At the time, about 20 years ago, I went to the meeting about that, and I stood up and spoke from the audience, and they listened to me..
What I said might have made a slight change in their plan, but it didn’t do me any good,and I had to leave. I didn’t shout or anything, but everyone could hear me. I was extremely polite…i just simply suggested for nuerous reasons, that what was proposed, was not a particularly good idea.
