Hillary Clinton IS The Guardian 982

Hillary Clinton is American, owned by financial interests to whom she is completely in thrall, a rabid neo-conservative warmonger, completely uncritical of Israel and focused for any claim to be progressive entirely on identity politics. Which is also a precise description of today’s Guardian newspaper. The once august and intellectual title is now a shrill cheerleader for far right Blairites and wealthy American feminists.

The Guardian is as unabashed in its support for Clinton as in its support for the Blairites. The stream of “feminist” articles about why it would advance the cause of women to have a deeply corrupt right winger in the White House is steadily growing into a torrent. It is a perfect example of what I wrote of a month ago, the cause of feminism being hijacked to neo-conservative ends.

Bernie Sanders is not perfect – nobody is. But he understands that obscene and still burgeoning wealth inequality is the greatest problem of western society, and that the state framework supporting crazed banking structures is the root cause of this. The support for him is a sign of the inevitable popular reaction to the extreme inequality of society. Sanders is channelling that reaction effectively.

The establishment therefore circles its wagons around Hillary Clinton. The hope is that women can be persuaded it is an act of misogyny simply to stand in her way. The other great establishment hope is that the Democrat party machinery is so strong in black communities, that black Americans can be in effect ordered to vote for a woman who epitomises the system which disadvantages them, rather than an apostle of genuine change in the economic order. I retain hope the establishment may find that black Americans are cleverer than that.

The machinery used to manipulate identity politics – racial and gender – is all that Clinton has. If Clinton beats Sanders, it will be the perfect demonstration of the fact that identity politics has become the enemy of progress in society.

In the field of identity, Bernie Sanders would be the first non-Christian President of the United States. Would that not be wonderful in a country whose politicians feel the need to genuflect to swarms of religious evolution-denying nutters who believe foreign wars are good because they presage the Rapture?

And would it not be great if the first President since Carter not in thrall to Israel were Jewish?

The big question: How mad is Erdogan? We’ll soon find out. We’ll also discover just how loyal is his military massed north of Azaz. Do they want to get vapourised?

There is a faction of the neoconnmen in Us who are egging on the crazy Turks and the al saud lunatics, with a view of strong arming Obama into a war in Syria. However recollecting the April Glaspie episode in Iraq, and other similar stings, Turkey my end up more whittled/pruned than it was after WWI and al saud may find their time is up as the numbers of spots these lunatic pederasts are involved in creating mayhem and destruction is increasing; Bahrain, Yemen, Syria and now direct confrontation, not forgetting that fifteen our of nineteen hijackers on 9/11 were from the benighted Saudi Kingdom.

Russians are not going to be pushed around and they are sending every signal to that effect.

    Yes I know that things are geting critical re Syria, so off topic x2 but I’ve just read one of those really well written articles that exposes a situation that you are probably unaware of to any extent;

    https://theintercept.com/2016/02/11/pit-maneuver-how-police-use-anti-terrorism-tactic-to-end-pursuits/

So the Police can engage in reckless driving to stop reckless driving(!), and if they kill anybody then the person they were chasing get sentenced for murder !

In a similar vein, just read also about a Government appointed “security tribunal” declaring that it is legal for GCHQ to hack people computers & phones, despite being against EU Law, and despite the fact that if anybody else does it, they normally receive a very stiff prison sentence !

So in both cases, engaging in bahaviour to deter the Public from engaging in the same behaviour !

With wearying familiarity, the Clinton team are using the ‘downplay’ technique. This is not serious. Clinton can’t take any of this seriously. Clinton has laughed off suggestions that [insert massive crime]. Etc etc. We’ve had this shit for over a decade now, and it wasn’t all that persuasive in the first place.

Their particular line this time appears to be that emails were classified in retrospect, and that both Condi and Powell did the same thing. Neither had a private email server, far as I know, but the Clinton camp don’t seem interested in that detail. As ever, you know that the team has had a few strategy sessions, come out with the downplay, and will stick to it come what may, long enough to confuse and misdirect. However, the FBI don’t fuck around. If Clinton has been playing fast and loose with national security, she’s in trouble. She won’t go to jail of course, but perhaps health concerns may force her out of the race, this is how it works at elite levels.

Anyway, this is all somewhat beside the point. A quick look at the ‘Clinton Body Count’ website is disturbing reading indeed, far more disturbing than having a private email server …

Imagine the irony. Assad is the favored underdog compared to the machinations of the ‘West and their strings of power, webs of distrust and chaos. It’s like Red Riding Hood eating the wolf.

That may well be true, but they were not vying for a public position of power and trust, another poor attempt to smear Habb, you’ll need to up your game a bit.”

