Coe Better Protected Than Blatter By Corrupt National Authorities 1875

Why are the Metropolitan Police not feeling Tory Lord Sebastian Coe’s collar and trawling his hard drives? I blogged recently about his involvement in awarding the World Athletics Championships without a vote to the hometown of his long term paymasters and sponsors, Nike. Plus the £12 million his promotions company made from VIP hospitality packages for the Olympics, the VIP tickets for which were allocated by the Organising Committee of which he was the £600,000 pa chairman.

Now we have this, from the person Coe works closest with in the IAAF and who he has now promoted to head the President’s office since Coe assumed that title:

« Dear Papa,

Following our discussion earlier I have already had some thoughts and believe that we need to do the following, in the strict confidence and control within a small circle of senior IAAF staff only. This must be very secret.
(…)

4. Finally, as soon as possible, and ‘unofficially’ PR campaign to ensure that we avoid international media scandals related to the Moscow Championships especially in the British press, where the worst of the articles is coming from. This will require specialist PR skills (working only with me directly) from London, but I believe that if we consider using CSM we can also benefit from Seb’s political influence in the UK. It is in his personal interest to ensure that the Moscow World Champs is a success and that people do not think that the media of his own country are trying to destroy it. We can work extremely hard in stopping any planed ‘attack’ on Russia from the British press in the coming weeks.

5. Finally, I need to be able to sit down with the Anti-doping department and understand exactly what Russian ‘skeleton’ we have still in the cupboard regarding doping. I think that the time to have unveiled the various athletes was a long time ago and that now we need to be smart. These athletes, of course, should NOT be part of any Russian team for these World Championships and Valentin should be pressurised to make sure this is the case. If the guilty ones are not competing then we might as well wait until the event is over to announce them. Or we announce one or two BUT AT THE SAME TIME as athletes from other countries. Also we can prepare a special dossier on IAAF testing which will show that one of the reasons why these Russian athletes come up positive is that they get tested a lot !!! In the same way, we can make the point that the WADA laboratory is the responsibility of WADA not IAAF and that if WADA decides there really is a problem, we have a plan B to do the tests in Lausanne instead (Gabriel confirmed this to me yesterday).

Papa, as soon as I have an idea of the price of this unofficial PR campaign I will let you know, but I will do everything in my power to protect the IAAF and the President.

All the best Nick »

So what does the Establishment now wish us to believe?

a) As long-term Vice President of the IAAF, Coe had no idea the organisation was massively corrupt and the President was taking huge bribes to cover-up doping scandals.
b) Coe had no idea his close associate and now head of his office Nick Davies was writing to the son of the President proposing that Coe’s company and Coe’s “political influence” be used to keep doping scandals out of the British media.
c) Coe’s meeting, while Vice President of the IAAF, with executives of his sponsor Nike, to discuss awarding the World Athletics Championships to Eugene, had no bearing at all on the decision of the President of IAAF to award the games to Eugene without a vote.

All that is even less convincing than Sepp Blatter’s declarations of innocence. Yet there is an utter difference in the British media’s treatment of Blatter and of “Lord” Coe.

I wonder why?

Try to be serious for once.

80%-90% of the posts on here come from the Dirty Dozen and hangers-on I listed a short while ago plus the occasional loon like yourself. You essentially sing from the same song-sheet: anti-West and anti-USA, pro-Putin and any smelly authoritarion regime, anti-Israel and anti-J*w, anti-Mason, conspiracy-mongers, etc.

It is people like that who are the mainstream on here.

It follows logically that it is I, Resident Dissident, Anon1, Alcyone and a couple of others who are the “dissidents”.

The dissidents from the pensee unique on here.

Is that clear or shall I try to break down the above into words of even fewer syllables? 🙂

As for encouraging such people to leave, I’m only trying to steer them to a happier destination. After all, to take just your example, you have on may occasions, both here and elsewhere (eg Squonk) expressed dissatisfaction with this blog and its owner. Given that you are a ere guest on here – like the rest of us, would you not be happier elsewhere? As Craig said recently, no one is obliges to stay here if he’s unhappy. 🙂

Jives; ” the troll list just lengthens”

    Giyane; “Zionist shill JSD.”

Well, there certainly is something that causes unease about JSD despite the almost painfully open & almost painfully reasonable persona; the aim of some of his interventions here do sometimes seem to be rather ambiguous, not least in their results; certainly one to watch carefully.

