Russia has developed an astonishing new technology enabling its secret agents to occupy precisely the same space at precisely the same time.
These CCTV images released by Scotland yard today allegedly show Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov both occupying exactly the same space at Gatwick airport at precisely the same second. 16.22.43 on 2 March 2018. Note neither photo shows the other following less than a second behind.
There is no physically possible explanation for this. You can see ten yards behind each of them, and neither has anybody behind for at least ten yards. Yet they were both photographed in the same spot at the same second.
The only possible explanations are:
1) One of the two is travelling faster than Usain Bolt can sprint
2) Scotland Yard has issued doctored CCTV images/timeline.
I am going with the Met issuing doctored images.
UPDATE
A number of people have pointed out a third logical possibility, that the photographs are not of the same place and they are coming through different though completely identical entry channels. The problem with that is the extreme synchronicity. You can see from the photos that the channel(s) are enclosed and quite long, and they would have had to enter different entrances to the channels. So it is remarkable they were at exactly the same point at the same time. Especially as one of them appears to be holding (wheeled?) luggage and one has only a shoulder bag.
I have traveled through Gatwick many times but cannot call to mind precisely where they are. Can anybody pinpoint the precise place in the airport? Before or after passport control? Before or after baggage collection? Before or after customs? The only part of the airport this looks like to me is shortly after leaving the plane after the bridge, and before joining the main gangway to passport control – in which case passengers are not split into separated channels at the stage this was taken. I can’t recall any close corridors as long as this after passport control. But I am open to correction.

That’s weird – the pictures in the OffGuardian have the same colouring and angles, unlike the others.
There IS yet another possibility. Thinking back to my time viewing CCTV images I think some of the systems are not ‘continuous’ They take pictures on what would be every three or four frames (depending on the systems) This would mean that there COULD be the same time stamp on two stills taken from a ‘tape’ But I’m only saying this COULD be true. It seems more likely to me that they have PUT the time on this for their’s or others reference. They could simply have issued them without a time stamp, why would you fake the time, there’s simply no need, is there??
You can clearly see that the two cameras are side by side as the angle of the hand rail is quite different in each.
Different cameras, clearly a redundant system, means they will be hooked up to independent monitoring systems and can easily have different time settings.
Ok Scotland yard I give up, how did you do it ?
I believe these were taken at Security, larger Airports have several channels screening passengers for metal, explosives etc.. It is possible the two individuals were passing through different ones at exactly the same time.
Exactly I travel through Gatwick many times a year,I know where the photos were taken more than one exit next to each other hence the same time stamp
And btw the exit is through passport control just as you enter the main terminal where the taxis with your name wait

Look at both pictures and running down the right side of the pictures is a grey semi curved line on the wall and it runs through the word ‘Pause’. If this was an identical photo which has been doctored, then the grey line would run through the word ‘Pause’ at the exact same position in both pictures, but it doesn’t.
I’m calling two separate pictures BUT that doesn’t mean I believe a single word of what we’re being led to believe about this affair..
I travel through Gatwick a fair few times a year next time you are there,have a look at the exit gates there are more than one next to each other,so you can indeed leave simultaneously,so 2 people could easily have the same time stamp in fact more than 2 could,I will leave you with this thought if Gatwick only had one exit gate how long would it take for its 40 million passengers to leave
It is the same tunnel, can be easily verified by matching the two photos in Photoshop. I can kind of believe that they’ve built different tunnels down to a mm tolerance, but no way lighting would ever exactly match as it does here too.