If it is true, how can it be an attempt to smear?

I’m aware Mr Goss is not vying for a public position of power and trust, but he is vying to influence readers of this blog.

Curious that Mr Goss should be espousing UKIP positions, isn’t it.

UK/USA/French bombing bad; Russian bombing good?

The embarrassment of the Eminences and their hangers-on is similar to that of the western Communists at the signing of the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact.

Would this be from the same tag-team that lied about quotes I’d supposedly made, right at the top of this thread? (13/2, 09:05)

Anon1 has – thus far – not retracted the false quotes. He’s made these false quotes before.

Conclusion: Anon1 tells blatant falsehoods, and cowers in silence when called out on them.

One year ago I was driving through the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon, monitoring the situation in the refugee camps there. Winter was approaching and the mountains on the Lebanese–Syrian border were covered by snow. It was cold, very cold.

Some 20 minutes, after leaving Baalbek, I spotted an extremely humble makeshift refugee camp, growing literally from the road, in the middle of nowhere.

I stopped. Together with my interpreter, I walked inside and engaged several people in conversation.

The situation was desperate. Children were hungry and could not register for schools through the UNHCR or through the Lebanese government, which, by that time, had almost collapsed. Many electronic food cards that were issued to the migrants did not function. Work permits were not offered, and without proper paperwork, local social services could not be used. In brief: a total disaster.

I was told that in this area, some Syrian migrants had already been starving.

This was Bekaa Valley, a tough place to start with, and full of ancient traditions, clans, gangs and narcotic-business. Refugees were expected to keep their heads down, or else…

Before I left, two little girls, two sisters, approached me. Both had swollen bellies, suffering from malnutrition. Both were dressed in rugs. Both looked deprived.

But after spotting my cameras, they were mesmerized, smiling at me, showing tongues, laughing.

Their country was in ruins, their future uncertain.

But these were just two little girls in the middle of the mountains, two girls excited about each and every little detail of life. Such innocence! Such hope! People are people, and children are children, everywhere, even during wars.

Unfortunately, I have witnessed too many of them; too many wars. Too many barbarities performed by NATO, by the Empire, by the United States and Europe.

Later, working on the Greek island of Kos and in Calais in France, I kept thinking about those two girls, again and again.

The West (or call it NATO, or anything you like – we all know what I mean!) has, in the most cynical manner, destabilized and destroyed the entire Middle East. As it has in virtually all the continents of the world, it ruined tremendous cultures, plundered all it could put its hands on, turned proud people into slaves. Libya and Iraq are no more! I can testify, as I work all over the Middle East.

And then the West enclosed itself into its gold-plated bunker, slowly and disgustingly digesting its booty!

How many refugees are there that Europe says: “it cannot accept”? 1 million? Tiny, miniscule Lebanon has 2 million, and it is coping; badly but coping!

And Lebanon did not destroy Syria, Libya, Afghanistan or Iraq.

You know how it all feels like? Like observing a woman who was gang-raped, whose husband was murdered in front of her own eyes, and whose beautiful house was looted. Now this woman, just in order to save her starving children from the rubbles, is forced to go to Europe, to the rapists and thieves who destroyed her life, asking for shelter and food. And they spit into her face! They say: “It is too much for us, too difficult to accommodate you and others like you! Woman, you came to take advantage of us. You came to have a better life at our expense!”

This is how it looks from the outside. This is how I see it.

And I want to puke. But there is no time… One has to work, day and night, to stop this madness.

The West, of course including Europe, is too hardened by its own crimes, too cynical, and too unrepentant.

It remains blind, because it simply does not pay to see!

Why do the pundits and media shoot from the hip when anything dramatic happens?

Now Supreme Court Justice Scalia has died, and they all predicting a massive struggle between the President and the Senate over his replacement no matter what.

What if Obama nominates, say, Vice President Joe Biden who has collected all kinds of I-owe-yous from the GOP in supporting the confirmation of dubious candidates like Clarence Thomas.

Seems he would sail through, and take the troublesome Veep out of the presidential election.

Oh noes! An F-Troop of demand-suckled anal receptive Saudi proles, momentarily diverted from their frantic quest to save up for sex tourism in Cambodia, bumbling into crack Russian forces with no air cover. World War 2.00000001. Don’t blink & miss it, it will be funny.

The Saudis and Turks are cannon fodder, entirely wasted unless they can use WMD to escalate to nuclear war.

Habbabkuk (Not A Person of Interest),

May I enquire if you have anything pertinent to add to this thread, or are you just going to disrupt and produce straw men arguments every now and again to undermine the scope of the dialogue?