    Meanwhile, here’s a rather good Post worth quoting regarding the Blair creature;

“Sorry it’s the Mail but their campaigning against Blair provides useful info.

‘The emails also shine a light on Blair’s lobbying on behalf of questionable regimes that he has undertaken since leaving office.

In an email dated February 23, 2012, Blair contacted Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s senior foreign policy advisor, asking for help with charity work he was doing in Guinea.
The following year, the government of Alpha Conde, the president of (the) African nation, brutally put down mass civil unrest, leaving nine protests dead and hundreds injured.

In the email, Blair wrote: ‘Meanwhile – in another part of what I do – my charity is helping the President of Guinea with Soros Foundation.

‘President is seeking to ensure that the 6 mth IMF programme is agreed to have started in October 2011 which allows the HIPC debt relief to kick in March. US Treasury says 1 January 2012. This makes a big difference since President has elections in early summer. IMF board meets tomorrow. Any support would be very welcome! Thanks Tony.’

Is he not the most vile of our species?

    Mr Spencer-Davis

I too found your articles on Freemasons interesting especially because they were based on your personal experience; in my opinion that gives them a validity which a mere theoretical discussion, perhaps underpinned by cut-and-pastes from dubious websites, would lack.

You will have learnt two things from the Freemasons sub-thread:

    1/. whether you deal with the Eminences politely (as you do) or more – shall we say – robustly, you will still be accused of all manner of things (eg, being a dupe, a supporter of other “trolls”, etc);

2/. the sort of people who believe in a world-wide “Jew**h conspiracy” will usually also believe in a Freemasons conspiracy, a fluoridation conspiracy, a “Muslin extremism is the work of Zionist and US agents” conspiracy, etc.

You’ll no doubt be familiar with these ways of “thinking” from your professional activities.

  • nevermind the new year, Feldmann....resign FFS, or come clean about Elliot Johnson

Thanks for your experience with freemasonry and your ascent within, JSD, it does not concur with my experience, which is all I have to say on the issue, an episode in my life best forgotten.

For anyone to take umbrage with what you have written is peculiar, as you are not here to recruit anyone and you are not solely posting on that subject.

When you ask JSD,’ Don’t you have work to do in the morning? Giyanne, you made me smile, thank you, I was just about ask you the same.

Habba-Clown; “You essentially sing from the same song-sheet: anti-West”

Hardly surprising, given that this is the blog of a Whisteleblower & Human Rights Activist; what is surpringly odd, it why pro-Establishment Apologists like yourself are so dedicated to this blog, especially as Craig often expresses the most extreme “anti-West”, indeed “anti-British” sentiments, much more than any of his commentators here.

Is masochism another of your many vices ?! 😀

Still waiting for you to inform me of the rates you charge per day/ per person for staying at the gite you own in Poitou-Charentes around the Easter period.

Is there a problem to supply that information to potential visitors?

    kempe, regards fluoride, said

“At high doses. Nobody’s talking about high doses. Your tap water already contains chlorine which is also toxic at high doses but I’ve never heard of anybody suffering chlorine poisoning from drinking water.”

The dose is very specific kempe, anything over 4 parts/billion is highly toxic to us, So its about your trust in the water authorities to get this right. Try and find out what is done with overproductions of fluoride and tell us. This by product of the nuclear industry cannot be dumped, nothing will grow or live wherever fluoride is placed, which should give anyone a clue to its toxicity.

    you’re welcome.

Habba-Clown; ” we are the dissenters”

Don’t try to dignify or justify your presence here as some sort of honest dissenter; you are here to troll, that is what you have always only ever done, your tactics & behaviour make that more than abundantly clear to all, (the exceptionally dim excluded of course ! )

It is what most intelligent people on this blog have been saying but here is confirmation with released cables by Wikileaks. No wonder they wanted to get Julian Assange extradited to the US on trumped-up charges.

“The latest hard evidence comes from whistleblower website WikiLeaks, which has leaked documents from Saudi ministries have revealed that Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey had a secret deal three years ago to use Islamist terror groups to topple the Syrian government.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange told Rossiya-1 (Russia 1) TV channel on Sunday that the United States, France, and Britain had also been involved in the secret deal in 2012.”

