Senseless, imagine if Russia had killed UN workers like that in Ukraine, since the ukrainian population is about 20 times more, thousands of UN workers would have been killed in Ukraine. The reaction by the west would be enormous! But now, the only news pages that even reported it was small alternative sources.
On top of that Israel have now labeled the only real aid organization in Gaza a “terror organisation”

It is an obscenity, Jack. Israel lost the conflict the day they responded after Oct 6th; it was always going to unfold this way. No doubt it was part of the Hamas strategy to show the world what Israel has become and is capable of – and we’ve watched in real time a genocide unfold whilst the legacy media narrative tried to explain it away. Where are the UN peacekeepers? Why aren’t they in Gaza, the West Bank and the illegal settlement. Shouldn’t they enforce the judgement of the ICJ? What wasn’t Netanyahu arrested last week in the US when a warrant has been issued by the court?
We – in the West – have no moral authority left whatsoever. If we do nothing, we are complicit. If we do the wrong thing, who knows where it will end?

The USA, UK and France have veto powers on all proposed resolutions. Hence there will not be a UN peacekeeping force deployed to prevent Israeli excesses. The ICC (as opposed to the ICJ, a UN organisation) warrants have been requested but approval for same is pending.
The UN security council needs reworking with some way to override veto powers and a rebalancing of the permanent seats perhaps to include India, Brazil and others. However, I think we all know that isn’t going to happen anytime soon.

It’s short so I posted the whole statement. Not likely to make much difference sadly but neither can it be completely disregarded.
Iran dragging out their response against Israel will only lessen a legitmization of such an attack in the eyes of the world. I really hope they do not pick the usual route of just mere sending missiles and really use tactics that actually make a bite. They should use the surprising tactics that Israel use themselves. Use drones, use sabotage. Far more effective.
