from the Locum.
Hilary Benn looks like being the most high profile Labour cabinet minister to lose his position, in Corbyn’s next month shake up of the cabinet. Benn who really should’ve been sitting on the other side of the House, gave an impassioned speech of why we should be bombing women and children in Syria.
Amongst the other deserving casualties are the Eagle sisters.
Cynical and disgusting , Sacha Cohen
Well Herpesfur, you said it. So glad you’re on board.
“They are already well below that low standard, by running a terrorist outfit, Al Qaida and IS and Taliban, in order to smuggle stolen oil from Syria. They want us to confirm and accept that all-time low in law.”
_______________
Giyane, I mean’t in a lawful sense, if such a thing can now be applied to Britain’s ever increasing right curtailing laws, rather than a warmongering sense, of which Britain knows no bounds or bottoms.
“Cameron is the dregs of humanity, The Tories are the dregs of state ”
_______________
Steady on Giyane, I think you’re being rather harsh on dregs, I suppose if you saved up enough dregs then they could be useful, in say composting.
Cameron and the Tories however, are toxic to just about every know organic life form, on the planet, excluding the establishement extremophiles in here.
This is the result of the kind of lessons and sermons delivered by acting rabbi, that is picked up on by his fawning followers as its conduct goes viral;
I feel like Ian Duncan Smith, when he hasn’t sanctioned anyone for a day, why do I feel like this? Well I haven’t had my RoP hit today.
It’s rather unusual for Anon1 not to have posted his run of the mill BS RoP report.
Still it’s not midnight yet, I’d better not get my hopes up that Anon1 will include a link, you know the sort of thing that proves what he’s posting.
You know, in my opinion, a defeat for Nato in Syria, seems less of the impossible, and more probable. Russia’s invited intervention seems to be paying dividends, from the outside anyway.
I say this as the Rebel army opposed to Assad has just had its commander killed in an airstrike on Friday.
So what now for Nato, how do they usurp Assad, and replace him with a Western/Israeli controlled puppet, when Russia’s presence appears to be making a difference.
Well they could call for some sort of peace treaty, (which has already been touted) and try and remove Assad stealthly, by really pushing and backing anti-Assad regimes in Syria (something that going on now). Or they could have him assassinated and blame it on a third party, or destroy the Syrian economy and turn the people against him, though that didn’t work too well in Cuba or Iran.
Whatever the self appointed world police decide to do on Syria, they’ll need to convince Russia, or dupe them in the process.
Syrian journalist who exposed ISIS atrocities murdered in Turkey
a href=”http://i100.independent.co.uk/article/journalist-reporting-on-isis-dies-in-turkey-in-suspicious-circumstances–e1zuFCZwIx”>Journalist reporting on Isis dies in Turkey in ‘suspicious circumstances’
Jacky Sutton, the former BBC journalist found dead in Istanbul airport: who was she and what really happened?
Even Inspector Clouseau by now would have twigged on the links between the Turkish government and the ISIL/Deash/ISIS especially after the blatant and obviously “planned” shooting down of the Russian bomber!
However the Oligarch Owned Media seem not to have managed to connect the dots, I blame the comprehensive education for this!!!!!
These terrorist supporting bunch of operatives are members of Nato too, now go figure this one out?
Fedup
Apparently Jackie Sutton’s death is familiar to facebook-using females.I don’t know what degree of viral.

Sorry, 1st one was swallowed by the tardis for a few seconds.
Israel is working to revive and extend plans for new Jewish settler homes in the contentious ‘E1’ area of the West Bank, AFP reported.
Settler watchdog Peace Now said in Monday’s report based “on government data obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request” that the Housing Ministry was seeking to build 55,548 units in the West Bank. They would include two new settlements, of which more than 8,300 homes would be in E1.
The adjacent Ma’ale Adumim (Jewish only) settlement and E1 (home to a number of Bedouin communities) form an Israeli buffer east of Jerusalem that International critics say would divide the West Bank and is an act designed to prevent the possibility of a contiguous Palestinian state.

This news does not surprise me because It has been obvious to honest and intelligent observers, for a long time, that “The Two State” solution was never on the cards in any case.
Freemasonry, religion, and politics
The discussion of both systems of religious belief and of politics is prohibited at Masonic meetings. The reason for that is that Freemasonry is intended to be unifying, not dividing, and Freemasons should not be quarrelsome, biased or disparaging of each other on the basis of religious or political belief, or indeed class or economic circumstance – they meet on a basis of peace and fraternity.
Systems of religious or ideological belief are therefore irrelevant to Freemasons in deciding whether someone is suitable to become a Freemason.
Kind regards,
John
Or sorority. Sorry.
J
John Spencer-Davis, can I assume from ‘sorority’ that Freemasons are now accepting women in their ranks?
I suppose that is the perks of being part of Nato, getting the murder whitewashed through facebook.
============
John Spencer-Davis you are decent man so I won’t quarrel with you, but from my experience of freemasonry it is a venal, corrupt. nepotist bunch of ne’er-do-wells excepting yourself whom I have found to be an honourable and decent fellow.
Their chief whatsit denied the parliamentary inquiry the list of names by flatly refusing to answer their questions. Not forgetting Roberto Calvi murder that was passed as suicide.