Yes. The guy in the blue jacket has his left hand resting on the handrail of an escaltor. His body posture also indicates that his right foot is one step above the other.
No sign of an escalator with the other guy.
So maybe they had to crop the doctored pictures to provide a better match.
SInce the camera angle is different the solution might be that the images were taken at the same time in different corridors.
Channel 4 7’oclock news report showed pics dated April whilst Alex Thompson spoke of March. Jon Snow commented at the end of the programme that the pics were taken in March thus acknowledging that the pics were wrongly dated. Mmmm
These images are taken in the double-gated, one-way exits from the jet bridge onto the concourse. I haven’t been through Gatwick in years, but elsewhere there are two or three parallel. Yes it is possible, to have the same timing, if one goes through one, and the other through the other, to save time, especially if, as someone mentioned above, the timing of one machine is off.
I still think that the real objection lies in the difficulty of proving they’re Russians. Aliases, but still genuine Russian passports? Mossad must be laughing their heads off.
To be honest, I’ve suspected Ukraine’s SBU all along. It would be an elementary exercise for SBU operatives to obtain genuine (or false for that matter) Russian passports, not to mention novichok itself. I should think. Motive, means and opportunity scream to the heavens for Ukraine on this one.

A corridor that narrow would be the elevated covered access way from the aircraft to the arrival hall. These are telescopic to allow for differing aircraft sizes. The corridors do show signs of overlapping panels consistent with this. Unless the aircraft is large enough to have a simultaneous front and rear exit point, there would be no parallel path.

None of the major ‘terrorist attacks’ in recent years – London, Paris, south of France, etc – had any cctv footage released. We were told that the cameras weren’t working at the time.

In order to determine the authenticity of the photos one would have to overlay the photos in PhotoShop and do a comparison and lighting check over each area. While other comments talk about the camera angle being different, if you carefully look at the photos you’ll also notice that each individual is also at a different angle, which means the backgrounds may have been rotated in Photoshop prior to placing the timestamp.
The level of incompetence of the UK establishment is amazing. If I had the entire resources of the government available to me for false flag operations I could at least come up with plausible pictures and some incriminating evidence in the months since the accusations were made. Boris the Clown and Theresa the Appeaser couldn’t liaise with the idiots that came up with this drivel enough to sound even halfway believable except to brain dead idiots and other politicians (same thing really). Now the total failure of the police to be able to plant evidence (something they normally have no problem doing) is quite incredible. It would take 5 minutes to find someone capable of photo shopping a couple of suitably Russian looking men onto a few time marked pictures but they can’t even manage that properly. This whole episode is about as skillfully managed as a spam email telling you that an African dictator wants to deposit £50 million in your bank account and yet, just as with those emails, lots of dimwits actually fall for it. Amazing.
It took them 5 months to identify two individuals that entered on Russian passports and find the hotel they stayed in, then test it for novichuk? And this, after spending billions to beef up their security post 9/11?

Yep, a two day stay for both apparently. I’d have found them in five minutes, with a paper and pencil. The funny thing with fishy smells is – they tend linger a long while – sometimes 5 months or more.

There are differences in the two photos. In the top one there are two dirt marks beside the left gate (left as we look at it)

The most obvious explanation that fits the facts is that Scotland Yard were forced to do this, and the forensics people decided to be a little creative with their doctoring… so members of the public with an eye for detail would notice something not quite right.

Seems like the only thing they know about these two is they are Russian nationals, for some reason.

With apologies for having referred to Heathrow elsewhere if the duo are supposed to have arrived at Gatwick, but can anyone explain to me how (and indeed why, prior to anything untoward happening in Salisbury), these ‘agents’ were traced to a specific London Hotel. Were Mi5 on their case before they’d left the airport even?
It’s not the same corridor. Aside from the different camera positions there’s a red line in the bottom right hand corner of the upper picture just under the E in PAUSE. This is completely absent in the lower picture, if it were there it would be running through the U and the S in PAUSE.
As someone else has suggested ( comparing superimposed photoshop images) is one picture possibly reversed, switching the identical gate details from left to right? And wouldn’t slightly rotating one picture before cropping remove the (reversed?) part time box visible on one picture and not the other? And wouldn’t all of this give the impression of cameras in different positions?
I am going to correct myself. The part concealed Time box would be more visible on a slightly rotated/reversed picture. But reversing still looks possible…. imagine a straight line across the tip of those gate arms on one picture almost parallel with the bottom edge of the picture. Then draw a line through the same points on the first picture and rotate that line to be parallel with the picture edge. All the other vertical lines would rotate to match the second picture. Then flip one picture and the left gate details suddenly become the right gate details and vice versa.
