A few weeks ago, on half a dozen occasions over several days, I attempted a bank transfer to Craig’s account. Every attempt was met with a ‘service unavailable’ notice. Other transfers done seconds later went though OK so I emailed the bank about the problem. I was advised to delete Craig as a payee and then add him. I just did that and here we are, two weeks or so later, still can’t do the transfer. Am I the only one? I’ve emailed the bank again to see if they have an explanation.
