Say what? I know as much as international law clearly forbid striking civilian targets like this. Even if a Hamas affiliate were inside the camp – especially since they are not shooting rockets etc at Israel to begin with. Israel have zero right to target this civilian target – one wonder why Amnesty is not clear cut on this fact?This is also and odd framing:

Clearly there has been no compliance and with the further escalation of hostilities in Lebanon and Iran plus the discovery of poliomyelitis in the Gaza Strip – surely it’s time for the UN Security Council to mandate a peacekeeping force to document & prevent more atrocities.