I really hope your Zionist paymasters have provided you with a NBC shelter, or at a minimum a tin foil hat, for the way matters are moving our neoconservative/Zionist friends seem intent on a nuclear armageddon. And yet Ms. Clinton, that paid shrill of the Zionist/Neoconservative movement, is in favour of present US overseas policy, regime change and the implementation of chaos all across North Africa and the Middle East. And for what, so that a tiny strip of land inhabited by 6 million persons can continue its own genocidal policies without any blowback whatsoever.

I’d not mind that, what I do mind is ultimately Israel and the zionists are dupes, pawns of rabbit Christian fundamentalists who believe come the end of days that they will inhabit the Holy Lands, even if they are a nuclear wasteland.

Was/is it all worth it I enquire given you seem quite happy with this situation as you espouse your crud and some really important issues that should concern all of humanity.

An interesting in-depth critique of the UN’s Assange decision by Liora Lazarus (Fellow of St. Anne’s College and an Associate Professor in Law at Oxford University).
(I wonder if she’s qualified enough to make her a layperson?) 😉

Some interesting comments attached thereto also.

  • Chris Rogers

    Alcyone,

Under Mr. Hammond’s criteria of what constitutes a legal expert, Associate Professor Liora Lazarus would be deemed a layperson given she has not practiced law as a practitioner, namely she is not registered by the Law Society as a solicitor, nor is she a Barrister, rather she teaches jurisprudence at one of the UK’s leading centres of academia, and despite more knowledge than practitioners themselves, Hammond would swat her views as being of no substance, as he has done with the UN legal representative body.

Typical Tory stuff is that, but these are the facts in the eyes of many, i.e., despite ones qualifications, unless you have practiced law then you are not a lawyer, despite teaching jurisprudence to those who actually do desire to practice. You can’t win with these buggers period.

Not tin foil, Chris. My hat is made out of recycled aluminium saucepans, stock left over from the Second World War.

  • Alcyone

    Chris,

To be precise, Hammond accused the Group of not being lawyers. He, perhaps deliberately, avoided the term ‘legal experts’.

Anyway, getting back to basics, here’s the Oxford dictionary definition of a lawyer:

    “Definition of lawyer in English:
    noun

A person who practises or studies law, especially (in the UK) a solicitor or a barrister or (in the US) an attorney.”

Surprised me that it’s wider than I would’ve thought.

  • Chris Rogers

Habbabkuk (Not A Person of Interest),

I have asked you directly and politely do you have anything to add to this threat that can be deemed pertinent or to add value to the dialogue at hand. You clearly revel in the disruption you create but assiduously avoid answering any direct question applied to yourself, whilst demanding all poster respond in full with PdD length answers to anything you take issue with.

So, this thread is about Ms. Clinton, The Guardian and the hijacking of feminism by a cabal within The Guardian to push a neoconservative agenda down peoples throat, which obviously would lead to discussions about regime change and present events in the ME, given many of these were unleashed by Ms. Clinton. Now either fucking answer directly and keep to the narrative or fuck off – what is so difficult Sir, what is so above you that he who demands of others ignores all demands placed upon himself to actually contribute in a honest manner and not evade!

  • Chris Rogers

    Alcyone,

Regrettably the OED is an objective publication, with great attention paid to its detail, to the extent that its rational and precise observation of what constitutes a lawyer is opposed by those who wish to execute JS for the crime of non-rape, given no rape ever occurred, hence the propaganda offensive against him and the UN judicial findings.

  • Chris Rogers

    Macky,

This is a Reuters report that has found its way onto The Guardian website, not too sure if its in the print edition of The Observer.

That’s but a technical point, but the fact remains both the anti-Assad rebels and ISIS have been getting financial assistance from the West and from state sponsors in the ME, among them Turkey and the House of Saud, both countries should have sanctions applied against them, but obviously this is not about justice and all about regime change and leaving the ME in chaos, which are the official policies of the USA and its whores across Europe.

  • Macky

@Chris Rogers, granted, so will this case be allowed to be properly investigated a step above just reeking of complicity, on the possible risk of turning into a smoking gun ?

  • Chris Rogers

    Macky,

The case will quickly be ignored as the killing continues in the Middle East, as for those caught – well how the heck do these Iraqi Kurds hold British Passport, given my own experiences with the UK Boarder Agency in relation to trying to get my own wife into the UK have come to zero.

Perhaps the UK intelligence services were involved, but our MSM certainly does not like exposing the majority to the truth, quite the reverse its duty is to deceive and propagandise on behalf of interests we commoners know very little about – obviously if nuclear war breaks out it will be too late, but Syria certainly seems to be spilling over and now causes me grave concerns, as it does other posters on these boards.

  • Habbabkuk (Are you a person of interest?)
