Jack, sometimes I think that they express their hawkish views via their extremely belligerent rhetoric because they know it’s safe to do so.
What do you think? Maybe they are 100% sure Russia is not going to invade Europe, so they feel free to use the moment for playing ‘tough guy’?Jack
A short answer but I believe Kallas is simply a racist. She hate everything related to Russia or russians. As soon as Estonia got their independence, the anti-russian policies was set off.

Kiev breaking energy ceasefire – Moscow
The Defense Ministry has reported three more incidents that breach a US-mediated deal
https://swentr.site/russia/614849-mod-ukraine-energy-infrastructure/
I do not understand why Russia keep agreeing to these phony ceaasefire-deals, it was obvious that Ukraine would not respect the deal and now Russia cannot respond and because of that they look weak and gullible.

I believe that there are several reasons, but I will name only one – a demonstration of the ability to negotiate, maybe the most important thing now, when a global redivision of the world is underway.
Those who aren’t able to reach a compromise agreement simply will not have any decent future. Estonia or France will take the chance to bark for six months, and then spend decades sorting out the consequences. The Ariston trademark, owned by Indesit, Italy, is returning to Russia. And South Korea is lifting sanctions on the supply of medical equipment. Very good news.

Did Zelensky just threatened Putin with death?
Zelenskyy sensationally predicts Putin ‘will die soon’

Imagine the reaction if Putin said the same, Zelensky is about to die.
It is time for Trump to call out Zelensky for his obvious anti-peace statements (and actions for that matter with the attacks on the energy sites).
And today he bemoaned about alleged “pro-russian” narratives being spread by the Trump administrationZelensky lashes out at Trump’s envoy
Ukraine’s leader accused Steve Witkoff of spreading “Kremlin narratives” and “helping” Moscowhttps://swentr.site/russia/614873-zelensky-trump-envoy-remarks/
Have you seen such ungrateful person? Always want more. What a horrible person.

I don’t have the same experience as Trump, I’ve never been the US President trying to find a peaceful solution for Russia and Ukraine. But I do have experience managing a team of about 30 employees. I understand that this is not a comparable scale, but nevertheless.
If there was a conflict among the members of my team, it would be easier for me to work with someone who knows how to find a compromise for the sake of the survival of the entire company. But with an employee who took an uncompromising position, who does not keep promises, whose word cannot be trusted, who plays his own game, putting the entire team in danger – he was fired.
In my case, it was a warehouse employee who did not see a problem in his alcohol addiction. Such a person cannot be trusted with material assets, one can’t rely on him to fill out warehouse documentation correctly, and even more so, one can’t allow him to operate warehouse machinery. He is simply unreliable for the company, because he is a source of errors, and is dangerous for the rest of the staff in terms of physical injuries.
And you know, even in such a clear-cut situation there were Good Samaritans who condemned me “oh oh, the evil inhumane boss fired the poor guy with problems, now his family will lose income, his little children will go hungry…”
I then understood how people love to demonstrate their virtue, if it’s not themselves who are responsible if the guy decides to drink at work, then drive a forklift into racks, and collapse a couple of heavy shelves on other employees.ET
Trump doesn’t want a deal with Ukraine for the sake of peace. He wants control of Russian oil and gas and Ukraine is the transit corridor. USA doesn’t want affordable Russian oil going to western European countries unless USA has a veto on who gets it and the price.
The Trump team use a new set of lies for the same goals. Defeat Russia.

Once again Ukraine attacked an energy site, this time with the advanced HIMARS missile sysstem and allegedly with the aid of european nations:
UK and France key to Kiev’s latest attack on Russian energy infrastructure – Moscow
British specialists set coordinates for a Ukrainian missile system that struck a gas metering station, the Foreign Ministry has saidhttps://swentr.site/russia/614920-uk-ukraine-attack-violation/
As I said earlier, how could Russia not realize that this would happen. They gained nothing from signing on to the ceasefire-deal.

Trump keep flip-flopping, threatening Russia with sanctions and blast Putin for questioning Zelensky’s legitimacy:
US President Donald Trump said Sunday he was “very angry, pissed off” with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, NBC reported, marking a sharp change of tone as Washington seeks to end the war in Ukraine. Welker said Trump told her “I was very angry, pissed off” when Putin started making comments about Zelensky’s credibility and talking about new leadership in Ukraine.

These people make me sick:
Baltic states fear Ukraine ceasefire – FT

First it was like – ‘oh Russia invaded Ukraine, bab bad bad – stop the war!’
Now, it is like “peace is bad bad bad – do not stop the war – peace is a threat to war!”In other news US role in the Ukraine war is *surprise surprise* far more deep than previously known:
A New York Times investigation has found that the administration of former US President Joe Biden provided Ukraine with support that went far beyond arms shipments – extending to daily battlefield coordination, intelligence sharing, and joint strategy planning that were indispensable in Kiev’s fight against Russia.
One unnamed European official told the paper that he was shocked by the extent of the involvement. “They are part of the kill chain now,” he was quoted as saying.

Funny, when one have said that this is a proxy war and that the US is heavily involved in the war, you were labeled a conspiracy theorist by the western media/class. Now one see who was right…
