Saw your posts first now today. Hard to tell, could be blatant disinformation placed by Israel, not sure what the facebook comment by this alleged PA rep even say. What is telling though is that pretty much no media, even hawkish israeli media have picked up on this (more than the ones you mentioned).
Could be concocted smear/lies by PA themselves that at the time were engaged in alleged fights with Hamas in the West Bank:

So she was the sole judge at ICJ that not only rebuffed concerns/claims that Israel was in the making of a genocide but when one read her formal rejection, she repeated bold, typical hasbara talking points, even basing her arguments on the “war” on israeli government sources (check the footnotes in the link below).

1 She claim that Israel try to uphold medical care in Gaza (“Israel has taken
action intended to improve access to medical care in the Strip.”) even though it has been proved that Israel’s attack on hospitals is deliberate, systematic in nature2 She extensively blast Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, Houthis and parrot israeli propaganda/narrative
3 She deny that Israel is occupying force in Gaza even though ICJ themselves,have earlier, like rest of the world, recognized that Israel is de-facto occupying Gaza.
3 She condemn and claim Hamas stop aid and shoot at border crossings where aid is supposed to come in (if you follow the footnote you see that her source is the israeli advocate at ICJ!)
3 She claims that Israel try to “alleivate” civilian suffering
4 She criticize Egypt and allege that they stop trucks on their side of the border, no mention whatsoever that Israel have imposed a blockade on Gaza from their end!
5 She reject ICJ idea to send investigators to Israel/Gaza and voted against sending fact-fiding team altogether
6 She deny that Israel destroy evidence of their war crimes/genocide
7 She rejected a call for a ceasefire in Rafah because that would block Israel’s “right” to attack “terrorists” in Hamas as she said (ever since, countless of war crimes against civlians have been committed in Rafah)
8 She rejected a ICJ motion that called upon Israel to respond to concerns,questions from the ICJ
She even brought in the jewish religion when she on the last page said: “It
is also regrettable that Israel was required to respond to a question posed by a Member of the Court
over the Jewish Sabbath.”etc etc I had to stop, it is just too much to read this drivel. I mean this is a farce, is there no possibility to vote this woman out of power at the ICJ? Or is the whole organisation corrupt!?

Time and time again one see these type of testimonies where israeli soldiers candidly speak about their dehumanizing attitude towards palestinians, like this soldiers that in the 70s fought in Gaza and saw any palestinian as a threat. Even children.

The Shin Bet security service’s internal report reveals critical intelligence failures and blames Israeli leadership, particularly Netanyahu, for ignoring warnings about the Hamas threat leading to the October 7 attack….
The inquiry, though critical of the agency’s performance, also pointed a finger at Israeli leadership, especially at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who served as the country’s leader for much of the period leading up to the attack.
“The inquiry also pointed an accusing finger at Israeli policy in the Gaza Strip, and to a large extent, this accusation was directed at the government, and especially at Benjamin Netanyahu, who was prime minister for 13 of the 15 years before” the attack, according to the report.
The Shin Bet investigation noted that Netanyahu had been repeatedly warned by senior officials within the agency, including Bar, of the growing threat from Hamas. Yet, these warnings were largely ignored or dismissed.
Of course they were largely ignored or dismissed, because Benny and his fascist buddies (including Biden and Blinken et al) wanted for the attack to happen so that they could justify the slaughter of tens of thousands of Gazans, and bombing Gaza back into the stone age. And I have no doubt that Shin Bet knows it.
I just did a search to see if I could determine how widely – or NOT – the IDFs Report published last week was covered by the MSM in the UK (I only came across the BBC, but it was only a quick search) and came across the following from June last year in the results, which I’ve not seen before:
UN report: Israeli use of heavy bombs in Gaza raises serious concerns under the laws of war
GENEVA (19 June 2024) – The UN Human Rights Office published an assessment today on six emblematic attacks by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in Gaza last year that led to high numbers of civilian fatalities and widespread destruction of civilian objects, raising serious concerns under the laws of war with respect to the principles of distinction, proportionality and precautions in attack.
The report details six emblematic attacks involving the suspected use of GBU-31 (2,000 lbs), GBU-32 (1,000 lbs) and GBU-39 (250 lbs) bombs from 9 October to 2 December 2023 on residential buildings, a school, refugee camps and a market. The UN Human Rights Office verified 218 deaths from these six attacks, and said information received indicated the number of fatalities could be much higher….
On 11 November 2023, the IDF stated that since the start of their operation into Gaza, the Air Force had “struck over 5,000 targets to eliminate threats in real time”. By that time the Ministry of Health in Gaza had documented the killing of 11,078 Palestinians, with another 2,700 missing and about 27,490 reportedly injured.
At around the time of these attacks an IDF spokesperson was reported to have said that “while balancing accuracy with the scope of damage, right now we’re focused on what causes maximum damage.” Another IDF official was quoted as saying “Hamas and the residents of Gaza” are “human beasts” and “are dealt with accordingly. Israel has imposed a total blockade on Gaza. No electricity and no water, just damage. You wanted hell, you will get hell.”
In one of the six emblematic Israeli attacks on Gaza, the report states that strikes on Ash Shujaiyeh neighbourhood, Gaza City, on 2 December 2023 caused destruction across an approximate diagonal span of 130 metres, destroying 15 buildings and damaging at least 14 others. The extent of the damage and the craters visible through verified visual evidence and satellite imagery indicates that approximately nine GBU-31s [2,000lb bombs] were used, it added….
Those of us who follow Craig and other independent media are of course fully aware that the Israeli Airforce has dropped thousands and thousands of 2,000lb bombs on Gaza, but the vast majority of people are unaware of this because the whole of the MSM has completely blanked it. And deliberately so, of course (and they have been led to believe the alternative reality that Israel churns out and the MSM dissembles that the IDF et al only target Hamas on the one hand (with “precision strikes”), and that Hamas lies about – or vastly exaggerates – the number of people killed on the other).
UN report detail how Israel have deliberately targeted women and newborns, crimes that amount to genocidal crimes:
