      Comrades –

Our chief outlet for state propaganda has been particularly notable for its deviousness during the Gaza genocide perpetrated by Israel, and supported by most western governments.

Today’s example was a case of burying world events, which should be top news headlines, in local news:

      https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c7893vpy2gqo

Without this Medialens article, it likely would have remained hidden, as intended.

The ‘Gaza surgeon’ referred to in this article:

      https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4g5p8vjwlko

… is in fact a surgeon from Hampshire, hence the justification for calling this local news for Hamshire & Isle of Wight. The Medialens article is fully referenced and worth seeing, linking as it does to the Parliamentary Select Committee recording itself.

I hope this will be a useful thread to record examples of these deceptive practices. It might serve as a reference point for future trials of those that concealed the truth about crimes against humanity, and provided aid and comfort to those perpetrating a genocide.

A new much publicised report that claims the BBC is “heavily biased against Israel” flies in the face of other specialist and academic studies:

I didn’t spot a link in the MediaLens article to the full testimony of the doctor (only short clips from it), but I did a search on youtube and found a video of it posted a couple of days ago:

Gaza-returned surgeon gives gut wrenching testimony in UK parliament, stuns MPs

Oops, I just spotted that you linked to a video of the full session. Apologies.

Not at all, Allan… here’s a transcript of the full testimony. A bit of local news for Hamshire and the Isle of Wight, clearly.