Osama Bin Laden buried at sea. A lot of those who pointed out that without a body we would never know were dubbed conspiracy theorists. Don’t you feel proud to be a conspiracy theorist when the alleged conspiracies turn out to be the truth. God bless the whistleblowers, Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Craig Murray and others who at some cost to their personal lives have got the truth out to the masses, despite corporate ownership of the media.

Thanks for that John, can you provide a link to the original story from Wikileaks, please, I’m not comfy with providing Knights Templars with publicity.

  • Exexpat

    Happy new year!

New years resolution…. I shall only comment from work (so like the trolls I am getting paid for it!)

SITE is the producers of most Al Quaeda/ISIS videos. They are NOT monitoring so-called jihadist websites, they are the ones who are setting those up. To cut a long story short ISIS is the conclusion of Al Quaeda, and neither was a terrorist group per se, but they are intelligence projects, on multiple levels, with Media activity, on-the-ground activity, etc….

It is an Israeli and American project, including Media fakery, pseudo-terrorism committed by Israeli Mistaaravim commandos, and on the ground genocide in Iraq and Syria.

  • giyane

” I’m not comfy with providing Knights Templars with publicity.”

You are comfy to have a cosy chinwag with self-confessed Knight templar John Spencer Davis though.

“Because of various evidence of US government backing of the Maidan opposition, its involvement in the Maidan government selection and policy decisions, and its past record of supporting or organizing regime change in other countries, additional research is needed to examine if there was any involvement of the US government in the violent overthrow of the Ukrainian government.”

Thanks Macky. While the research is important I wish the author had been able to address the above issue. I think there is plenty of available source material to provide for an even longer thesis. Perhaps Ivan Katchanovski, Ph.D., will now go on to write this, which is far more interesting. Theses are very often made freely available by universities, which is good, but academics tend to save the most important stuff for subsequent books.

Having said that I remember who it was, with his perpetual blame Putin meme, who stuck rigidly to the western lies which continue to this day. The BBC, which hardly reported the civil war in which three times as many died as in the Iraeli bombings of Palestine does not report on the current Maidan protestors against the coup regime. But prior to the coup we could not get it off our screens.

  • giyane

    And Turkey.

Can we expect the right hon member for Islington North to ask the right hon member for Notty Ash, later to be Dame Edna Cameron, what he thinks about this sort of behaviour from prodigal son US and prodigaller grand-son Israel?

  • Herbie

    Oh dear.

Now Cameron’s turned into a conspiracy theorist:

“Islamic State ‘spy killing’ video is propaganda, says PM”

“A video by so-called Islamic State featuring a man and a young boy with British accents should be dismissed as propaganda, the PM’s spokeswoman says.”

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-35219059

Reverse ferret, all over the shop.

The self-same propaganda that Cameron once shat upon the nation, now is fed back to him.

  • nevermind the new year, Feldmann....resign FFS, or come clean about Elliot Johnson

    dearest, Giyanne.
you questioned my resolve as such ” You are comfy to have a cosy chinwag with self-confessed Knight templar John Spencer Davis though.”

surely I’m allowed, am I not? Is it not my judgement as to who I converse with and who not? You are in danger of sounding like Habby.

If it was a Wikileaks release, give us a Wikileaks link please, thanks.

  • Macky

Agreed John, but apparently the research did find that the Berkut special police force, which was loyal to the ousted Ukrainian government, was not responsible, contrary to the narrative which was created by the post-Maidan coup government, and repeated by Western governments & MSM.

    To paraphrase Pilger, Palestine is still the Issue, and here another account of the reality of life under the on=going Occupation;

    January 4, 2016
    Palestine’s Lost Present
    Vijay Prashad
    http://www.counterpunch.org/2016/01/04/palestines-lost-present/

“Magic hangs in the air above the Jordan Valley.
It is here that the ancient prophets went mad in the desert. They spun their yarns of encounters with God, and produced stories that calmed the fears of people at the mercy of nature.

If you squint your eyes, you can imagine John the Baptist, shrouded in camel hair, walking towards the Jordan River, followed by a swarm of locusts. Roads slice the landscape now, but the mystery of the rock and the shrub remains.

The main artery along the north-south axis is Derekh Gandi or Gandhi Road [Derekh being the Hebrew word for path – all the mystical implications intact – which is now used to describe the more mundane asphalt variety].

Who does this Gandhi refer to? To Mahatma Gandhi, only obliquely, because the actual referent is to a man who is the very opposite of Gandhi – Rehavam “Gandhi” Zeevi. Leader of the Moledet (Homeland) Party, Zeevi advocated for the forced removal of Palestinians from the Jordan Valley to other countries.

For Zeevi, who was assassinated by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in 2001, Palestinians have no right to their soil. Zeevi is not only remembered by this road, but also in Israeli state policy.

Along the road are Palestinian villages and Israeli settlements, divided by military cordons and encampments. Although the 1994 Oslo Agreement allocated the Jordan Valley for a future Palestinian state, 93.4 percent of the land is in Israeli control, part of Area C.

On that land, there are now close to 40 Israeli settlements, deemed illegal under international law, which use twice the amount of arable land available to the Palestinians.

Rashid Sawafta of Save the Jordan Valley tells me that the Israelis forbid Palestinians from using around 85 percent of the land. The Israelis claim that this land is state land, military land or nature reserves.

The Israelis – under the pretext of military control – have seized water sources. This is why the settlement farms seem to bloom, while the Palestinian land struggles to provide for the people.

Zeevi’s dreams for the Jordan Valley are not isolated. Last week, in the Israeli Knesset’s Land to Israel Caucus, Education Minister Naftali Bennett called once more for the annexation of the entire West Bank – with the fertile Jordan Valley as the prize.

It is widely known that the settlements in the Jordan Valley produce windfall profits for Israel. A recent study by Nur Arafeh, Samia al-Botmeh and Leila Farsakh for al-Shabaka found that 40 percent of date exports from Israel come from the Jordan Valley, and the exploitation of this land provides Israel with an annual revenue of around $130 million.

These are resources stolen from the Palestinians under the Oslo agreement.

Over the past five years, according to a Haaretz investigation, $220 million in private US donations have subsidised the settlements. Because this money comes through non-profit organisations, the US government allows them to come to the West Bank without collecting tax – this means the US taxpayer is also financing the settlements.

Backed by the Israeli state and funded by these US subsidies, these settlements have bloomed in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

In Fasayal al-Fouqa, at the Save the Jordan Valley centre, Rashid details the daily humiliations of life for Palestinian farmers. Since Israel refuses to sanction plans for the villages, the farmers build illegally. These homes are then routinely and viciously destroyed.
Fields are uprooted, water is diverted, dreams are broken.

I have read reports of this atrocity and that one, unable to concentrate. Facts are important to build the case against the occupation – but the particulars are overwhelming. The scales of justice tipped over a long time ago. My mind – at least – cannot digest the information about confiscations in Fasayal village or demolitions in al-Hadidiya. The stench of the atrocity is everywhere.

    How to survive the occupation

Further south, near the fabled town of Jericho sits the Oasis Hotel, formerly the Intercontinental Hotel – with a casino. The plan had been for this hotel to attract Israeli tourists, who would want a Las Vegas in the Palestinian desert.

The Second Intifada put paid to this plan.
Behind the hotel is a vast tract of land marked out for the development of Jericho Gate, a 740-acre plot for the construction of hotels, luxury villas, a water park and a museum. The desert now threatens to reclaim the plans of the Palestinian investors, led by Munib al-Masri’s Padco Holdings.
It is so far from the worries of the farmers of Fasayal and al-Hadidya.

This is a neo-liberal fantasy that is born out of one failure – a casino – and threatens another. A few years ago, Padco’s chair, Samir Hulileh, told the press: “There is no way that anyone can know when this conflict will end, and we believe it’s a must that people should survive the conflict and survive the process until it ends. Survival does not mean that we just barely live.”

At the other end of Jericho is a billboard that indicates the tempo of the Palestinian Authority. It depicts a young girl blowing a dandelion. The caption is fascinating “Is your food halal? Stealing electricity is haram by sharia law.” Not far from this billboard is a painting on a wall that depicts Yasser Arafat and Abu Jihad – the latter with black tears streaming down his eyes.
In 2013, the Center for Development Studies at Birzeit University – along with the Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Planning and Administrative Development – produced a national strategic plan for Area C and for the Ghor (the northern end of the Jordan Valley).

The plan showed that if the Israelis vacated Area C, the potential economic contribution from the area would be at least a third of the current Palestinian GNP (more than $3 billion of a $10 billion economy). The document, says Raja Khalidi – a Palestinian development economist – “was never formally adopted by the Palestinian Authority, never revealed to the public that had ‘participated in its ownership’, while donors meekly avoid insisting on seeing what they had long requested”.

The plan, Khalidi tells me, “remains deeply buried in the now defunct Ministry of Planning”. That ministry has been dissolved into the Ministry of Finance.

Meanwhile, in the Ghor earlier in December, Israeli settlers set their hunter dogs on 18-year-old Rami Daraghmeh as he took his sheep to graze. The main provider for his family, Rami was seriously hurt in his left leg. This was a routine attack. Another one for Rashid’s list.
Evidence of resistance is in the existence of groups such as Save the Jordan Wall, Stop the Wall, and the Popular Committees. These are legion, documenting the threats to Palestinian existence, defending this house and that family.
Their mode is defensive. The attitude of the illegal settlers suggests that they know this. History, tragically, seems so far to be on their side.

Boycott campaigns against settlement agriculture would open up another pathway. The European Union has now set guidelines for labels to be placed on products produced in settlements.

This is like placing labels that say “Made by Child Labour” or “Blood Diamonds”. What is illegal should be illegal – it should not be allowed as a choice. But it is a start.

This article originally appeared in Al Araby.”

“If it was a Wikileaks release, give us a Wikileaks link please, thanks.”

Think you’ll probably have to search the Saudi cables yourself.

    https://search.wikileaks.org/?q=saudi

Assange hoped that journos and concerned citizens would search the releases for themselves and distill the info, rather than having to be spoonfed individual headlines.

    Hasn’t worked out that way.

Most of the journalists aren’t journalists and most of the citizens aren’t too concerned.

  • Kempe

” The dose is very specific kempe, anything over 4 parts/billion is highly toxic to us ”

Where did you get that figure from? Usual conspiracy site? If it was that toxic you’d drop dead the first time you brushed your teeth.

  • Ba'al Zevul

The dose is very specific kempe, anything over 4 parts/billion is highly toxic to us, So its about your trust in the water authorities to get this right. Try and find out what is done with overproductions of fluoride and tell us. This by product of the nuclear industry cannot be dumped, nothing will grow or live wherever fluoride is placed, which should give anyone a clue to its toxicity.

Do check your toothpaste. There’s usually a good deal more than 4ppb of sodium fluoride in that. The LD50 (oral ingestion) for rats is 31mg/kg of body weight – 31 parts per *million*. Sodium fluoride is used as rat poison. They don’t use toothpaste, of course…

    http://www.colgateprofessional.co.uk/products/colgate-duraphat-5000ppm-fluoride-toothpaste/overview

Don’t worry unduly about the water you rinse with. The level of fluoride is usually between 0.5 and 1 mg/l (ppm) – substantially less than what occurs naturally in some areas, especially volcanic regions. At worst it will discolour your teeth – but so does coffee.

  • Republicofscotland

Pressure put on the Westminster government over its cozy relationship with Saudi Arabia has bore fruit, in the shape of, the cancellation of a £6 million pounds prison contract with the Kingdom.

However Human Rights campaigner Peter Tatchell, said that “Both Washington and Westminster have been rather recitent, over the recent Saudi executions.”

Britain sell billions of pounds worth of arms to Saudi Arabia, and that’s one if the reasons David Cameron doesn’t want to rock the boat so too speak.

The nephew of the Shia cleric Nimr al-Nimr who was executed recently, is also on death row awaiting execution. Ali Nimr is just 17 years of age and is awaiting his death sentence to be carried out, in the macabre form of a crucifixion.

To give credit where it’s due, Foreign Office Minister, Tobias Ellwood said: ” I’m deeply disturbed by the escalation in the Middle East, the UK firmly opposes the death penalty, and we’ve stressed our disappointment at the recent mass executions.”

  • Republicofscotland

Meanwhile, the “Master of Disaster” Tony Blair, and his notorious side kick Jack Straw have been banned from using British embassies all around the world as free hotels.

Blair in particular has been taking advantage of the embassies using one in Manilla to conclude a half a million pound private deal, after making two speeches.

Both Blair and Straw, will now only be allowed to stay free of charge if on official government business said a FCO spokesperson.
